Prove that the earth is round without muh space photos or muh shadows
Also refrain from shitty "it looks round" arguments
you can't

the earths shadow on the moon during a lunar eclipse is always circular.

there is only one geometric shape whose shadow is circular no matter the orientation... and that is a sphere.

discovered in 525 AD.
>>
Measure the shadows of the sun in a stick at least 10km apart at ground level at the same time

Eratosthenes did the experiment and measured the size of the Earth with only a few hundred km error. At 250AD

Just because your observations happen to fit your model doesn't mean it is correct

Hint: it's possible to experimentally prove the earth is round
>>
>>12578569

Go to Warren Dunes, Michigan with powerful telescope. Look out across lake Michigan at the Chicago Skyline. See pic related.

roundtards: you can't see the curvature bro
also roundtards: look you can see it it's round!!!!!!!
>>
>>12578569
Things you need
>a strong laser pointer
>a mechanic's level
>a large canvas with easel
>some markers
>a boat or raft
>a large lake
>an assistant

Wait for a calm and windless evening/night. Setup a tripod with the laser pointer on the bank of the lake so that it is level with the ground, aka 90° to the pull of gravity. Set the easel with the canvas on the boat and send your assitant with the markers on a track over the river. He is instructed to mark the light of the laser on the canvas every 100 m. You will see that the point wanders upwards, which is one of many proves for the curvature of the surface of the lake and thus the earth. This is fairly easy to reproduce for anyone sceptical.

The flat Earth is refuted by the measurement of “how far can I see from a tower”, the law being that the distance the square root of the product of the height of the tower and the radius of the Earth. This law extends from ship mast-towers of 20 meters, where you can see about 10km to airliners at 10 km, where you can see things up to 250 km away. The law is very easy to check today, and it can be done by anyone from a local mountain.

space exerts pressure on an object. It is evenly spread over the entire surface area. Put a coke can on a fishing line and cast it deep into the ocean then reel it in and see what the shape is when pressure is exerted equally over the entire surface area of an object

The sun and moon both look circular, as if spherical and seen from a great distance. Why would the Earth be different?

None of this is real anon. You're in a simulation induced by Jesus Ibn Shiva a.k.a. the Holy Astral Engineer and they want you to believe that 0.9999 = 1 despite the homotopy group of Earth being trivial.

Earth can't be a perfect circle due to his motion 1) around itself 2) around the sun.
If you r not dumb enough to know what acceleration is, dude it's pretty easy to understand.

TLDR;
Spinning push equator niggas away
>>
>>12578569
Go to the beach wait for the sunset and lay flat in the sand. Right after the sun hides, get up and you'll see it again.
Make a really big pendulum, as time goes by, the direction it swings will change. You can go to different latitudes and the rate of change of the swing changes from none (at the equator) at all to 1revolution in 24 hours near the poles). For understanding how it works use google, I ain't doing your homework.
>>
>>12578569
It's not, it's elliptical
>>
>>12578972
curved != round
>>
heres how you would figure it out:
put a magnet out into space directly above your head
with a metal pendulum feel the force acting on the pendulum by the magnet
now:
A) if the earth is a sphere you should be able to find a place on the map where instead of feeling an upwards force you feel the pendulum pull to the side only
B)if the earth is flat you will always feel a partial upwards force on the pendulum no matter where you are as its always above you and never to your side.
alternatively: you could set up a gyroscope which ensures you have always a straight line then go on a trip around the equator until you get back to your original position. would that satisfy you?
>>
>>12578646
It gives the height of the sun assuming earth is flat.
