It is a time of peace. With Lord Freeza’s explosive declaration, naming himself Emperor of the Universe after single-handedly obliterating the Covenant stronghold High Charity, peace has come to the universe. Not wanting to stand against him and his unstoppable Super Saiyans, within days of his declaration the universe bent the knee. And while there are always outliers, those stubborn or foolish enough to try and resist, the overwhelming majority of the universe is bending the knee. And he wouldn’t have achieved all this, defeated the strongest military in the universe and survived the Prophet’s ultimate weapon without your help.

Welcome to Saiyan Conqueror Quest, the story of an alternate timeline in the greater Dragonball EU. Currently it is Age 749 and you the players control Karn: once an ordinary Saiyan warrior with a meager powerlevel of 2,830 who has risen to become a mighty Super Saiyan, and so much more. Throughout your many adventures, the “Dragon of New Salda” has grown into the symbol of Saiyan might and power recognized actoss the universe. Now as a PTO general with a powerlevel of over 34 million, and close friend and confidant of Lord Freeza himself, Karn has become his people’s greatest champion.

Last time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

After meeting one dragon and being sent back home only to slay another, Karn met with the newly-arrived King Cold who was there for the Covenant’s Stand-granting dagger Karn had recovered from Truth. After measuring Karn’s full power and being healed by Caulifla’s Triumph he departed. Later Karn trains the kids himself, then spars Meloka who unleashed her new ultimate technique, Final Judgement. And after killing a robotic assassin by sending it into New Salda’s molten core, Karn decides to focus training on his anger, and controlling it in his ascended form. Which, coupled with working on mastering said Ascended Berserker form, he began making strides on mastery of the form. However, as we rejoin Karn, you just found out today’s going to be a special day for your firstborn son.

“Something going on?” Broly asks seriously, looking between you and Meloka and noticing the expressions on your faces.
“Today’s the day.” she tells him excitedly. “Today’s Chilli’s wedding!”
“Wait, that’s today?” Cauli shouts excitedly, springing up from her seat at the table. “I gotta go get ready!”

And before you or Meloka can say anything else she’s already gone. Blasted away from the table and out the door, she’s likely already on the other side of the ship.

“Chilli gettin’ married?” Kayle asks, eyes big and curious. “Was that mean?”
“It means he and Megumin will be like Mom and Dad.” Broly tells her, the girl’s eyes widening ever further.
“Wooaaah!” she says excitedly, turning to you. “I wanna go! Can I go? Please?”
“Of course, we’re all going.” you say, to her and the others’ cheers. Then you feel a familiar presence reach out to your mind, and answer immediately. “Morning, Lord Freeza.”
“Quite the good morning it is.” he replies, and you can almost feel the smile on his face through the telepathic link. “I have you and your family’s apparel ready to go, as well as one for Chaya if she’ll be joining us?”
“She should be, let me ask.” you answer, ending the link with Freeza and opening one with your eldest daughter. “Hey Chaya, you up? Just heard today’s the big day.”
“Chilli’s wedding is today?” she replies, a note of panic in the link. “Give me five minutes and I’ll be right there!”

“She’s on her way.” you tell Lord Freeza, getting up to your feet. “And we’ll meet you when you land.”
“Excellent. I’ll see you shortly.” your friend replies, ending the link. Today is the big day, and an exciting one for your son to be sure. But why do you suddenly feel so uneasy?

>>4812015
Shaking the vaguely-uneasy feeling off you gather your children, Caulifla returning with blazing sword in hand, and the dozen of you leave your old ship and fly over towards the mainland.

“Look!” Maz shouts, pointing up at Freeza’s ship landing in the city.
“That’s Freeza.” you tell him, you and your family all landing as the ship does. The ramp lowers, and to your surprise it isn’t Freeza who rushes down! For an instant you’re about to attack, when you recognize the beings with that PTO-armored splitjaw.

(Ginyu Tokusentai)

“Ginyu Force! Assemble!” Ginyu shouts, his team all lining up by height then split into their poses while shouting their names.
“RECOOOOME!!”
“GULDO!”
“JEICE!!”
“BUUURTEER!”
“GINYU!” the captain shouts. “And together we are-!”
“THE GINYU FORCE!!” they shout together, all posing together at the bottom of the ramp. Maz and Kayle begin clapping enthusiastically, Ginyu rising and taking a bow before meeting your gaze.

“So, is it my imagination, or are there more of you than I remember?” Ginyu asks teasingly, walking up to you and offering a hand. You take it, then the warrior reaches out telepathically to voice his concern. “Not going to pry, but isn’t your son a bit too young to be married? Even your older boy Broly there seems probably a bit too young for that. Are you sure about all this? And after what happened, are you sure he’s thinking straight?”

Well, that’s an unexpected worry. How do you answer a friend’s honest concern?
>Her parents, and you and Meloka are fine with it. So there shouldn’t be any issues
>He’s plenty old enough, and besides marriage isn’t exactly nearly as common a tradition to Saiyan’s as to the rest of the PTO
>After what happened to him getting dragged into the Covenant War, you’re willing to do anything that’ll make him happy
>If both Megumin and Chilli want to go through with it, who’re you to deny your kid doing something that might make him happy?

They don’t. Karn and Meloka were the first two to officially marry. Marriage as a concept isn’t a Saiyan thing, Meloka learned most of it from the late Guardian. Usually

I'll say this much, we thought he was old enough to bring him along on the war path.

“He’s plenty old enough.” you reply to your friend, also telepathically. “And besides, marriage isn’t exactly nearly as common a tradition to Saiyan’s as to the rest of the PTO. Our people aren’t usually known to take a single mate.”
“And that brings me to my next concern.” he answers, still mentally and not aloud. “The purpose of a union by marriage is to procreate, and produce offspring. Are you sure your boy and her can...You know?”
“I mean, I’m not sure why they can’t.” you answer, and decide to lighten up the mood. “And even if they can’t naturally, I’m sure wirh their magic they can figure something out.”

“I see.” he answers aloud, seeming more relaxed than a moment ago. “Then we’ll do our best as well. Won’t we?”
“YES SIR!” the Ginyu Force shouts as one, while another familiar figure descends the ramp. Lord Freeza, ruler of the PTO, strongest being you know in the universe, and your friend appears. Flanked by more than a dozen underlings all carrying different size boxes, he doesn’t even touch the ground as he floats down the ramp towards you.
“General Karn, Meloka. You’re both looking well.” he says, and turns his gaze towards your children. “Good morning everyone.
“Good morning.” your kids reply, Caulifla rushing to him and giving him a hug. Carefully holding her fire sword away from him.
“Is it ready?” she asks him once letting go, almost bouncing up and down in place excitedly. “Is it, is it?”

“Ohohoho of course it is.” Freeza replies with a smile, patting her head. “Everyone, your suits for today’s special event are here. Best get dressed now, and make sure everything fits properly.”

His people begin opening the crates, pulling out carefully-packaged articles. One hands you a suit, you unfolding and examining the article of clothing. It looks similar to your old suit you’d gotten married in, however you realize it is much thicker. Clearly the armored weaving in the material was increased for this particular event. Sighing out you revert down to your base form, training your Ascended Berserker form can wait a single day. You dress quickly, pulling your suit on over your training uniform as it’s basically skintight anyways. And you realize further that the shirt and pants are made similarly combined, opening the neck hole wide enough you step into your suit, tie included, then don the suit coat that goes with it. The suit is black, as they’re apparently supposed to be, with a PTO badge made-in over on the left side. Once you’re wearing yours you look to everyone else’s, and see what Caulifla was so excited about.

“WOAH! It’s so pretty!!” she says, you seeing her wearing a fiery red shoulderless dress that comes down to her knees. Every time she twists the dress follows, flowing out and your daughter can’t look away. You and Freeza share a chuckle at this, as he then turns towards you.
“Working on mastering that form I saw you in earlier?” he asks, you nodding, unable to look away from how happy your daughter is with her dress. “Why did you choose it over the other form? The one that looks more like your wife?”

Glancing over you see her wearing a similar dress, albeit filling it out quite differently than your prepubescent daughter. She sees you looking and winks, then continues getting Karn Jr into his little single-piece suit.

“It’s a transformation dead-end.” you tell him. “While I can still get to that kind of transformation in my Berserker line as well.”
“I see. Avoiding a road that leads nowhere in favor of taking a path that leads to greater strength.” he answers, when suddenly a portal opens up not far from you all. And walking through comes your eldest daughter Chaya, who’s bringing Raditz along. And cameras. More than a dozen Dreadzone cameras follow her out, your daughter and Raditz both holding onto a few more. “Oh.”
“Sorry I’m late, had to grab the cameras!” she says excitedly. “Don’t want to miss a moment of this.”
“Chaya. Did Chilli ask you to bring cameras to his marriage?” Freeza asks her quite pointedly, giving you the feeling something’s up. And seeing her freeze in place and eyes widen tells you the truth of the situation. She clearly hasn’t asked about bringing them.

Well, what do you do about this?
>It’s probably fine, and if Chilli has a problem with her doing this you’re sure he can handle it himself when you all arrive
>Have get telepathically reach out to Chilli, with you listening in, and see if it’s okay for her to bring them

“Hey, Chilli. Have a quick question for you.” you think, telepathically sending the message to your son. “Chaya just showed up, with a bunch of cameras. I don’t know if the two of you talked about this, do you mind if she brings them along?”
“Of course she did.” he answers back after a moment, you almost able to see him pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration. “Dammit.”
“If you don’t want them there, I can tell her-“ you start, Chilli interrupting you.
“Whatever, it’s fine. It’s fine.” he answers hastily. “Just tell her no more than two or three, and they can’t be in the way.”

Then before you can say anything else, he ends the mental link. You wonder what’s going on on his end, and how he’s doing. But you can’t worry about that yet, as you have this to deal with first.

“It’s fine, I just reached out to your brother.” you tell her, then narrow your eyes. “Like you should have, first thing. But he said bringing a pair of them along is fine, as long as they’re not in the way. Understood?”
“Okay.” she replies, dropping her armful of non-flying cameras right there and rubbing the back of her head, clearly embarasssed. “Should’ve probably asked first, huh?”
“Yes, you should have.” Meloka says, looking quite upset at her daughter. “You should be more considerate of your siblings Chaya. Going off and doing your own thing out there is fine, but you can’t just disregard your siblings’ feelings about things like this.”

“I won’t do it again.” she says, seemingly chastised enough. She and to your surprise Raditz both get dressed, a suit and dress ready for them both. Your eldest daughter and Raditz both dress as well, everyone now ready to go. For a moment you consider going back to the ship and taking your own sword along, seeing Caulifla holding hers, then disregard that idea. You won’t need it for simply going to a wedding.
“Karn, are you all ready?” Raven says, stepping through one of her portals right by you. “Chilli’s guest has arrived to take you all to their planet.”

Looks like it’s about time to go. Anything you need to take care of first?

“Just a moment.” you say, bringing your hand to your forehead and Instant Transmission away. You teleport to Silver’s side, apologize for suddenly appearing beside him and rush out of the kitchen. In a blink you’re at your own room, door sliding open near-soundlessly as you walk in. Rushing over to the table by your bed, you open the drawer and take the small seamless black box out of the drawer. Nodding to yourself you place it in your coat pocket, and turn to leave. For a moment you think you should grab your sword too, but it isn’t resting by the hammer behind your door. “Huh. Did I leave that out somewhere?”

But you can’t ponder it, as you’ve got to go. Bringing your hand to your forehead, again you use your Instant Transmission. This time you reappear back beside Freeza, standing on the sands of the Guardian’s Island. Where another guest is waiting here as well.

“-to the village, then we’ll all- Oh, Karn! G-Greetings.” Yunyun says, the woman clearly nervous as well. “You look...ready.”
“Thanks.” you reply, noticing she fills out that same similar-style red dress even moreso than your wife does. “Everyone here?”
“Yeah, we were just waiting on you.” a familiar voice says, you turning and seeing your old man sitting on the rock beside Raven. Heavily scarred, and wearing his armor instead of a suit, Tatsu looks just as tough as ever. “Now let’s get going.”

You wonder why he isn’t shedding the armor for an event like this a moment, then dismiss it. If that’s what he showed up in, that is what he’ll be wearing. He’s not one of your kids, so you just let him be.

“Very well. Everyone grab on to someone else, and make sure we’re all touching.” Yunyun says, and once you all comply disappear in a flash of light. After a second or two you open your eyes, finding yourself back on the far outskirts of the Crimson Demon village. “Sorry I couldn’t get us closer, but we have the security measures active to keep anything from happening during the celebration.”
“Don’t worry, I’ll get us the rest of the way.” you reply, right hand going back to your forehead as you find Chilli’s ki. Which isn’t difficult, as he’s the strongest being on this planet outside your group. And once you’re locked on, another Instant Transmission brings you all right to his side. And the first thing you notice is he looks haggard. Like he hasn’t slept in days.

“Chilli! I’ve missed you!” Caulifla shouts excitedly, rushing over to her brother and embracing him. Immediately the dark cloud over him disappears, vanishing like it never was as he excitedly greets you all. But you can’t shake what you saw out of your head.

But do you say anything?

“Chilli? Are you okay son?” you ask him telepathically. “Everything alright?”
“Huh? I’m fine.” he replies, answer guarded a bit. “Why?”
“You just looked exhausted there, before you realized we were here.” you tell him. “Look like you’ve been pulling a week straight of night watches.”
“Just been too busy to get any good sleep.” he answers, you getting the distinct feeling this is a major downplay of what’s happening with him. But if he doesn’t want to talk about it, you can’t force him. So you’ll do what you can.
“If you want to talk, I’m always here for you.” you say, and end the mental link to him as Caulifla let’s go.

“This dress is so cute!” she shouts excitedly, spinning again and letting the flame-like dress bob around her. “When do we start?”
“In about an hour from now.” an older gentleman says, wearing a deep black outside/blood red inside cloak over his garb. The man looks vaguely familiar to you, but it’s been so long since you visited the Crimson Demon village you can’t remember him. But he clearly remembers you. “Good to see you all. General Karn, and you must be this Emperor Freeza I’ve heard so much about. I’ve even heard you’re stronger than Karn here.”
“Indeed, but not for much longer if my general over here has anything to say about it.” Freeza says with a teasing smirk you just know is aimed at you. “Thank you for your hospitality, Chief Hiropon.”
“Well of course. It is thanks to you that our planet remains untouched, and out of wider space conflicts.” the chief says, you looking to Freeza questioningly. “And this must be your family, Chilli. Why don’t you introduce us?”

“What was that?” you telepathically ask Freeza as he smiles at you knowingly.
“This was your son’s request.” he answers. “Your son asked me for domain over this world, and to leave it untouched. And since I told him this would could be his, wether or not anyone interferes would be up to him and his ability to stop them.”
“Huh. Well alright.” you reply aloud, as Chilli introduces every one of his siblings. But then Hiropon turns to the Ginyus, and asks who they are. Which of course prompts them to do their own introduction, complete with five multicolored smoke cloud detonations behind their posing. You wonder how they pulled it off, then notice the different colors on the bottom of Guldo’s shoe when he takes a step after posing. Clever.

Once the introductions are done with, Chief Hiropon leads you all towards the ceremony site. And once you arrive, Jeice let’s out a low, appreciative whistle. No wonder Chilli looked so tired, everything is crystal. From the hundreds of chairs to the altar, the archway behind it, every piece of furniture is made of Chilli’s magical crystals. You’re no wizard, but even you can appreciate the amount of work your son has to have put into all this. Which does alleviate a bit of your earlier concern, as this had to have taken a lot of power to pull off.

“Now ‘at’s a venue.” Jeice says appreciatorily, you remembering he’s actually married. “Whoever made this could make a profession outta it.”
“Thanks, spent several hours yesterday on it.” Chilli replies, giving him a small smile. “But I don’t think I’ll be doing this for a living.”
“Wait, you did all this?” Recoome asks, jaw dropping comedically. “But, how?”
“It’s magic.” your son answers teasingly, letting a little bit of crystal form in his left hand a moment before dispelling it.
“So, what do you need us to do?” Broly asks his brother.
“It isn’t starting for awhile, so just make yourselves comfortable.” Chilli replies, looking around suddenly. “I gotta go get some more last-minute things ready.”

Well, it looks like you have some free time here before everything begins kicking off. Which brings up an important question:

What do you do?
>Stay here and relax, but let Chilli know if he needs a hand with anything non-magical you’re here
>Stay here at the wedding site, and keep your younger kids from going around and causing mischief

“No problem, we’ll be staying here in the village.” you tell him, your son nodding and lifting off the ground before blasting off to go somewhere. You then turn to the kids, and decide to ask them. “So, who wants to walk around and see what all there is to see here?”
“I DO!” Caulifla, Maz, Kayle, Tatsu, and Tomi all shout simultaneously.
“AAAAaaaaaAAAH!” Karn Jr shouts along, trying to get his older sister Okira to cheer as well. Your Stand-tongued daughter doesn’t cheer, but it’s clear to you she wants to as well.
“Well, I think you got your answer.” Meloka says with a laugh. “What’re you going to do?”
“I think I’ll stay here with the chief for a bit, and discuss a few things.” Freeza says, as Chaya sets the two flying cameras to film the event from two different angles atop two of the crystal pillars. “You all can go ahead without us.”

“Alright, let’s go.” you say, and turn to lead the way from the venue. Heading back into the village along the main road, you point out Megumin’s house on the edge to your kids. “And that’s where Megumin lives.”
“Think we can go say hello?” Chaya asks, you seeing Meloka shaking her head. “Why not?”
“She’s probably too busy getting ready, the last thing she needs is us getting in her way.” Meloka answers. “We’ll see her when she’s ready to walk.”
“Oh, okay.” Chaya says, not putting up any more of a fight about it. Which is a bit odd, but you let it be. Everyone follows as you walk past her home and the mixed bathhouse, and out into the village proper. First is the chief’s multi-story home, and what looks like the remains of some sort of wooden stage. “Wonder what happened here?”

“You folks missed quite the show there.” a rather portly man wearing a white open-chested suit says, hair formed into an odd pompadour. “The off-worlder Chilli faced Megumin’s father Hyoizaburoo in a duel to take the girl’s hand in marriage.”
“Chilli’s my big brother!” Kayle shouts excitedly, the man’s eyes widening in surprise. Her sudden call draws several eyes towards you all, and suddenly your instincts warn you there is an extremely hostile presence nearby. You turn, examining the rapidly-forming crowd and immediately notice someone standing out. Despite wearing an oversized cloak, her silhouette is clearly that of a shapely woman. But from beneath the cowl, for just an instant see yellow eyes glowing with pure malice. Then she immediately turns away, walking from you.

“Oh no you don’t.” you think to yourself, trying to focus on the figure’s ki. But you can’t! Whoever, or whatever that is, their ki isn’t mortal.
cont
>>
>>4813095
But it seems the figure senses your attempt, glancing back over her shoulder. You see a smirk, and the mysterious figure disappears around the corner of the building as the locals begin gathering around you all. You ponder chasing the individual, but since she’s moving away from you all you just let her go. After all, more Crimson Demons are gathering. As well as people who clearly aren’t.

“Hey! So you’re Karn, that boy’s father.” a tall, well-built blonde woman who’s physically stronger than all the Crimson Demons says as she walks up. Standing taller than most of the Crimson Demons, wearing form-fitting armor and with a sword at her hip cuts a distinctive figure. Behind her stands a brown-haired, rather plain, unassuming-seeming young man and a blue-haired woman wearing something that clearly isn’t designed for battle. Your attention is drawn to the blonde woman again as she draws her blade, grasping it in both hands before her to the surrounding peoples’ shock. “I challenge you, to one-on-one comba-kyaaaa!”

The brown-haired man fires something pale from his fingertip into the back of the woman’s neck, causing her to drop the weapon and squeal.

“Goddammit, you shamelessly horny masochist!” the brown-haired man says, jerking her head back by the ponytail and shouting in her upside-down face. “Stop trying to get off beat up by every outworlder you see!”
“Mhmmmm!” she says, squirming and clutching her sides at the verbal attack from her....ally? He then drops her, turning to you and dropping to his knees kneeling.
“Please forgive her, she’s just a shameless pervert!” the guy says, forehead resting on his hands.
“K-Kazuma! How dare you s-say such a thing!” she replies, but judging from how bright red her face is, and how expressionless the blue-haired woman with them is, this clearly happens quite often. “I’m an honerable, pure crusader!”

Well? How do you deal with this...situation?

“You know what? Why not?” you say, shrugging your left arm out of the suit’s coat, and then your right before folding it over itself and passing it to your son Broly. “Mind holding this for me?”
“Uhh, sure?” he replies, taking your suit coat. Now with your arms free, you roll your right shoulder, it popping once audibly. “You really going to do this?”
“We’ll keep it nice and civil for the wedding, and not use any weapons.” you say, the woman sheathing her blade before unbelting it. She then passes the weapon to the blue-haired woman who just seems confused about all this while the brown-haired man immediately gets clear. Seeing how quickly the man vacates the area the others do the same, forming a large circle around you and your family. Meloka leads the kids back away, so you can face this far too eager woman head-on. “Any sort of rules you want to make?”

“This match will go until one of us cries for mercy.” she says, cheeks blushed as she takes her fighting stance. Both arms are up, resembling a defensive stance, but she’s not actually protecting her body and only guarding the sides of her head. Which is an interesting choice, leaving most of herself wide open to attack. “Now come on, Saiyan! Show me your power!”
“Hey, Chilli’s dad!” the man named Kazuma shouts at you. “She’s the single densest person on this planet, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally breaking her.”
“H-HEY! Who’re you calling dense?!” she shouts back over her shoulder, clearly embarrassed by his shout. You wait until she turns back around, waiting for her to ready up again. And when she turns back around, begins shouting at you too. “And what are you doing? I left myself wide open there so you’d attack me! What are you waiting for?”

“I don’t think she’s okay in the head.” Tatsu and Tomi say together, which is ironic enough coming from the twins who’s mental connection has spawned a whole other entity that exists inside their heads. You simply take your fighting stance, left arm up and right arm back ready to trade blows with this warrior.
“Show me what you can do!” she shouts, immediately taking off at a spring right for you. It looks like she’s ready for a brawl, but to be fair so are you. This should be fun.

I am ready to use the iron maiden as a punching bag, yes.
There's enough of a gap that we can get really creative without a lot of risks.
>>
>>4813288
Ha. She can’t hurt you, but her body is more durable than your suit. Hell, she’s more durable than your armor.
>>
>>4813307
That's what I like to hear. Though from what I've gathered in my brief research, she still has quite a few glaring flaws. All of them intentional on her part of course, but that's neither here nor there.
I'm heavily leaning on letting her take the pace just so we can diagnose those problems.
I can imagine Karn would still be in Training mode right now, may as well make some use of it.
>>
>>4813307
But is she more durable than our base form?
>>
Masochism is great and all but if you hit hard and fast enough you can clean break a bone before too much pain sets in. Then you have to deal with looking at a floppy limb for a second or two before the hurt hits.
>>
>>4813325
Then there's also the variety of ways to take somebody out without causing any pain whatsoever (provided the technique is performed correctly)
Blood chokes and strikes to the jaw and temple being the most widely popular methods.
>>
>>4813334
I imagine that if you went for the choke she'd be ecstatic for all of about eight seconds before she passed out lol.
>>
>>4813278
Oof, sick burn from the OG twins.
>>4813307
Oh yeah, we know, and were gonna beat her into the planets crust. Can't risk sending her to the core afterall, she might gush so much it would risk putting out the core of the world.
>>4813316
We must teach her how to fight until it gets through Karn's head that Kazuma was right, she's just a proactive combat pervert.
>>4813346
....Should we cover our kids eyes for this?
>>
>>4813349
>Should we cover our kids eyes for this?
It's nothing they haven't seen before. That sparring match with Karn and Meloka the day prior may as well have been flirting.
Incredibly deadly flirting, but flirting nonetheless.
>>

“Show me what you can do!” the blonde warrior woman shouts, dashing right for you. She crosses her arms in front of her head as she charges, in what appears to be an attempt at making herself a battering ram. But you’re not just going to let her crash into you, stepping forward you bring your right foot up and kick square into her gut. “GUUUH!!”

She wheezes as your blow connects, lifting her clean off her feet. However, you’d underestimated just how dense she is, the young man was right. Instead of launching her back right out of the circle of onlookers, she flips back once, sliding to a stop on her heels back where she started from. She’s much tougher than she looks, and far more durable than her powerlevel would suggest. Seems like it’s a good thing you didn’t pass her challenge off to one of the kids.

“Not bad.” she says, not even winded despite being launched into the air by someone more than a thousand times stronger than her. And without hesitation charges in again. “Now let’s see how you handle this!”

Once more she rushes in, this time swinging for you with a wild right punch. And just from that, you can tell that this woman isn’t a hand-to-hand combatant. Fighter or not, you’re not just letting her hit you with that blow. Right before her fist gets close you move, spinning clockwise out around her punch. With two steps you’re now behind her, and deliver a chop to the back of her neck. Your blow, combined with the miss of her own strike knocks her off balance, nearly stumbling to the ground. But the fighter catches herself, sliding to a stop before whirling to face you.

“Heh, not bad.” she says, breathing a bit heavy and blushed despite not really doing much yet. “But if that was all you’ve got, you’ll never hit me hard enough.”
“I’m just getting started.” you reply, retaking your stance. Seems she’s too tough to go down from a single hit like that.

What now?
>Play defensively, and knock her away each time she rushes in

So since a single well-placed blow won’t take her down, you decide to use her to get some Djem So practice in. Planting your feet, you gesture her to come at you with a wave of your hand.

“Show me your power!” she shouts, rushing towards you again. “I, Darkness shall be the one to take you down!”
“Bring it!” you reply, stepping in as she closes the distance, duck a wild left, and slam your left fist square into her gut. “HAAA!”
“Khhh!” she winces, but isn’t knocked back. She twists, trying to punch down at you with her right fist. You twist and deflect her blow, knocking her arm aside with your left forearm and leaping with your your right fist up slamming into her chin. The heavy blow rocks her head back, you twisting midair and delivering a powerful left kick square into her face. “Kyaa!”

“Get her dad!” little Maz shouts as your kick sends Darkness staggering back clutching at her nose.
“Damn, she’s still standing.” Raditz comments. “Someone with her power should be down and out at the least, if not outright killed.”
“Come on Darkness, you can do it!” the blue-haired woman shouts, causing fountains of water to spray from the folding fans in her hands. For some reason. “No one’s built tougher than you!”
“No one’s ever hit me that hard before.” Darkness says, eyes wild and chest heaving. “More.”
“What?” you say, still confused by her behavior. So she takes the initiative, and again rushes right at you. As she closes in you drop a right handed hammer fist down, the woman blocking it with her arms crossed. Which leaves her gut wide open, left fist connecting before she can prepare herself. Your right to her jaw follows your left, then hit her with a left uppercut to stagger her back. But she still doesn’t go down. Despite being more than a thousand times weaker than yourself, she’s somehow still standing.

“C-Come on!” she says, again bringing her arms up and panting. Either from exhaustion or excitement you can’t even tell at this point. “Don’t tell me you-you’re done already.”
“If you want some more, come and get it.” you reply, once more taking your stance. And like taking the lead off a hound she bolts for you once again. However, this time she doesn’t even try and strike you, again seemingly trying to simply bowl you over. So you catch her by the shoulders to stop her charge, and start lifting her off the ground. “Remember, you asked for this.”
cont
>>
>>4814404
With the woman’s shoulders in your grip you flip back, driving your left foot into the right side of her jaw. This attack launches her straight up into the air, and once your feet touch the ground again you leap up after her. This next attack here will finish this little spar for good.

“I’ll finish this right now.” you say, right fist slamming into her unguarded jaw, followed immediately by your left. You use that momentum to spin, and deliver five quick kicks to her chest and face while gathering a bit of ki between your fists, then slam it right into her chest as well. Your attack detonates and launches her backwards, but you’re not done yet. Raising your right hand to your forehead you use Instant Transmission to appear right behind her, and grab an ankle before she can soar past. You then spin once, twice, three times before pitching her back down towards the clearing you’d been sparring in. Again teleporting back down to the impromptu arena, you walk into the center, and watch as the armored woman streaks down towards you. This attack will end it. As she flies headfirst at you you plant your feet, and pull your right arm back. Then as she gets in range you step into your punch, fist crashing into her jaw as you slam her down into the ground. The blow kicks up a powerful shockwave, dust flying as you plant this woman into the dirt. As the dust settles, all you can see if her is a booted foot sticking up out of the crater bottom. Floating down into the new hole you grab her boot, and yank her out of the ground. She’s clearly out of it, not unconscious surprisingly but mumbling something, a giant goofy grin on her flushed face. Flying out of the new hole your daughter rushes over, Triumph already out and ready.

“Wow. She’s really hard.” Caulifla notes, Triumph doing little more than patching a few small cuts and bruises on her face. “Is that why you want us to train being tough so much? So we don’t get hurt by the bad guys?”
“Exactly.” you tell her, the woman coming to and seeing you holding her by her foot. “So even if you can’t harm your opponent, you can maybe last until help arrives.
“Oh no, I’ve been bested.” Darkness says, wiggling a bit in your grip. “What else are you going to do to me, now that I can’t resist?”
“Huh? It’s over, go back to your friends.” you say, dropping her right there on her head. That was...wierd.

“You’re durable, but really need to work on your technique.” you tell the woman as she rises to her feet, taking your suit coat and putting it back on. “It doesn’t matter how durable you are, if you can’t hit your opponent you won’t ever win.”
“H-Hey! I can hit things!” she says, sounding surprisingly offended for such an innocent remark. The woman then tries to step away, and immediately stumbles.
“Woah, easy there.” Broly says, your son catching her by the arm and shoulder before she can face plant the ground. “Caulifla may have healed you up, but your head’s still going to be disoriented from all that.”

“Oh, uhh, thanks.” she says akwardly, then speaks up after a moment. “Mind letting go?”
“Yeah, of course.” he says, letting the woman go as she stands back upright. And by now the crowd has gathered around, everyone talking over each other. But what you notice is the blue haired woman rushes over to Darkness, and immediately begins checking her over.
“Wow! You didn’t even take a scratch from all that!” she shouts, oblivious to what Caulifla’s Triumph had done. “You really are durable.”
“No, she got hurt. But I already healed her.” your daughter says, the blue-haired one looking towards your little girl confused.
“You? But you didn’t use any healing magic.” the slow girl says, head tilted towards her confused. “How could you have healed her?”
“My Stand healed her.” she says, and you see the brown-haired boy’s face pale while everyone else looks around confused. He clearly knows what a Stand is, and that he should be worried. Meanwhile the woman’s about to continue, he rushes forward and slams his hand over her mouth with a slap.
“Thank you very much for taking care of our friend.” he says, the blue hair trying to shout at him over being muzzled for several seconds as he then turns to you. “So, you’re Karn.”

“I am.” you reply, trying to gauge this man. His powerlevel is even less of a threat to you than that Darkness woman, but something about him is just off. Then it hits you, he’s not the one your senses are pinging on. The blue haired woman, she doesn’t have any ki! You can’t sense the slightest thing from her, not a whisper of living energy. But there is a certain, almost familiar-feeling pressure in the air now that she’s this close. But that can’t be right, there’s no way. Someone like that couldn’t possibly be divine, could they?
“Aww man, I missed all the fun!” you hear another woman’s voice shout, you and the ragtag group of non-Crimson Demons turning as yet another person walks up. She’s shorter than the brown-haired man, slim build, pale hair with a scar on her chin, and a dagger on her hip. And much like the blue-haired woman, you sense nothing from this one either. The hell is going on here? “What did I miss?”

“Chris, this is Karn. Chilli’s father, and their family.” Kazuma says by way of introduction. “Karn, this is Chris. Another fellow adventurer of mine, and quite skilled at getting into places she doesn’t belong.”
“Yeah. I’m a pretty talented thief, if I do say so myself.” she says, then holds up the mystery box. YOUR mystery box. “So, what is this thing?”
“The hell?” you say, checking in your coat pocket to see that, sure enough, the box is gone. How did she do that? “When did you-?”

“As I said, I’m pretty good.” she says, offering the box back to you. “There isn’t any treasure I can’t find.”
“Then maybe you can find out how to open it.” you tell her, gesturing to the box still in her hand. “Had that thing for years now, still haven’t been able to open it up.”
“I’ll take a look.” she says, holding it flat in her left palm while forming a circle with her right thumb and forefinger, bringing both up to her right eye like a lens. “Hrmmm, let me see. There don’t appear to be any sort of traps, either mechanical or magical. And I’m not seeing any seams in it’s construction either. Are you sure there’s actually something inside this thing?”
“I’m sure. Our head scientist back home had some sort of prototype sealed inside it before his death.” you answer. “He died mid-recording trying to explain what he made.”
“I’m sorry to hear that.” she says, then after another moment or two seemingly gives up and offers it back. “Sorry, but I can’t see any way to get it open.”

“Well, at least you tried.” you say, putting it back in your pocket. And more-carefully watching her hands as she stands there. “At least I know it isn’t trapped.”
“Hey, maybe Pucchin can figure it out.” someone in the crowd says, you turning to the speaker and see a rather voluptuous Crimson Demon wearing some sort of uniform. “He’s really smart, perhaps he could figure it out? He’s probably still over by the school building.”
“Why not?” you answer, and for what feels like a half hour travel around the village moving from building to building searching for someone able to open it. Each person suggested is unable to open the box, however, and after visiting nearly every building in the village are returned to the Chief’s home, and the new crater beside it.
“Damn. That thing seems really, impossibly secure.” Kazuma says, then lights up as he suddenly gets an idea. “Hey, I know. Maybe I can get it out!”
“You? How?” you ask, a bit skeptical. If he was really confident, wouldn’t he have tried earlier? But you’re willing to hear him out at least.
“Watch this!” he says, pointing his right hand braced by his left at your hand holding the cube. “STEEEEAAAALLL!!”

For a moment you feel as if something brushes against you, more corporeal than the wind but less than something solid as you’re blinded by a flash of light. Then the light disappears, and the first thing you see is that the box is still there in your upright palm. The next thint you notice is what looks like a small piece of cloth, with lace and a bow on it. You wonder what that is, when suddenly hear a shout from behind you.

“K-K-K-KAAAZUUUMAAAAA!!”” Yunyun shrieks from somewhere right behind you, rushing forward with her arms swinging wildly. “Give me back my panties!!”
“JACKPOT!!” he shouts, swinging them overhead in a circle to mixed reactions. Most of the female Crimson Demons cringe away from him, while several of the males cheer.
“At least it wasn’t me this time.” you hear the thief Chris sigh out behind your shoulder, no doubt the victim of his thievery before. Which strikes you as ironic, unlike the wistful “Wish that were mine.” you hear from the weird crusader. What the hell is wrong with these people?

“Warning! Demon King’s army sighted!” what sounds like an automated voice suddenly calls out from overhead. “Estimated force size, two hundred thousand! All unoccupied mages, report to the southeast firing line!”
“Wait. That’s where the ceremony is set up!” one of the other Crimson Demons in the crowd shouts, you immediately blasting off into the air, turning towards the ceremony sight, and take off. There’s no way in hell you’re letting some self-proclaimed demon monarch ruin your son’s wedding! In a second you’ve left the town behind, flying over the wedding grounds and seeing a massive force approaching. And to your surprise, the grand majority of these demons feel at least stronger than your average Saibamen, but still no where close to yourself. This shouldn’t take long.

“There’s more of them this time.” Chilli says, your son coming to a stop beside you. He’s wearing black and silver robes, a black pointed hat similar to Megumin’s, and carrying his crystal-bladed scythe in his right hand. “But they still shouldn’t be an issue.”

>>4814724
He snaps his left hand’s fingers, that cursed tome of his reappearing and turning his hand skeletal when he grabs it. The pages seemingly flip by themselves, stopping on one with words you can’t read, but gives you a feeling of unease to look upon. Knowing what that book is, and by what entity’s hand he received it, you can’t help but feel a little nervous. You don’t know much about magic, but channeling the primordial force of death itself can’t possibly be good for you.

“You don’t need to use that, do you?” you ask him, your son looking at you confused. “Can’t you do this with your own power, instead of relying on that thing’s?”

His eyes widen at this, looking from you to the book a moment as if just realizing something. He then turns back to you and smirks, snapping the book shut and it disappearing from between his fingers. Then your son turns from you, facing the encroaching horde and levels his left hand down at them.

“Brace yourself Dad, we’re probably still in range of this one.” he says, you unsure what exactly he’s going to be doing. But then he attacks, and shows you. “Dark Magic: Black Hole!”

A sphere of infinite darkness appears above the approaching horde, it’s effects immediately apparent. Thousands of the creatures directly below the sphere, which is no bigger around than your shoulders, are instantly sucked up into it. You feel yourself being pulled towards that void as well, but can easily resist it from this distance. This goes on for several seconds until a streak of blue light is fired up from somewhere in their masses, which is also sucked into that void. However, once that light is absorbed Chilli’s spell ends, vanishing almost as if it never were.

“Good call Dad, looks like they have their own mages with this group.” he says, lowering his slightly-trembling hand and clenching it, transforming into a Super Saiyan with a flash of golden light. “Let’s finish this.”

And that’s it for this weekend, enjoying the episode so far? Ready to see what other surprises are in store, as well as the wedding finally(hopefully) kicking off? Curious who the ki-less hooded figure is, and why you couldn’t sense them? All this and more, next time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest!

>>4814674
They do, kinda, but they don’t wear anything under the elastic-like suits. So technically the armor is “clothes” and the bodysuit is “underwear”.
>>4814662
Kazuma has a really, abnormally-good luck stat.
>>
>>4814739
Quick question, can our current suit and jacket expand to fit us if we go Berserk right now?
>>
>>4814581
Oh...oooooh yeah, he knows about stands, and he knows our daughter has one now.
>>4814739
I am waiting for Kazuma to slither his way into following us or Chilli around to get access to the wider universe. I tremble at the thought of Jewfish and him meeting.
>>
>>4814753
Suit? Perhaps if done carefully enough, it is made of mostly the same material as your training suit after all. Jacket? Absolutely not, it wouldn’t even survive Super Saiyan.
>>4814769
Kazuma’s going to be very, VERY careful around her. Don’t forget, any Japanese media pre-BoG release basically he consumed. He could potentially know quite a lot about the universe, depending.
He already has his target planned, at least to leave this world behind.
>spoiler
Wouldn’t be that bad. Although, what would he wish for if given the chance?
>>
>>4814799
....hmmm, an intelligent girlfriend? Goddess Re-Education program for Aqua? A house boat? Really if he just wishes the Demon Lord getting crushed, then deal with Aqua fucking things up for him, he's pretty much set himself up beyond the future utilities he needs.
Kazuma finds Space 4chan.
The Horror.
>>
>>4814799
>Wouldn’t be that bad. Although, what would he wish for if given the chance?
Like if he had access to the Dragon Balls? I can think of a few things.
>a body that could adapt to any external stimuli
>a trip to Namek
>the ability to freely travel between the mortal and divine planes
>being able to learn any technique witnessed
>the ability to transfer one's soul to different vessels
>a Stand generating dagger
>a spacefaring vessel capable of FTL speeds
>a second chance back home
>>
>>4814812
>>4814830
I meant what VOX would wish for, not Kazuma.
>>
>>4814840
>I meant what VOX would wish for, not Kazuma.

>>
>>4814830
He's going to use the dragon balls to wish to be able to transport people back and forth between worlds at will. If the dragon can let him go one way than it could theoretically let him go both directions, maybe even go to random other worlds. Kazuma could accidentally be the catalyst that introduces Magic the Gather lore into the quest by unwittingly wishing to become a Planeswalker. I could see Ulamog or Kozilek being a reasonably scaled for our power level.
>>
>>4814840
That....I can't imagine what he'd want.
>>
>>4814856
That sounds great actually, our Magic Acquaintances can come see us, maybe even survive taking a walk on New Salda, try the cuisine, settle down in what could arguably be the safest place in Reality under a planet
>>

>>4814859
Hard to say. Who knows what lies in that fishman’s heart.
>>4814856
>>4814866
Kazuma knows how broken MTG is. Although he wouldn’t know Bolas could be defeated and stripped of his power.
>>4814869
A rather notable distinction. However, problems have a way of following walkers. Namely in the form of OTHER walkers.
>>
>>4815028
Then other Planeswalkers can die to a Real Dragon Lord. No one starts shit on Saiyan territory and lives to talk about it.
>>
>>4815087
All fun and games until an Oldwalker shows up
>>
>>4815092
Then they can become lunch as well if they start fucking with things. If they're just tourists then whatever, they gotta pay for attractions, or fuck off to walk the world for cheap. But a Saiyan builder is like an Amish man, they are getting what is owed if they want souvenirs. Wookies are first come first serve.

QM QUESTION

So I have two potentials for this week’s intermission, and I’m curious which you guys find more interesting. What’s currently happening on Dreadzone with Tanya, and the behind the scenes moves she’s making. Or the Three Idiots in Conton City, trying their best to overcome special Parallel Quests starring a certain reality we all enjoy. Let me know which you’d prefer to see first.

>>4815103
>Then they can become lunch as well if they start fucking with things
>(X) Doubt
Bolas went through all that effort of draining others’ Sparks all in an effort to reclaim his oldwalker power. A single Oldwalker could reshape any plane in their image, and duels between them could fracture reality itself.
>>
>>4815193
Tanya. The idiots in Conton City are ones we'll see soon enough when they gatecrash.
>>
>>4815193
Tanya, The Three Stooges can be filled with holes when they try to interrupt another wedding.
>>
>>4815202
They may be training to one day face off against Karn. Remember, SKoT lost Ace. So that’s a major blow to her force projection capacity. She needs more people at the top levels ready to throw down.
>>4815241
>another wedding
~They~ haven’t interrupted one yet. That was Ace, and Trunks’ special team.
>>
>>4815330
>they may be training to face off against karn
but why though, karn literally does not do anything other then fuck around, train and kick the asses of the idiots who harass his family and friends. he's probably the single most benevolent being SKOT has to deal with and all her karn related issues are essentially her own fault.
>>
>>4815365
Because if they can beat Karn, who’s track record against the Time Patrol is better than anyone short of Mechikabura’s, then they’ve passed the hardest PQ tests she can throw at them
>>
>>4815386
ok, i thought you ment shes specifically making them all train specifically for dealing with karn still, when karn hasn't done shit.
>>
>>4815405
It doesn't really matter that we haven't made any moves against her on our own recently, her motivations that got her into this haven't changed. The only thing that's different is that she's picked up more and more grudges against us as this has gone on.
>>
>>4815405
It's all fun and games until they reach "Godbreaker Karn" and they instantly die - twice - in the same run. Can you imagine how much it sucks to die two times simultaneously?
>>
>>4815193

it's been a minute, and I want to see how badly everybody is panicking in Conton City.

>>
>>4815193

>>
>>4815193
That's a tough call, but I'm going to go with Tanya.
>>
>>4815405
>shes specifically making them all train specifically for dealing with karn still
Well, I mean, that is also not wrong. They’re facing Karns from different times in his life.

Oh, there are a few insane ones. Especially the newest one, it’s rougher than Eternal Rivals.
>>4815609

>>
>>4816208
Just not a big fan of the character. Businessman-turned-lesbian-Loli with a massive atheism boner isn’t my thing.
>>

>>
>>4816597
Did future Chaya do any of the PQs during her time in contom city?
>>
>>4816866
Not any pertaining to her family, only generic ones and a few special others. But she did smash most of Ace’s records
>>
>>4816208
>Oh, there are a few insane ones. Especially the newest one, it’s rougher than Eternal Rivals.

Have them fight Karn from the Multithread Battle Royal where Karn fought Blue Vegeta, Blue Ace, SS3 Trucks, Hyoka, That Majin Chick, and the Majin chick who absorbed Trunks and Hyoka.

>Can They Survive The Gauntlet?
Probably Not!

Also lel. I can't wait until we get Berserker 3 up. The PQs and Ace's Nightmares are gunna spike so hard.

Intermission’s going well so far. Weeeell, depends on which character(s) you mean. Halfway through the third post now, this one’s getting fun.

I am worried and scareroused. The Demon Army will either bow to our son or be annihilated.

He's our son, he was just being polite the first time. He'll become a monster unto them, a being of pure apathy as he slaughters them all, his cold blades running red with they're blood, kept from ruling because he needs to get home for dinner with his adorable wife that thaws his heart.
No spoilers.
>>
>>4818866
>>4818873
Glad you all seemingly like it as much as I do.
>>4818875
I mean, he’s no Slayer. But Chilli isn’t to be underestimated. Especially if he’s having an episode.

>tfw using Ultimate Battle theme once again
>tfw still the hypest fight track
There is a lot, and I mean a LOT you can criticize Super for. However, some of those osts are still amazing and haven’t personally been topped. Ultimate Battle, Final Death Match, Final Hope, etc. Sixth post in, this intermission is gonna be fun
>>
>>4821074
Genuinely the only time I ever got hyped when watching Super was when Ultimate Battle kicked in for the first time.

>>4821074

>>4821085
My first hype moment personally was the Kaio-Ken, that buildup and execution was excellent. Was also before I realized Goku doesn’t win a single important fight in Super himself.
>>4821391

I saw that announcement in trash, it fucking hurts. We will never know the ending. Seeing Casca come back to her senses when Guts isn't around is all that's left. I just bought a car that is working in excellent condition. I hope my lucky break didn't cost him his life.
>>
>>4822472
I dunno, where the story happened to stop seems a pretty fitting end to it all for me. Guts again defies his new fate, and avoids becoming what others’ wanted of him. He saw what he could become if he abandons everything he now has for his vengeance, and the consequences of going though with it. Or he can abandon the Berserker path and armor and stay there, where time flows differently and live out his life helping Casca heal with friends by his side. The good guys don’t always “win” and defeat every ultimate evil in existence, our own world is proof enough of that. Finding your own happiness and little piece of heaven is often the best we can do for ourselves, unnoticed and untouched by the grander forces that be. Sometimes an open end is the best end, and letting your mind see the future it wants can inspire others to begin their own journeys instead of crushing their hopes and dreams.
Congrats on the car too
>>
>>4822657
Its a 1989 Buick. Great condition. And I hate open ended stories like this because it means we will never see the true ending.
>>
>>4822762
>never see the true ending.
But do you need to? I quit following MHA after All Might vs All For One, because All Might’s story is done. He retired after using the last of his power defeating his final opponent, and he’s the only character in that series I really liked. I don’t need to see what happens now, or how he’ll eventually die. We all die. Best to remember him how he was, a hero.

Also, intermission out hopefully shortly!
>>
QM UPDATE

Okay, so unfortunately the intermission won’t be out tonight. Found out my little bro’s back stateside, and going to be picking him up from the airport tomorrow so have been planning that. With that said, as of right now episode 156 will not be continued this weekend. I’ll try and have this intermission polished and out sometime Saturday instead. Sorry for the late notice, but I try my best to let you guys know as soon as my own plans change.
>>
>>4822334
I was afraid this would happen. I’ve been anticipating it for years, so it hasn’t hit as hard as it’s hit others. I can only hope that the assistants Miura trained to replicate his art style find an outline of the rest of the plot and pick it up.

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 156 Intermission-

AGE 858, CONTON CITY

“Whutisgoinon whutisgoinon whutisgoinon!” a Freeza race alien says to the other two patrollers here waiting here for him as he runs up. The taller of the two is a man built like Jiren and wearing the Pride Trooper uniform but with his face more round and orange with a pair of Ds painted on named Doto. And the other is a near-topless man wearing a straw hat on his head, golden necklace and armbands gleaming named Deion. Good, Deion, Dino(aka Rhyme), and Doto, they’re all here. You just hope this crazy plan works.
“Well well, look who finally decided to join us.” Doto says, arms crossed and glaring at the silver Freeza race man.
“Shut up! You’re the one who’s usually late!” Dino fires back immediately.
“Fellas please, calm down and fall in line behind the mvp.” Deion says, walking up to you. “And let’s see what we got on the menu today. Sup Trunks?”

You are Trunks: son of Bulma and Vegeta, Time Patroller and heir to the power over time, Super Saiyan God, and currently working overtime. Ever since Ace vanished the entirety of Conton City has been on high alert, expecting an attack from Mechikabura’s demonic forces any moment. And thanks to your partner’s disappearance, the Time Patrol has desperately been trying to elevate other members into the upper echelons of power to try and mitigate that void. And these three are one such team, dubbing themselves the “Three Idiots”. To your surprise they’ve made surprising progress over the past six months, and can even stand against the likes of Patrollers Goku and Vegeta in their Super Saiyan 4 forms. Perhaps they are ready for what they’re about to face.

“Thank you all for coming.” you say, trying to look at each of them in turn. “I know things haven’t been easy since Ace’s disappearance, but you three have been making extraordinary strides forward-“
“Man, we all know where he went.” Deion interrupts, shaking his head. “He went off after that Saiyan booty he been following around the last few months.”
“Y’know, you right.” Dino says, nodding along. “Find her, and you find him. Ezpz.”
“Well, if the Supreme Kai of Time could find either of them, they wouldn’t have had to bring in us.” Doto remarks, still striking an uncanny resemblance to Universe 11’s Jiren. “So, who’re we fighting today?”
“You three have been chosen to start a special training.” you say, gesturing to the small building beside the Time Nest proper. “Come with me, and I’ll show you.”

Walking over to the door you transform, crimson godly aura flaring as you place your hand against it. The door then seemingly melts away, and you begin walking down the staircase. The three follow close, muttering something about “dlc” or something as you take them down into the hidden area.
>>
>>4826008
“Man, this just got hype.” Doto says, looking around at the underground facility. He notices the time machine immediately, then the fact that you four aren’t alone. “Oh shiiiit, what is this?”
“Well well, looks like you guys passed the test.” Burcol, another Saiyan who’s ascended beyond Super Saiyan God says. “So these three are gonna try it next?”
“That’s the plan.” you say, to the trio’s confusion.
“Wait, what?” Deion asks.
“Yo, Burcol’s here?” Dino says, clearly excited. “Aight, this new mission already hype af.”

“You three have been chosen to try and take on an enemy none of you have seen before.” you say, activating the screen. It shows the battle on an alternate Earth, where Karn battled Hatchiyack and then the Time Patrol. They all watch as Karn gets blasted with energy from a Golden Freeza, who reverts back down as Karn then flips back up to his feet after being on the brink. Then without hesitation transforms into his Broly-like Berserker state, much to their surprise. “This, is Karn, Chaya’s father.”
“What the fuck is this Gohan-looking, Broly copying nigga gon do?” Deion says, arms crossing as they watch you from back then take your Super Saiyan 3 form, drawing your sword as he creates his. They watch the battle unfold, Karn bisecting you then killing Hyoka too in short order as you watch their reactions. “Oh shit!”
“Daaaa-haaaaaaaam!” Dino says, you glancing and seeing him in profile realize he really is built like a backslash. “Trunks you got wrecked!”
“Wow. That was a lot more brutal than I thought it was going to be.” Doto says. “Didn’t expect him to go for the kills like that, that man’s a savage.”

“He is one of the most notorious Time Breakers we’ve ever fought, but since we’ve never truly beaten him, his existence has been kept highly confidential.” you tell them. “To date, none of us have been able to beat him in actual battle. So that’s why you’re going to be sent to some very special Parallel Quests, and fight him at different points in his life so far and see how you stack up.”
“Tsk! Maaan, let me at him.” Deion says confidently. “I have Bower!”
“Yeah! Broly or not, he can’t beat all three of us.” Dino says. “C’mon Doto, we got this!”
“Let’s Go!” Doto says excitedly, the three clearly ready to try their hands at facing him.
“I’m sending you all into that battle.” you say, pressing another button and opening the larger-than-normal Time Machine, which has three seats for sending a full team in. “It’s a warzone in there, so stay alert.”
“Good luck.” Burcol says, then once it seals with a hiss adds quietly. “You’re gonna need it.”
>>
>>4826011
Turning from the time machine as it vanishes, you and Burcol return your attention to the giant screen on one wall. They arrive in a flash of light behind past you, capsuling the time machine before it could be seen and seemingly appearing in their fighting stances behind ‘you’.

“Heh. Looks like your boss saw how this fight went.” Karn says with a smirk, taking his fighting stance. “So she sent these guys to carry your corpse home.”
“Stay out of this.” past you says, charging right for Karn. He meets the charge, the two of you exchanging dozens of blows before both flipping back and away. Then the Three Idiots make their move.
“Can I get a schkaflanny?!” Deion shouts, aura flaring azure as he goes straight into Super Saiyan Blue and launches a flying kick at Karn’s chest. Karn sees it coming, crossing his arms and blocking the heavy blow. The impact drives him back a few dozen feet before sliding to a stop, and trying to go for a retaliatory strike. But Deion backflips away, and just as he does Golden Dino fires his Emperor’s Death Beam.
“Gotcha!!” Dino roars, the first beam striking Karn square in the chest.

“Gah!?” Karn exhales, the shining beam piercing right through his armor.
“Hold all this!” Rhyme shouts, firing beam after beam in a tremendous assault. Karn is ragdolled around, each hit twisting his body around in different directions. Dino burns through a ton of energy rapidly, clearly holding Karn on the ropes when suddenly the Saiyan roars.
“BARRIER!” Karn bellows, emerald sphere forming around him. Rhyme’s barrages of beams are stopped by the shield, the golden Freeza race abandoning the attack.
“LET’S GOOOO!!” Doto shouts, dashing in through the energy shield and swinging a hard right at Karn’s head. But he’s ready, deflecting the punch aside with his left forearm while gathering ki into his right. And before Doto can react fully Karn swings his ki-clad right, Ki Punch exploding right in Doto’s orange face and denting him flying. “Oooooff!!”
“DOTO!!” Dino shouts out alarmed as their largest party member is blasted away past all of them. “YOO!? Did he just one shot Doto?!!”

“Man get the fuck out mah way!” Deion shouts, blue aura surging as he leaps back towards Karn and closes the distance in a second. “I will show you the true Bower! Of deez nutz!”

And as he taunts Karn he leaves an Afterimage behind, just inside the larger Saiyan’s range as Rhyme bursts out laughing mid-fight. Karn takes the bait, swinging for the illusion’s throat, but his fist passes right through the image. You see Deion behind Karn, both fists pulled back, and before Karn can react slam them both down onto his head simultaneously.

“Shaaaashasha!” he shouts, slamming Karn down so hard he bounces. And then the real punishment begins.
>>
>>4826012
Karn, stunned from the blow is unable to react as Deion begins laying into him with a vicious combination of punches and kicks. For several seconds he keeps up the pressure, ending it with a powerful kick that launches him towards Rhyme. Who’s been charging his ki, readying himself for this moment.

“Prominence! FLASH!!” Dino roars, voice cracking a bit as he fires forth a massive wave of blazing energy. Karn gets caught by the attack, Deion vanishing as he dashes back over by Rhyme. Then after a dozen moments Rhyme’s attack ends, the fiery energy burning out and revealing the aftermath. And, somehow, Karn’s STILL standing! Bleeding, burised, but still standing defiantly before them. Rhyme mistakenly pulls his attention from Karn, turning to his ally to say, “Bruh! He’s not down?!”

In that moment Karn attacks, dashing at Rhyme and swinging for his head. But in that moment Doto reappears between them!

“Try something.” Doto says, Karn’s fist striking the outstretched hand. Immediately the energy wrapped around it snaps forward, trapping Karn in a reverse-barrier as the orange man gathers a ball of ki in his left and presses it to Karn. The blast detonates, launching the Berserker Saiyan flying. “Let’s goooooo!”
“Doto!” the other two both shout excitedly as Karn crashes to the ground. And doesn’t immediately get back up.
“This man really tried something.” Doto says, crossing his arms in a very Jiren-esque pose. Then before they can finish the job, the Towa he works with appears, spear in hand and with backup.

“Karn!” Meloka shouts, immediately going to her husband’s side.
“Yoo, mini Saiyan.” Rhyme says to his compatriots. “Bet that’s gonna end up being his other kid or something.”
“Actually, that would be his wife.” the Towa replies, much to the trio’s shock as she levels the god-slaying spear at them. “And, I can assure you through personal experience, the more dangerous of the two.”
“Bitch, I’ll show you danger!” Deion replies, pulling back his hands as he charges an all-too-familiar attack then unleashes it with a roar of “Kamehame! RRRAAAAAAAA!!”
“Useless.” Towa remarks, swinging the cursed spear’s blade down and cutting the beam it two! Both halves of the beam split around her like a parting sea, Towa shielding the two Saiyans.
“Towa protecting her minions?” Dino asks, scoffing. “Please, that’s not in character.”
“You think I’m protecting them?” Towa asks as Deion’s beam ends, revealing both Meloka and Karn standing. “I was just buying time for that Senzu to take effect. Good luck.”

And then she vanishes, leaving Dino, Doto, and Deion facing a restored Karn and a seemingly-fresh Meloka. You’d sent them in there when he was fighting on his last legs, after battling several other Patrollers. This could go really poorly!
>>
>>4826015
“You bastards just keep coming.” Karn says in his base form, ground trembling beneath his feet as he clenches his fists. “But I won’t lose! GRRRRRYAAAAAAAA!!”

As he roars his body seemingly explodes, tearing itself apart as he bulks back up into his Berserker form. But he doesn’t stop there, from how strong his aura and how sharp his hair is spiking up, plus the emerald lightning dancing around his body show he’s not your average Berserker anymore, and Ascended to a level beyond. Meanwhile Meloka also transforms, going from a Super Saiyan to Super Saiyan 3 in a flash. Her golden aura surges up as well, both Super Saiyans maxing out at their current transformation limits. But they don’t stop there, demonic auras flaring wildly as both transform into their Supervillain states. This is bad.

“If you want to die so badly....” Karn says, the duo taking their fighting stances. “Bring it.”
“Oh shit, we got ourselves a duo.” Deion says, planting his feet and clenching his fists. You watch as the other two do the same, blue, crimson, and golden auras all flaring as they max out their powers. They’re gonna need everything they’ve got to win this.
“Think they can do it?” Burcol asks, you watching the screen unsure. Strictly by the math, Karn and Meloka can’t compete with the Three Idiots. However, by that reasoning you should have beaten him with Super Saiyan 3. Hell, Ace SHOULD have beaten him with his Blue Kaio-Ken attacks back then, but somehow Karn still manages to get back up long after most would lose consciousness or surrender. It’s the number one thing you’ve come to respect him for over the years. No matter what, Karn will not give up while he can still fight back. They’re in for a rough time. “Or should we pull them out of there?”

“No.” you say after several seconds of silence. “They need this.”
“They need getting absolutely BODIED?” Burcol asks you, a bit incredulous. “Why?”
“They have to learn exactly what kind of threats they’re up against now.” you say, remembering the painful and often fatal beatings Karn gave you. Were it not for Senzu beans, and the Supreme Kai of Time undoing time to heal you, you would have been dead after almost every encounter with him. “They need to see first hand just what a threat Karn is, and be ready before actually facing him.”
“Well, we do have the Dragonballs ready.” Burcol says, the two of you watching the fight unfold. “We’re probably gonna need them.”
“Come on.” you mutter under your breath, as the five begin moving. “Do your best.”

(DBS Ultimate Battle ost)

“Let’s GOOO!!” Doto shouts, the Three Idiots rushing in as one towards Karn and Meloka. Karn raises his left hand, and fires a Scatter Beam right for Doto. Who stops, activating his devastating signature counter by raising his right hand shielded in ki with a shout of “Try Something!”

The beams connect with the counter, Doto instantly closing the distance between himself and Karn. But Meloka was ready for him, flipping over her man’s left shoulder, Ki Blades swinging so fast she could be mistaken for a blender.

“HRRYAAAAA!!” she roars, right blade slashing from the man’s right temple to the left side of his jaw. Before Doto can even flinch her spin continues, second blade cutting further back along his head. Her flipping carries her past the large, but not as big as her husband man, slashing him more than a dozen times as her final cut goes up Doto’s back from his left hip to right shoulder, blood spraying everywhere.
“AaaaAAAAAAA!! Help! HELP!!” Doto shouts in agony, just as Karn’s right uppercut connects squarely with his chin and launches him skyward. “Ooooof!!”
“DOTO!” both shout, Rhyme switching directions and strafing while firing finger beams at Meloka as Deion simply stops. Then suddenly the Super Saiyan Blue warrior is behind Karn, punching him square in the back.

“I’m over here stupid!” Deion shouts, and in rapid succession lands another blow to his back, seemingly teleports in front and lands one on his chin, then another in the back all almost simultaneously which sends him flying forward, to which Deion follows up by appearing a short distance past Karn, several hits all registering simultaneously with flashes of purple. As a student of Hit, Deion’s Time Skip is just as devastating as it’s progenitor’s. “Shhhaaaashasha!”

Meanwhile Meloka is blocking beams with her blades, intercepting and deflecting them as she tries closing the gap.

“Deion! Doto! Are you guys seeing this?” he shouts, leaping back and away as Meloka gets close enough to swipe for his neck with a backhanded left. She snarls as Rhyme evades her, swinging both blades back and forth to send a barrage of the Goku Black-like golden ki needles at him. But he evades these as well, sidestepping so fast he seemingly seems to vanish mid-movement. “Whutisgoin whutisgoin whutisgoin whutisgoin.”

“Gaaaah?!” Karn shouts in startled disbelief as he’s knocked into the air, this iteration of your nightmare having little experience against the assassin of Universe 6’s signature technique. Flipping back once to recover, Karn gathers his ki and fires a right then left Scattershot down at his enemy. “HRAAAA HAAAAA!!”
>>
>>4826019
“Whutisgoin whutisgoin whutisgoin!” Deion taunts as well, sidestepping and vanishing in similar fashion to Dino. You have to give them credit, their evasive skills are pretty phenomenal. You just hope they can keep it up long enough to take the dangerous duo down. “I’m behind you! Yee-FUCK!”
“That won’t work.” Karn says, his elbow planted painfully in Deion’s ribs while gathering a massive amount of ki into his right hand. But before he can use it, Doto saves Deion.
“Mixups!” Doto shouts, dropping a double flying kick square into Karn’s chest. The orange-face’d man’s attack kicks Karn down to the ground, Doto landing atop him before flipping back then sweeping his left hand in a backhand so powerful it causes an explosion in the Karn-made crater. Karn is blasted out of the hole, Doto gathering a tremendous amount of ki into his right fist. Before Karn can recover he swings, shouting “I FIGHT FOR MY FRIENDS!!”

The force of Doto’s punch is so tremendous it creates a powerful explosion, both fighters disappearing inside it. And once the blast clears, you see Karn’s actually down!

“Yo Doto, I think the curse has been lifted.” Deion says to his friend, both laughing a moment before they see it. Karn’s not done yet! He rises back to his feet, a murderous glare in his eyes. “What the fuck? How is he still standing?”
“Not yet.” Karn says, rising up to his full height. “I’m not done yet!”

“Haaaa!!” Meloka shouts, firing a ball of ki larger than she is tall from both hands at Rhyme. Who again sidesteps the attack, but out of the corner of his eye sees it change direction towards him.
“Oh shit!” Rhyme shouts, twisting and catching the powerful attack with both hands. He struggles against it for several seconds, then triumphantly tosses the solid orb skyward. “Geeeet the fuck outta here!”
“SKY CANNON!” Meloka roars, the orb firing a powerful beam down at the Freeza race. He doesn’t even see it coming before the beam impacts, smashing him down into the dirt before he even knew what hit him. For several seconds the beam punishes his inattention, and when it finally ends Rhyme leaps out of the crater, pissed.
“Cheap! That was cheap!” he shouts, gathering his own ki into his hands. Then looks around confused, as Meloka seemingly vanished. “Huuh? Where’s she go?”

“Behind you.” Meloka says threatening, as she drives her left elbow forcefully right into the base of Rhyme’s spine. The attack clearly stuns him, Meloka grabbing his tail and spinning twice before pitching him at his allies.
“Oh shit, Rhyme’s back.” Deion says, the two of them catching their fuming ally. “Man you okay?”
“Let me back in there! That was cheap!” he shouts, then realizes what Meloka has done.
>>
>>4826025
Immediately after tossing your fellow Time Patroller she fired off a pair of her Scattershots, except instead of hitting the trio they all stop, forming a Hellzone Grenade. But she isn’t done there, the moment the trio see what’s happening she finishes her technique by firing a single beam from a fingertip.

“Hellzone Prison!” she shouts; the beam splitting off each orb and forming a nigh-impenetrable trap. The three look around, realizing they’ve been caught in her deadly web.
“Oh great, now what?” Doto asks. And, unfortunately for the three of them, they get their answer. Karn charges, Meloka opening a hole for him right as he reaches the prison himself. And with no room to evade, the Three Idiots all get caught in his massive-armed bear hug. “Mhmmm?! No way, not a happy birthday!
“Woah! He grabbed all three of us?!” Rhyme says, shocked. “How?! That’s bullshit!”
“This ends now!” Karn roars, emerald energy exploding out of him as he unleashes a triple-Grinder. “HRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!”

Karn’s energy explodes out, forming an explosion of similar scale to Dragon Force’s Nova from earlier in the battle. Your view on the screen is nothing but white for more than a dozen seconds, as Karn unloads on them. After a while the blast ends, you seeing Karn standing alone in a crater above the broken bodies of the Three Idiots, chest heaving. He then drops to a knee while he also loses both transformations, clearly worn down. They weakened him, but Karn and Meloka are clearly too much for them as they are. You then send Burcol in, who gathers the three of them and gets the hell out of there. After a moment the four of them then return, you feeding each of the now-crippled fighters a Senzu bean.

“D-Dammit! That was such bullshit!” Rhyme says, rising to his feet first. “A triple happy birthday grab?”
“But you gotta admit, that was sick.” Doto says, seemingly completely unphased by the loss. In fact, all three don’t seem the least bit perturbed by the loss nor having their bodies broken by Karn.
“C’mon let me back in there.” Deion says, confidence in his voice. “I’ll beat than man ass!”
“Yooo, you got confidaance?” Doto asks, the three seemingly ready to go again.
“That’s it, we just need to have some confidaaance.” Rhyme says, the trio turning to you. “Trunks, send us back! We’re gonna go again!”
“Wait, you-you’re serious?” you ask them, shocked. “You want to go fight him again?”
“Of course.” Doto says, the Three Idiots all standing confidently. “What do you say boys, another round?”
“Man, easy schmoney.” Deion says, Rhyme raising his arm and “wooo”ing. As he does you can’t help but notice even his arm’s built like a backslash. “We ain’t gon quit!”

Perhaps these guys really are the ones you’ve been waiting for.

And what an eventful two years it was.
Since that battle occured, Karn has done quite a lot.
>more than quadrupled his base powerlevel
>gained a Divine Stand
>claimed an extremely powerful magic sword
>further refined his mastery of Djem-So
>dabbled in using precognition and other Dark Side techniques
>only got better and better at reacting to hidden threats via Danger-Sense
>gained a tentative ally in Ace
Not to mention Chilli would definitely back us up just like last time, and he's only gotten deadlier as a combatant as time has gone on.

Plus we unlocked Legendary Super Saiyan 3. We still can't use it at will but the fact that we've done it once means we can do it again with enough energy.

A family.

I didn’t just mean our family, though. You know guys like the Ginyus, Bardock’s clan, Vegeta and Nappa would happily fight to the death alongside us for any cause we thought was worth such a thing.
>>
>>4827829
Freeza is basically family as well at this point.

>>
>>4828684
It really is a coin toss for how many timelines the dumbasses fuck with creating monsters of Karn or Meloka. His family and friends swearing blood oaths that will push them beyond the limits he would have reached.
>>
>>4828684
>Tatsu
Karn’s Lineage is one hell of a grindy PQ. Final ‘match’ is Players vs Final Form Karn, Blue Evolution Meloka, and Golden Freeza. Then Apex Future Chaya, and another soon-to-be-announced fighter break in as well, so stay tuned for Intermission PtII, Electric Boogaloo!
>>4828807
PQs are basically pocket timelines, severed remains of fixed altered timelines kept around to train the Time Patrol on. Changing what happens in one doesn’t change that universe at all.
>>
>>4828985
So the consequences of they're actions will never show and bite them in the ass, though....is that kinda what Pinky did to Trunk's timeline when he lives, do they move only when the disappointment is around?
>>
>>4828993
No, his timeline still exists. But his timeline is the one Cell came from in Z, after ambushing and killing Trunks. PQs are seperate from the timelines, they’re the leftovers after a timeline is fixed, shards of time that don’t belong anywhen. Their existence is only possible due to the Supreme Kai of Time saving them, so her Time Patrol can battle and grow stronger.
>>
>>4828993

On a scale of one to fifty how fucked is the time nest?
>>
>>4829079
Yes, especially if its Chilli, though I have to wonder, if its time just right, what are the chances of Caulifla being reborn in the middle of a Time Erasure? What happens to her, is she just stuck in a void until she gets called by Best Moon Boy?

They wouldn’t be sent in expressly to kill him in his own time like Terminator. However, if Karn and Jr escape via rings, Mechikabura would be the one to take them. Imagine how powerful Karn Jr could become without all the living life that could potentially hold him back.
>>4829088
What happens to anyone else. She’s still in the timeline itself, Triumph doesn’t allow time travel. It isn’t THAT powerful. Also, he said youngest. That’s Karn Jr. Imagine
>>4829091
They’re pocket time dimensions, not connected to anything. Absolute worst case scenario is SKoT simply erases what’s left with a literal snap of her fingers, removing everyone from then in an instant. She’s very careful about maintaining her control

It's from a short series called Baoh: The Visitor that Araki did while Part 2 was being serialized.
To sum it up, Baoh is a Bio-Weapon living in a young Japanese man that only gets stronger as it bonds with its host over time.
Notable abilities are, but not limited to
>enhanced durability, agility, and strength
>corrosive enzyme secretion
>arm blades (similar to Kars)
>combusting hair needles
>bio-electricity
>self-regeneration
The most notable ability of Baoh is that it was designed to eventually replicate itself and spread to other hosts, meaning it could potentially convert the entire population into similar bio-weapons.
>>

Intermission’s on the menu for tonight! Thank Gutsbro for this amazing upcoming piece, you’ll recognize his hand when you see Maza’s new form. Also, just a general announcement, if you’re wanting to commission art of characters from this quest, you’re more than welcome to and I encourage it. If the artist needs “proof” that I’ve okay’d it you can have them contact me directly, my DMs are always open. Anyways, expect this intermission within the next two hours!

-Saiyan Conqueror Quest 156 Intermission II-

AGE ???, TOWA’S LAB

“HRRAAA!!” Maza shouts, flipping and dropping an axe kick down at base form Ace’s head. Your boyfriend blocks the kick with his left forearm, easily stopping the full power of the hit despite your nearly-teen step-brother being in his Ascended Super Demonic form. Your siblings have all grown stronger over the past several months, especially after mastering the skills they picked up in Conton City, but they’re still not ready for the battles to come. Hell, you aren’t sure you and Ace are ready despite your year of training since leaving Conton City, much less them.

You are Chaya: Apex Saiyan, last daughter of the Saiyans from your own time, slayer of gods, and currently helping with your brother’s training. He’d asked the two of you to come see his new power, sometjing he’d been working on in secret. So secret in fact that you hadn’t ever sensed him in this room, Auntie Towa having magically sealed it off in case of emergencies. But today the two of you have showed up at your little brother’s request. However, as he continues throwing attacks at Ace, you don’t notice much of a change. He claimed to have found a “new level”, but honestly you’re already familiar with the limits of his Ascended form. Especially since Milha and Koruza both have unlocked it as well.

“Haaa!” Ace shouts, fist slamming into Maza’s crossed arms and sending him flying. Your half-sibling flips backwards several times, managing to land on his feet against the far wall. Effortlessly he pushes off, flipping forward to land lightly on his feet.
“Heh. I think you’re gonna have to transform all the way to keep up with this.” Maza says, popping his neck and settling in, arms and legs braced as he readies himself to transform. “As hard as you had to work to hold my blows back in this form, you won’t stand a chance against this next one.”
“You really found the next level?” you ask him, curious. You’d been expecting him to ask for help unlocking and mastering his demonic equivalent of the Super Saiyan 3 form for awhile now, but for him to have unlocked it all on his own is rather impressive. It took you years of effort to finally go Super Saiyan 3, and a few more to finally regulate it fully. “All right! Show us what you can do!”

(Super Saiyan God short theme)

“HRRRRRYAAAAAAAAAAA!!” Maza bellows, white aura blazing out all around him. You and Ace both surprisingly have to brace yourselves as his energy skyrockets. Sharing a glance he transforms in an instant golden flash, Super Saiyan aura flaring up as he more-easily withstands Maza’s new strength. However, since you’re already in your Primal form, as you are usually, Maza’s rapidly-increasing power does little to affect you the same way. But it just keeps rising, Maza disappearing as his aura grows denser and denser, brighter and brighter forcing you to look away and shield your eyes. “HRYAAAAAAAAAA!!”

And with a final surge of power, Maza’s transformation is complete. The blinding light rapidly fades away, you lowering your arm only for your jaw to follow it, sensing the several thousand times this form has powered him up. But that’s not all, from the flowing white hair and fur, cocksure grin, and the way he spreads his arms wide, he knows that this newfound power of his is incredible. He reminds you of Mira, before the android was destroyed for good. Which it seemingly is, and while you can’t sense divine ki, don’t doubt it could easily handle the likes of even older and stronger-base fighters like Trunks. Ace feels it too, you sensing his ki disappear completely. Looking over you’re surprised to see he skipped right past the rest of the normal Super Saiyan forms, going straight to his Super Saiyan God form in response. Maza’s grin only grows sour, glaring at your boyfriend.

“Still not taking me seriously, huh?” Maza says, energy crackling around him as Ace’s divine aura blazes. “Not gonna ignore me this time! I’ll make you kneel at my feet!”
“Uhhh....?” you say, a bit confused at your brother’s sudden outburst, but the two of them don’t pay you any mind. Ace simply takes his fighting stance, Maza leaving his arms down by his sides. And then both fighters crash together. Fists meet together in a violent clash, creating a powerful shockwave that pushes even you back a bit. “Woah!”

“HAAAAAAA!!” Maza roars, launching into a tremendous assault. Instead of opting for the more controlled, defensive style your late father’d taught you, and you’d passed down to your step-siblings to give them a solid style, he opts instead for a relentless flurry of attacks. Fists and feet fly, Maza surprisingly forcing Ace fully onto the defensive. He doesn’t get a chance to try and turn the momentum, as Maza’s assault seemingly only gets faster. His punches grow stronger, energy rising until he finally does it! Amidst the flurry of blows Maza actually lands a solid hit! “GOTCHA!!”
>>
>>4836107
Maza’s right fist blasts Ace away, the former Time Patroller crashing back-first into the wall behind him so hard he dents it, hanging suspended in the warped metal.

“That’s what you get for taking me lightly!” Maza says angrily, taking a step and clenching his left fist up by his face. “Now stop messing around, and take me seriously dammit! Show me what you can really do!”
“....” Ace doesn’t say anything, but pulls himself free of the warped wall. Dropping down to the ground he lands with ease, godly aura fading as he reverts back to his base form. Wordlessly he lifts his arms, crossing them before his face, and again you feel his aura fading. But fading is the wrong word for what’s happening.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=tawrb_omlHc

“HAAAAAAAAA!!” Ace bellows, brilliant azure aura blazing up around him. You can’t sense his power when he goes into his godly forms, but having fought both you know this one is far stronger than Super Saiyan God. Ace vanishes inside the dense light, body silhouetted in all white. “HRRYAAAAA!”

With that final bellow the light shatters, fragments of the light carried upward by his divine aura and revealing Ace in one of his stronger forms: Super Saiyan Blue. This form is several times stronger than the last, Maza smiling like a child given candy.

“About time you started taking this serious.” he says, taking that same stance. You suddenly realize where you’ve seen it before, he’s using Freeza’s wide-armed, confident stance. And almost as soon as the realization hits, Maza’s crossed the distance and swings for Ace’s head. “HRRRAAA!!”

BOOOOM

Ace’s left forearm blocks the heavy right punch, kicking up the most powerful shockwave yet. You actually have to plant your feet, bracing yourself a bit. Before Maza can fire again Ace swings, Maza surprising you again by catching it in his left hand mere inches from his face. Again their collision sends a massive shockwave through the sealed training room, but this time you’re already braced so it doesn’t move you.

“Heh. That’s better.” Maza smirks, you even seeing a small grin on your boyfriend’s face too. You can tell he’s clearly starting to enjoy himself, the two of you not getting a lot of opportunities to cut loose lately. Maza then whips his right leg around and kicks for Ace’s head, who again blocks the heavy blow with his left forearm. The two then unload, firing off hundreds of blows a second at each other. The training room trembles, walls and floor vibrating trying to withstand this much power being fired off. If their powers go much higher than this, the room might not be able to take it. “HAAAA!”
>>
>>4836109
With a solid left uppercut to the jaw Maza breaks the furious stalemate, knocking Ace back a half-step. Your little brother tries to capitalize on this opening with a turning back kick, but he wasn’t faster than Ace could recover. Planting his feet Ace then ducks under Maza’s lightning-quick spinning right back kick, who realizes his mistake too late as Ace throws a right uppercut with the full power of his legs and back as well as his shoulder and arm up into Maza’s jaw. This shot blows your little brother away, his body slamming into the wall, bouncing off of it and hitting the ceiling, before dropping back down towards the ground. Ace plants his feet as Maza falls towards the ground, then just as the two draw level to each other, Ace charges and slams his shoulder into the younger half-demon boy. The charge’s force is wholly transferred to Maza, who smashes into the wall again as Ace pulls back both his hands, preparing to do a real number on him.

“Kamehame-!” Ace says, blue hall of energy forming in his hands. Maza bounces off the wall, eyes widening in shock as he sees Ace unleash the wave with a “HAAAA!!”

Ace’s beam strikes Maza’s entire front at once, blasting him back into the wall. He keeps it up for several seconds, the wall creaking and groaning in protest before Ace ends the attack. Sighing out, Ace examines the state Maza’s left in from the attack.

“Ghah!” Maza coughs, spitting up a bit of blood as he falls out the new dent in the wall. Flopping to the ground Maza groans, clearly rocked by Ace’s attack as his body transforms back down to his base form. For several seconds he doesn’t move, stunned by the Kamehameha. And when he finally begins moving, he hadn’t realized that Ace had walked over to him. He flinched when seeing Ace’s hand, before realizing your Ace is offering him a hand up. Maza smiles a bit tiredly, accepting the hand and allowing Ace to pull him to his feet. “Heh. That was a solid hit. But next time I won’t leave myself so open.”

Suddenly the door opens, your step-sister Milha looking around the room a moment before sighing a bit in relief.

“Good, you all are in here.” she says with a small sigh. “Mother needs us all to gather up. It’s time.”
“Wait, that’s now?” you ask, realizing just what this means. You’re finally going to get to see your dad again, and your little brother’s getting married! “Alright, let’s go!”

You hold out a hand for everyone, knowing your Instant Transmission to still be the fastest way there. Milha, Ace, and Maza all grab ahold of your left hand, and with the seal broken by opening the door you can sense Koruza and Cell by your Auntie Towa. And with a moment’s focus you teleport.
>>
>>4836115
One moment you all are in the training room, and the next you’re standing between Auntie Towa and Cell. And to your surprise, Koruza’s already suited up.

“Not bad, if I do say so myself.” Cell was saying, addressing Towa as you’d arrived. “Perfect timing. Alright girls and boys, let’s get you all suited up for the big wedding. Boys on one side, girls on the other. Ace, you’ll be staying here with me to watch over the place, so no need for you in this lineup.”

Everyone moves including Towa, her, you, and Milha standing together while Maza stands beside Koruza, looking his brother’s new suit up and down curiously.

“Don’t worry, you’ll have one just like it.” Cell says, pointing his right hand at your step-brother. “Clothes Beam!”

Maza is consumed by a golden light, not blinding but still bright enough to hide Maza from your sight for several seconds. And when the light fades, you see that he is indeed suited up as well. In fact the brothers’ suits look exactly identical.

“Perfect.” Cell says a bit cheekily, then turns to the three of you. “And now for the ladies. Three fiery dresses, perfect for a Crimson Demon wedding coming up. Clothes Beam!”

Again Cell fires his energy, and everything vanishes before you in the flash of sudden golden light. When it ends you look down at yourself, the fiery dress complimenting your body well. Even with the majority of your upper body covered in crimson fur, it doesn’t look too out of place. In fact, you think you look pretty damn good. But there’s exactly one other opinion besides your own you’re interested in while all dressed up like this, you turning to Ace to see his reaction. Which was absolutely worth it. You see him staring, jaw slightly agape as you wink, knowing that you’re keeping this dress for later tonight to let him see up close.

“Is everyone ready?” Auntie Towa asks, you nodding as all the younger half-siblings affirm vocally. She nods, and with a wave of her spear opens a dark, spiraling portal. “Alright. Let’s go witness Chilli’s wedding in person.”

And your last thought, before you walk through, is the Time Patrol better NOT interfere. Not today.

>>
Huh........Is that some weird Demon/Sayian Fusion of Primal? Because if so then damn. Maza's surpassed us as well until we get Berserker 3 up and running.

Broly better be ready for Maza to Assert His Authority but that attitude is worrying me.
>>
>>4836134
>but that attitude is worrying me.
Same. We don’t want him getting too cocky for his own good.
>>
>>4836134
You’ve seen that form before with Mira. For numbers sake, Demon-Saiyan transformations are double their pure Saiyan counterparts. Super Saiyan is 100x base, Ascended is 200x, etc.
He has been working hard, both while in Conton City and especially once they escaped. Remember, he still plans on being the Demon Realm’s king. And to be ruler of all demonkind, the single most important attribute is power.
>but that attitude is worrying me.
Remember, Maza’s still a young teen. Suddenly his big sister’s attention is always on Ace, and he felt left out. Younger siblings do get aggressive when the oldest has their first significant other, imagine how inflammatory it must’ve been to have him move in?
>>4836144
Not necessarily cocky, those with older/younger siblings know. His older sister just devoted much more of her time training with Ace, a near equal, than training up the younger kids. They feel he’s taking her away from them.
>>
>>4836163
I hope our demon kids can feel the love that Karns has for them in the brief time they get to be with him via the wedding.

It's moments like this, seeing our other family that really makes me hate the supreme bitch of time.
>>
>>4836277
>brief
It has been years on their end, but on the plus side everything’s now ready on Towa’s end for back and forth travel again to/from your timeline. So after the wedding, you’ll again be able to spend time with your other kids during the big time ‘skip’. Karn will once again get to dad his half-demon kids
>>
>>4836327
>It has been years on their end
That explains why they're currently blowing the other half of the family out of the water powerlevel wise.
That or maybe their environment has more to do with it.
Is the difference in raw power between our timeline and the Xenoverse compatriots ever gonna level out?
>>
>>4836385
Well, for better perspective Maza’s 13 now. Also, in their environment they don’t have much to do but train in various ways and learn. They don’t really have friends outside blood and “adopted” family there, or fancy tournaments or drawn-out wars against invaders. Ace now understands why, despite his seemingly best efforts, he couldn’t beat her before. Future Chaya would spend anywhere from 12-16 hours a day training, either herself or her siblings just to have something to do.
You could bridge that gap, eventually, if you throw away everything and everyone else for the sake of power. Which is the only way to ever really reach say Jiren’s level.
>>
>>4836441
>Which is the only way to ever really reach say Jiren’s level.
Nah just power of friendship him. Works every time.
>>
>>4836441

BUT ITS KI BASED THOUGH! EXPLAIN!
>>
>>4837494
>BUT ITS KI BASED THOUGH!
Is it though?
If it was Ki based, then you would probably see a lot more mundane combatants making use of it.
While on the other hand, if it's magical, then there's a readily available explanation.
Piccolo Jr. could do it since he was the reincarnation of the malevolent half of a Dragon Clan Namekian (who were known to have mystical abilities that were not explicitly Ki based).
If Piccolo could do it, then it makes sense that Cell would have inherited that spark of magical potential as well as knowledge of that technique.
As such, I maintain my position; Cell doesn't have to explain shit.
>>
>>4837528
Bitch you better start talkin, or its the into the fuckbox with you. Nobody that isn't green has ki and more than 10 brain cells to rub together.

Okay, so I was rereading some of the earliest threads and looking back at some of our oldest pipe dream ideas. One of them was that some anons wanted a sensory enhancement ability, and that got me thinking... What if we took some time after the wedding to try and make one? I’m thinking we learn to expand our aura out, and practice trying to make something akin to the Warding Eyes, but smaller and far less versatile. Basically just tiny blips of Ki hidden in our aura/the area around us that we can sense to perfectly track any movement in that area. Since we just had our first run in with someone ACTUALLY sneaking up on Karn in ages, as well as Karn recently brushing up more on Ki control, I think this would be a really good training exercise. It would also help with stamina and concentration work as we tried to ‘master’ this sort of thing so we can keep it active even when at rest.
>>
>>4840254
And yes, part of why I’m suggesting this is I think Karn needs more ways to be able to train while doing other things. Simply put, if we aren’t training all the time, we’ll never get Jiren-esque levels of swole. But we can’t sacrifice our life for training like he could. So, we should try to make moves and ideas like this, I feel, that allow us to get in learning and training even as we’re doing other things.
>>
>>4840254
Factor in Karn's dabbling with the force and I say that it's definitely possible to create techniques that enhance our perception.
>>
>>4840254
You mean like spreading a bunch of persistent Ki particles that we don't do anything with actively, but can notice if any move unnaturally? That's a good idea for a technique. My only concern would be if maintaining it required too much focus, wouldn't want something that would distract with our natural instincts. If sensing things with the force is a distinct enough process from what we already can do then >>4840266 sounds really good, too.
Do you guys remember the portable gravity weights the saiyan scientists were working on or did I imagine those? That bit about training while doing other things reminded me of them. If those have been developed further they might be worth picking up.
>>
>>4840285
My thoughts are that since we can practice it more or less the whole time we’re awake, we should try and fold it into our instincts and natural senses rather than keeping it separate, regardless of which route we take (Ki particles, force, any other options, etc) Like how Ki Sensing became that natural for us.
>>
>>4840095
YES
>>4840254
Meloka’s already tried something like this, and it didn’t work how you’re thinking. However, if it’s something you’re interested in, you should ask her about it. How do her hundreds of Warding Eyes find their target? She doesn’t focus on each one of them after all.
And yes, it is a technique that would work on the machine Lin Kuei.
>>4840264
That’s kinda the whole point of that tournament though. Showing again and again that gaining great power can be obtained by throwing everything else away. But Vegeta said it best to Toppo, “Only a failure abandons his principles and pride!”
>>4840266
Working towards precognition, at least for a second or so is also entirely possible. It’s how saber duels didn’t just end in instant death/double kills, old-school Japanese style.
>>4840285
Yes, Meloka learned early on how exponentially-increasing such focus costs.
Yes, and they’re in your private gravity chamber you unloaded off the Lucrehulk. However they’re part of the room itself and only function there. Plus they’ve been added to most working Gravity Chambers that can support the tech. Was more of a tech priority than weapons, as the Saiyans were far deadlier than even glassing cannons
>>4840293
>Like how Ki Sensing became that natural for us.
To be fair, your Ki Sensing came a long way due to one thing in particular: New Salda. You probably didn’t even notice it, but you have a far easier time sensing for someone on New Salda even when not actively using your powers as Champion.
>>
>>4840254
>Since we just had our first run in with someone ACTUALLY sneaking up on Karn in ages
On this note, we actually have to talk about how we're gonna deal with the Lin Kuei.
The Cyborg wasn't even the first Lin Kuei found trespassing in our territory in the last few weeks. They're getting bolder and bolder.
Either we make it a short term goal to personally wipe their clan out, or we relegate the job to someone else.
If we decide to take the latter option, I say we pay the Zoldyck clan a visit to hash out the details for the job.
>>
>>4840629
Yeah, that would work. Maybe see if Frieza’s cool with us giving them an inhospitable, super high gravity planet so they have something for their own training, as well as for utmost privacy?
>>
>>4840719
We could just "lose" a ship with a state of the art gravity chamber installed. Hell, I bet we could even get stealth systems on it too now that we have the eggheads reverse engineering covenant tech.
>>
>>4840629
The Lin Kuei is fractured. Two rivals have spawned from the organization’s remains, what was left after the Zoldycks were finished.
>>4840719
They have their own methods of training.
>>4840781

Last time on Saiyan Conqueror Quest:

The day of Chilli’s wedding finally arrived! After receiving the news Freeza arrived with the suits for you all, your family getting dressed and heading over together. Once at the Crimson Demon village Karn encountered several different and downright strange beings, and after sparring with an incredibly tough woman called Darkness asked around to see if anyone could open the mystery box he’s held onto for years now. Then there was an enemy force sighting, and as we rejoin Karn, Chilli just wiped out thousands of them before his spell was interrupted.

“Looks like they have their own mages with this group.” Chilli says, lowering his slightly-trembling hand and clenching it, transforming into a Super Saiyan with a flash of golden light. “Let’s finish this.”
“Alright.” you reply, gathering an orb of ki into each of your hands. Then with a “HAAAA!” launch your right hand’s attack. The orb separates, splitting into dozens of smaller balls as they drop down onto the attacking force. Your shots explode across a wide swathe of the enemy, easily killing hundreds if not a thousand. So of course you follow it up with your left, repeating the performance and slaughtering just as many if not more. It’s been over a month now since you’ve cut loose on an enemy force, and it feels good to get back to doing what you do best. “HRRAAAAA!!”

“Tricky Disc!” Chilli shouts, throwing what looks like a decently large ball of ki down. But you know better, having been disarmed by that technique what feels like years ago. Just before the ball hits the ground it splits, launching the dozens of razor-sharp discs of various sizes that made up the ball in all directions. The smaller discs closer to the top and bottom of the “orb” run out of power and vanish quickly, the larger ones near the middle cutting clean, straight lines of hundreds out from the area his attack started from. “Hmph, not bad.”

“FIRE!!” a woman’s voice calls, and suddenly more than two dozen gigantic fireballs are launched up at the two of you. You’re ready to move, but Chilli just holds out his hand.
“Hey, watch this.” your son says, seemingly ready to intercept the attack. You have the time, you could still evade them. Or fire off your own Scattershot and intercept them. However, you have a feeling Chilli’s wanting to show you what he can do, and prove himself.

So what do you do?
>Put your full trust in Chilli and his abilities, your son can handle this
>Encourage him, while also backing away. You don’t want to be in his way while he’s trying something

“You’ve got this.” you say, trusting your son fully and moving over to just behind his shoulder so you won’t be in his way. Hopefully. “Show them what you can do.”

While moving back Chilli glances at you, you nodding to him once. He sees this gesture and seemingly inflates, swelling with confidence as he turns back towards the incoming projectiles and raises his left hand towards them.

“Light Magic: Twisted Barricade!” he shouts, thousands of motes of light exploding out from his hand in a spiral. As you watch on curiously, the fireballs hit his odd light show before they can reach either of you. And the strangest thing happens. The straight-flying orbs of fire strike the “shield” of light, and start spiraling as well. Chilli’s spinning light show deflects the attacks out around you both.
“Huh.” you say, watching the magical attacks sailing harmlessly past you two, and spinning out to the ground well short of the ceremony grounds behind you. Which gives you an idea for your own Barrier, moving forward. But you can’t ponder it now, the enemy are still attacking.

“Void Lightning!!” the woman’s voice shouts, and you see the oddest thing. It looks like a bolt of lightning springs up from presumably the woman’s location, zigzagging through the air towards you and your son. But it’s pitch black, as if even the day’s sunlight is being sucked right up into it. And the attack is fast, closing the distance and piercing easily through Chilli’s light barricade just as you’ve processed what you’re seeing. But Chilli doesn’t even move, and suddenly a golden light erupts from him like a wave of force. Golden notes of light dance within the light sphere’s sudden appearance, the dark bolt striking the shield. Instead of piercing through it, and then the both of you, the black lightning is instead bounced back towards the enemy forces! None of the enemy can defend against the lightning’s power, it cutting through dozens of them before the enemy caster ends the spell.
“Was that the best you’ve got?!” Chilli calls down confidently. “I’m disappointed. I thought this would at least be a warm up before my wedding later.”
“KILL THAT INSOLE-!!” the woman’s voice calls, but having heard enough, your son interrupts her. By firing a Scatter Beam down at the caster, silencing her permanently. A deafening silence hangs over the so-called Demon King’s forces, nobody moving for several seconds as your son glares at them. And then the silence breaks.

“Screw this, I’m outta here!”

One of those lesser demons turns to flee, and as one the rest of the force begin doing the same. Seems that this battle’s clearly over.
cont
>>
>>4841419
“There. Now that that’s done wi-“ Chilli starts to say as he turns to you, then suddenly freezes in place. You see his eyes widen, a hint of fear in them, and suddenly he explodes up to an Ascended Saiyan and blasting away. Not after the retreating forces, but back towards the village. Something’s happening, and you have no idea what.

“Chilli?” you call, but your son’s already long gone. Focusing on his energy you take off after him, but with his head start you’re not catching him. As a Super Saiyan your boy’s nearly twice as powerful as you are in your base form, and quickly leaves you behind. But you remain focused on his ki, following his energy to an all-too familiar mountain. But as you approach, you realize something’s wrong. A pillar of crimson, floating magic circles envelop the whole top of the mountain, you only sensing a single ki signature from there. But there’s only one person on this planet Chilli’d be moving so fast to protect. His ki rapidly closes in on the mountain, you hot on his heels, but just as he reaches the mountain you hear a young woman’s cry.

“EEEXUPUULOOOOOOOSION!!”

KABOOOOM

The entire top of the mountain disappears, consumed by the sudden blast as you activate your Barrier. First it arrives as a blinding flash of light, striking down through the circles to alight atop the mountain. Then her blast explodes, light and heat crashing over you as the shockwave nearly kicks you out of the sky. Even from as far away as you are, the power from Megumin’s attack is astounding. As you are now, if you’d been in the center of that blast, you aren’t sure you’d be able to walk away from it. Which fills you with worry.

“Chilli.” you mutter, dashing down into the smoke clouds focused on your son’s ki signature while your mind is ablaze with possibilities. How did Megumin get all the way out here? And what in the hell was was she firing at? Dashing through the smoke you see the air suddenly clear up, revealing an interesting scene. Megumin is standing across from the female ki-less silhouette you’d seen before, Chilli by her side with his scythe drawn.
“Who the hell are you?!” Chilli demands, golden aura spiking and sparks dancing around him as he Ascends.
“So this is the man you’ve chosen.” the woman says, seemingly ignoring Chilli and addressing only Megumin. “Interesting.”
“Answer me dammit!” Chilli snarls, snapping his fingers and once more conjuring his book of death in his left hand. “Or I will end you.”
“Ah-! Im-Impossible.” she says, taking a step back as she seemingly recognizes the tome. “You’re one of Jergal’s Reapers?”

She’s clearly distracted by this revelation, and wide-open for a sneak attack. If you’re fast enough.

But what do you do?
>Energy Javelin, fire it down at the ki-less woman
>Guided Eye Beams, take this stranger down even if she tries dodging
>Rush down at full speed, try and Piercing Fist right through her head
>Fly down behind Chilli and Megumin, back them up but don’t attack until they do

You decide to remain where you are, unseen by those on the mountaintop yet ready to leap into battle at a moment’s notice. You still can’t sense any sort of ki from the cloaked woman, but your gut says she’s dangerous. And taking one of the young archmage’s powerful blasts point-blank only furthers this assessment. However, Chilli isn’t immediately attacking her. You aren’t sure if he’s trying to get information or something else out of the cloaked woman, so you don’t interrupt him yet.

“I hadn’t expected a disciple of that old sack of bones to be here.” the woman says, reaching up to take off her hood. “So allow me to show you the proper acknowledgment.”

She takes the hood off, and as she does her outfit changes, revealing the person underneath. A redheaded woman with demon-like pointed ears is revealed, with a red dot of some sort on her forehead and wearing a suit more suited to battle. But what catches your eye are the horns that begin growing on her head. Megumin’s jaw drops as the woman is revealed, perhaps she knows this person?
“Wh-wh-what?!” Megumin shouts, confused. “You’re-?!”
“Yes, it’s me.” she tells the shocked young woman, then turns her full attention to Chilli. “Greetings, Reaper. I am Wolbach. Goddess of the spheres Violence and Sloth of this realm. And you are?”

“My name is Chilli son of Karn!” he shouts, again posing during introductions as the Crimson Demons do that he adopted. “Super Saiyan and archmage, Reaper, and wielder of both Light and Dark magic! And he who will one day overthrow the Time Kai herself!”

The self-proclaimed Goddess takes a half-step back at this, clearly shocked by not only your son’s declaration of war on the Supreme Kai of Time, but by his conviction. You know he won’t stop pushing himself until the day he finally gets his chance. You aren’t even sure if the Time Kai CAN be defeated, but if anyone in your family stands a chance, one day it will be him.

“Now, and I won’t ask you again.” Chilli says, voice low and dangerous as he’s leveling his scythe-staff at her menacingly. “Why are you here?”
“I was here to check up on Megumin’s progress.” she says, smirking a bit at Chilli’s obvious confusion. “What? Didn’t she tell you? I was the one who taught her that Explosion magic she loves so dearly. I was just stopping by to see what sort of progress she had made. But with you at her side, now her astounding progress makes sense.”
“I had no idea you were a goddess!” Megumin blurts out, clearly shocked by all of this. “I just thought you were really strong!”
cont
>>
>>4842034
“Well that is also not wrong.” she replies with a bit of a smirk. “However, checking your progress isn’t the only reason I came to see you, Megumin. I also come to you with a warning.”
“A warning?” she asks, interrupting the woman. “About what?”
“About facing the Demon King.” she replies, and suddenly the goddess’s body is seemingly engulfed in hellish flames. “If you want to defeat the Demon King, you’ll have to go through me.”

Both you and Chilli are an instant away from attacking, when the flames vanish as if they’d never been.

“And I’d rather not destroy you. You’re one of my best students after all.” she says with a smile. “So live your lives happily together. Oh, and I almost forgot. Here. Consider it a gift.”

Wolbach snaps her fingers, and something small appears in her hands that she offers them. Megumin takes the item, opening it for a moment then looking inside. Chilli looks as well, and as the two are distracted the woman lifts her hood back up. Whatever magic conceals her true appearance activates again, leaving just the robed form as she turns her head towards you, gives a small wave which catches you by surprise, and then simply vanishes.

“Thank you so much, I-huh?” Megumin asks, looking up to see the goddess has simply vanished. “Where’d she go?”
“Who knows?” Chilli replies, you landing beside the two of them to Megumin’s shock. She at least had no idea you were there. “Ready to head back?”
“Oh no, I gotta go get ready!” she exclaims worriedly, you chuckling and offering them your left hand as your right goes to your forehead. They both take your hand, you focusing on Meloka’s massive signature and use your Instant Transmission. One moment you three are miles from the village, the next you are right back at the ceremony grounds. Chilli takes Megumin and flies off, saying they have to go get dressed and ready.

“What was that all about?” Meloka asks you.
“Someone wishing them good luck.” you say aloud, then telepathically add. “Apparently Megumin was taught by some sort of goddess of this world.”
“Oh, okay.” your wife replies as if that’s just completely normal. Which, considering your own life, well.... Is she wrong?

So, what now?
>Stay here at the ceremony grounds, you’ll be here when it starts no matter what.

“Are you gonna wait here for the ceremony to begin?” she asks, you pondering that option a moment. As you do however, you get a bit of a bad feeling. Not anything like your instincts warning you of danger, but just a sensation you can’t shake. As if you haven’t done everything you can to prepare for outside interference from interrupting your son’s day. And the longer you think on that, the more certain you become.
“I’m gonna take another quick lap around the village.” you tell her, Meloka’s expression unreadable. “I just have a feeling.”
“Need me to come?” she asks, expression shifting as you finish your sentence. Clearly she thinks that you feel something imminent.
“No no, nothing like that.” you say, trying to calm her down a bit. “At least I don’t think so. But if I don’t do everything I can to make sure this goes well, I don’t think I can handle it if something happens.”

“Alright, I’ll reach out when you need to be back.” she replies, eyes full of understanding. She gets what you mean, after everything Chilli’s been through the last thing he needs is a disaster today. And as much as you want to help him, disasters do tend to go out of their way to hunt your down.
“AaaaaaaaaaAAAAH!” Karn Jr shouts, waving his arms wildly trying to wave. So you smile and wave back, then take to the air. Looking down on the Crimson Demon village, you again get that quaint feeling looking down upon it. It would be a nice sort of place to settle down into obscurity, should you ever decide to quit fighting. But that’s not you. You take off, flying over the entire village and landing on the opposite side as the wedding ceremony, just outside the village proper. With the town’s layout being how it is, you’ve flown across the two furthest points to end on the opposite side. Looking out past the village a moment you take a deep breath, then turn back and start walking. If anything’s out of the ordinary, you’re going to find it.

After the first five minutes, you realize that “ordinary” is a subjective term. Magic reigns supreme here, even tasks as simple as sweeping a stoop are done without physical labor on the part of the home’s owner. Who waves, the other hand keeping the broom moving. You return the gesture, mentally switching your focus from seeking “out of the ordinary” acts to “suspicious activity”. Which is something that you hope to be far more noticeable and stand-outish. However, walking from the far end of the village, you make it all the way back to the plaza before the chief’s home before something interesting happens.

“Well now, aren’t you a sight?” an unfamiliar woman’s voice calls out. You turn towards the speaker, and see a woman leaning on a post outside a building. You can’t read their language, but a tavern is a common enough occurrence across the universe that you recognize it. But you don’t recognize the woman. Standing a solid head shorter than your base form, you see a woman with pointed ears and flowing pink hair wearing a dark, button-down long coat. “You must be Chilli’s father.”

Something’s off about her, but you aren’t sure exactly what. Perhaps because she looks similar to the goddess you met earlier, but you can sense this one’s power. And while she is noticably stronger than the Crimson Demons, still not even close to some of your younger children‘s powerlevels. But something’s warning you that you shouldn’t trust this one.

“Yeah, that’s me.” you reply, looking the figure up and down. Who you now realize, upon closer inspection that she seemingly isn’t wearing pants beneath her coat. “But who’re you? You look familiar, but I’m sure we’ve never met.”
“My name’s Kotono. But you can call me whenever you like.” she says, walking up towards you. Well, walk isn’t the right word. Saunter is more like it, trying to show off her figure despite the bulky, form-concealing apparel. Only as she keeps speaking do you realize the second sentence was spoken not aloud, but to you telepathically. “As for why I look familiar, well. Let’s just say I’m a distant relative of someone you’ve been, ahem, intimate with.”

“So you are a demon then.” you say, this woman suddenly making sense to you. The predatory gaze, the way she moves, even her ears all reminds you of Towa. “Why are you here?”
“Well, let’s just say I heard interesting news.” she says with a wink, then continues speaking telepathically. “I’ve heard that our princess is going to be making an appearance at today’s event. And that you’ve been very busy for a married man.”
“I’m not sure what you mean.” you answer aloud, taking a half step back. Not a full step, and you don’t dare turn your back on what is very obviously a predator. But you make it clear your boundaries, and she stops coming forward in response. “But if you wish to see her, she’ll be here for the wedding. Only for an hour or so, before she has to go back, so keep that in mind if you want to talk to her.”

“You’re a very interesting man, Karn.” the demoness says, turning back around and walking off towards the tavern again. But she stops halfway, and before you can say anything she throws open her coat. Just for a second before snapping it back closed, and walking away as if nothing happened. But pants weren’t all she wasn’t wearing.
“Huh.” you say, more confused than anything, and turn back towards the ceremony site. Your ki senses are telling you that most of the village is already gathered, so you probably should too. So you place your right hand to your forehead, and with a moment’s though find Meloka’s ki to teleport once again. Appearing beside your wife, you see most of the seats are now filled. Chaya’s moving her Dreadzone cameras, Vox no doubt in her ear directing her given the emblem emblazoned on it’s side. You see Hiropon at the alter where Chilli and Megumin will meet, your oldest-born son standing up there with Broly and Megumin’s friend/rival Yunyun talking in hushed tones. Looks like this show is about to begin!

“Dad, I need to tell you something important.” Chilli says to you telepathically the moment he sees you’re there. You can feel his worry through the link, answering immediately.
“What’s wrong?” you ask, his worry worrying you. “Everything okay?”
“Right now. I’m about to tell Auntie Towa to open her portal, and cast my own magic. But I’m worried.” he tells you. “That guy, Kazuma? With the blue and blonde-haired women? He’s another time traveler; and gave me a warning. He said that he’s here to warn Freeza, and help him avoid his death at Trunks’ hands. I think the Time Patrol are going to show up.”

“If they show up, you focus on getting married.” you reply, trying to assure him. “If they try anything, we’ll handle it.”
“I already warned Freeza too, but he doesn’t seem to be taking it seriously either.” he retorts, a bit of heat coming through. “I’m worried about Freeza, and if me bringing the rest of the family is gonna get him killed. Should I do it? Is it right of me to risk his life like this, just for my own sake?”

Well, that’s not quite what you expected. How do you answer him?

“Freeza’s an adult, and can make his own decisions. He’s not one of your siblings you have to protect.” you think to him, trying to project your emotions through. “I know you’re worried son. And I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit worried now as well. But it’s going to be okay.”
“How can you be so certain of that?” he asks you worriedly. “What if our spells don’t work, and the Time Patrol show up and ruin everything? What if that asshole Trunks actually does it, and I’m responsible for inviting the rest of our family?”

“Chilli. I want you to listen to me. And listen well.” you answer, trying to project more of your instructor dad voice through the link. You can almost feel his surprise at this, his head turning to you from the dais. “I promise you there's nothing, and I mean nothing, that will stop us all from being here for you. Not the Kais, not those monsters, or even the Time Patrol bastards: none of any of their bullshit is going to stop you. You are too important to us, to me, to let them stop us. I’m not gonna let those bastards ruin today for you kiddo. Trust me?”

As you think the last line his jaw drops a bit, clearly shocked. After a second or two of thinking over what you told him you see new resolve burning in his eyes, and your son nods once. Then turns to Hyoizaburoo, who places a hand down on your son’s left shoulder as he raises his right.

“Dark Magic: Lightless Dome!” your son shouts, and inescapable darkness begins spreading out from his weapon’s crystal blade. Murmurs of worry and excitement come up from the crowd as everything goes dark, no one able to see even their own hands held up before their faces.
“Hard to see a wedding if you can’t see it.” you hear someone nearby murmur. But you’re curious, what’s step two?

“Let’s light this party up, shall we?” comes a familiar, feminine voice. You recognize Towa’s voice as she taps her staff against the ground, causing all Chilli’s crystals everywhere to suddenly begin radiating with pale light. Within seconds everything within the dome, at least the immediate area is all lit up, but that’s the least interesting part to you. The rest of your family is actually here.

You and presumably everyone else too is staring at your family, Towa having arrived in the cover of Chilli’s darkness. They’re all dressed for the occasion as well, even Future Chaya’s wearing the same fiery red dress as your other daughters. She immediately hugs her little brother, lifting his feet off the ground in her excitement to be back. The other siblings are far more restrained, handshakes for them until it’s Towa’s turn. And then she surprises you by hugging your boy as well. Seems her time without you has really made her more affectionate.

“I know it’s short notice, but I did finish them.” she says as they separate, handing him a small box. He pops it open, looks at what’s inside a moment before closing it.
“Thanks a lot. I really appreciate the help.” he says, and actually gives her a proper bow. Which catches Towa by surprise, who doesn’t know how to react for a moment. But she recovers quickly, smiling and nodding before turning from him to the audience. And spots you almost immediately.

“DAD!!” Koruza and Milha shout, your youngest half-demon children not taking any extra steps and instead flying straight at you. Planting your feet you brace yourself, both younger kids slamming into you with surprising force. They certainly weren’t this strong last time you’d been with them. And you certainly didn’t tear up a bit at having all of your kids in the same place at the same time, absolutely not. You spend a few minutes asking about them and their lives since you last saw them as the rest of the attendees gather and find their seats. Surprisingly Maza doesn’t have a seat, your half-demon son and your adopted son both standing at the alter beside Chilli. And that’s when you notice someone else is not here anymore. Where’d Chaya go? You try extending your ki sense outside this dark dome, but you find it impossible. Almost as if the outside world no longer exists. Where could she have gone? If she’s not here soon, she could miss it!

But what do you do about it?
>Try telepathy, and see if you can reach her that way

Ask Towa if she knows where Chaya is, having been looking in on your timeline before traveling over wins it. Last post of the night, writing.
>>

“Hey, I’m sure you were looking in on us before you came over.” you whisper to Towa as everyone begins settling in for the ceremony. “You know where Chaya ran off to?”
“You’ll see her soon enough.” she replies with a wink, also whispering as you are seated in the front row of the left aisle between Meloka and Towa. Then from somewhere above you, music begins playing.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=ERKnkHq-6XA

“My name is Megumin! Archmage and wielder of the mightiest of Explosion magic” Chilli’s bride shouts from the back of the area. Everyone turns, yourself included, to see Megumin appearing through the shadowy darkness in a full-length white dress. Chaya’s standing on her right, and Megumin’s sister Komekko ahead of them both throwing flower petals around as she runs up the center aisle. “From out of the darkness I have emerged, seeking the heart of my one true beloved!”

“This is...different.” you think to yourself, as she begins walking towards the alter. And everything’s going rather well. That is, until Megumin steps on the hem of her dress and topples forward, arms flailing. And you doubt anyone other than your family, Freeza, or the Ginyu’s could follow what happened next. Before she hits the ground Chilli moves, dashing forward and catching her by the shoulders inches from the ground. A moment later the shockwave of him shattering the sound barrier blows over the audience, confused shouts masking Chilli asking his bride if she’s alright as he helps lift her back to her feet. And before the general audience even realizes what’s happened Chilli’s back at the alter, Megumin back on her feet if a little redder in the face from embarrassment. But the rest of the walk to the alter goes on without issue. That is, until Yunyun steps out between her and her place.

“Megumin. You have been my rival for most of our lives.” she says, you noticing a waver in her voice as if she’s holding back tears. “But I want you to know that today, I’m glad you’ve won. Come up here, and take your place.”

Megumin then ascends the step, your son and her standing across from each other flanked by Broly, Maza, Yunyun, and Chaya as Chief Hiropon begins speaking. He gives much the same sort of speech as Freeza had when he officiated your wedding, glancing over at Meloka you see your wife actually tearing up.

“Before I continue, does any witness here bear reason why these two should not be joined in joyous matrimony?” Chief Hiropon asks the gathered crowd. And just when you think no one is going to interfere, wouldn’t you know it.
“You thought hiding in the shadows could hide your cri-?” an all too familiar voice calls out. Everyone turns, you seeing none other than Trunks standing there. Because of course he is. You feel your blood boiling, this is one crashed weeding too many! He’s gonna pay in blood this time!

Now that I've thought about the idea for a few minutes, I think I got a basic concept going.
>Once we master Force Lightning, we can work on projecting it from our eyes like our Guides Eye Beam
>Using our enhanced Ki Sense and Dark Side powers, we can direct our wrath onto the opponent and guide our eye projected Force Lightning
Here's hoping Karn's eyes don't explode.

Can we make it Force Lightning and Ki attack at the same time? For maximum death.
Maybe even add some telekinesis in the mix.
>Getting electrocuted
>Ki blasted
>and telekinesis crushed
It's got to be something good to be worthy of a name Death Glare.
Though I realized, that I got too excited about this. Channeling this much power through eyes might be dangerous without Cell like regeneration to get fixed instantly in case those eyes actually explode.

Maybe it was Future Chaya. Last time he interrupted in her life her mom died. This might trigger some unconscious nearly automatic reflex action as a reaction to his arrival.
Before anyone he realize what has happened, the interrupting Time Patroller will be surprised by sudden discovery that Chaya's Energy Blade is sticking out of the middle of his chest and she is already behind him.

Guys, what if the BOI actually backs the fuck up and apologizes once he realizes we’re just trying to hold a wedding again? After all, the first time this happened gave him some of his biggest doubts in the Time Patrol.

Furious anger aside guys this reeks of a trap. For all he’s dumb as a bag of bricks, Trunks isnt stupid enough to think he can take the entire clan, not to mention to heavily traumatized.

Plus they know Ace went rouge so their short on top end fighters.

There has to be a lot more going on here, and rather then the wedding, I’d say their bating Ace our for ‘forceful retrieval and re-education.’

“....Oh.” Trunks says, raising both arms up slowly over his head as hundreds of Crimson Demons, Saiyans, demon-Saiyan hybrids, and other assorted warriors all glare at him with different levels of malice. “I’ll come back later. Sorry.”

And in a flash of light, Trunks simply vanishes. Disappearing without a trace. Except for the silence hanging over the gathered audience.

“Poor guy. He must have got the wrong shadow dimension.” Chilli says, several dozen Crimson Demons laughing at his joke. You, Meloka, and Towa are all laughing as well, but yours is more at the boy finally learning his fucking lesson. “Anybody else?”
“Wait a minute. This isn’t the bar.” a blonde haired man wearing a long coat and suit underneath says, rising unsteadily to his feet. “Wrong dimension, sorry about interuptin’ and all that. Carry on.”

And in another flash of light, that guy leaves as well. Which leaves you, and most everyone else confused as well. Megumin and Chilli turn to each other, both expecting the other to know who that guy was, but when seeing the looks of confusion on each other’s faces they both bust out laughing. Which is contagious and quickly spreads throughout the crowd. Even you find yourself laughing at the absurdity of it all. What kind of bars does that guy frequent?

“Well then, if no one actually objects before we get moving.” Hiropon says, turning to Chilli. “Chilli. Do you take this woman to be your lawfully and magically bound wife? In sickness and in health, in good times and in bad?”
“I do.” your son replies immediately, not an ounce of hesitation in his body.
“Good.” the chief replies with a nod, then turns to Megumin. “Megumin. Do you take this man to be your lawfully and magically bound husband? In sickness and in health, in good times and in bad?”
“I do.” she replies, also not looking at Hiropon but at her soon-to-be husband. “With all my heart.”

“Then now let us judge the couple. And see their compatibility for ourselves.” Hiropon says, backing up and giving them a bit more room. “Show us what you can do.”
“Are you ready?” Chilli asks, Megumin nodding despite both looking a bit nervous. You have no idea what’s about to happen, but have a feeling it’s going to be spectacular.

“My name is Megumin!” she shouts, holding her staff with her right while keeping the hat firmly on her head with her left hand as Chilli grabs her by the hips and casually launches the two of them straight up into the air. She doesn’t miss a beat, and continues speaking as if she didn’t just get tossed into the sky. “Greatest archmage of the Crimson Demons and wielder of Explosion magic!”

>>
>>4843616
“My name is Chilli.” your son says, suddenly no longer in the sky but right in front of you all back on the dais. Everyone jumps a bit in surprise, as he draws his staff off his back. As he does the ephemeral scythe blade appears, your son touching it to the ground. From that point of contact a crystal structure quickly, almost explosively grows up from the ground, forming what looks like a spiraling slide with an odd, bulbous protrusion at the top before he puts his weapon back away. “Greatest archmage of the Saiyan race, and wielder of death magic.”
“And together!” Megumin shouts, hitting the slide feet first and spiraling down right to Chilli, who catches her in a spin to drop that momentum before both pose in a very, very chuuni fashion. His left hand holding her right, the two standing back-to-back as they hold staves in their free hands.
“We are unstoppable.” Chilli finishes, as both lift their staves. Someone in the crowd realizes what’s about to happen, and shouts “Oh shi-!”, but is interrupted as Megumin cuts loose with her own bellow of:

”EXPLOSION!”

But instead of a widespread, violent blast that could level the village, like the one on the mountaintop earlier, this is a rather small, controlled explosion at the top of Chilli’s crystal pillar. The bulbous end of Chilli’s twisted crystal slide explodes, your jaw dropping as it rapidly takes on a new shape. As it cracks, the bulb seemingly blooms out into what looks like a flower, while most of the excess energy from her blast is captured by the crystal itself. This energy absorption begins turning the “flower” a fiery red-yellow, glowing with the contained Explosion even brighter in this dome of absolute darkness. Several cracks run down the slides of it as the energy spreads out, chunks partially splitting off into the facsimile of leaves on a stem. Their magic combined made a towering crystal flower, burning with the energy of Megumin’s Explosion magic inside. And judging from the others’ reactions, this is a rare sight to behold. But you’re not looking up at the fiery crystal, instead you meet your son’s almost questioning gaze with a smile and a thumbs up. His face lights up, beaming with excitement.

“Well now, there we have it.” Chief Hiropon says, stepping forward and placing a hand on each of their shoulders. “And this is their couple magic. Are there any objections?”

You say nothing, not a single person here objecting as Chief Hiropon looks out over the gathered crowd. Nobody says anything, waiting for the chief’s verdict. Silence hangs over everyone, you all waiting for his verdict. Which comes after several seconds, as he throws both arms up.

“If no one objects, then by the power vested in me as chief, I now pronounce you husband and wife! You may kiss the bride.”

The gathered crowd cheers as your son embraces his wife, pulling her to him as the two share a passionate kiss. Everything seems to be going perfectly. Hiropon exchanges a few words with your son, who as everyone’s standing waves his scythe, and the chairs disappear down into the crystal of the floor. Then several large tables emerge with bench seating, surrounding what seems to be a large dance floor as several of the village’s autonomous magical golems begin hauling large platters of food down from the town. Everything is still illuminated by the crystal pillars, and now the crystal flower containing the Explosion as well. The happy couple air at the newly-formed table where they just married, as two golems carry a giant cake between them towards your son and new daughter-in-law. While all this is happening you see a familiar couple walk up towards you, hat in his hands and tears forming in his eyes while the woman looks simply radiant.

“They looked good up there together, didn’t they?” Megumin’s father Hyoizaburoo says, offering you his hand. Which you take, the two of you shaking for a moments. “But who was that guy with the sword? Friend of yours?”

That’s certainly not the case. But what do you tell him?

“Hun? Oh, he’s just a little nuisance that I have to keep putting down.” you say, Yuiyui and Hyoizaburoo looking to you curiously. “I think every time my whole family had come to visit, I’ve had to take him down.”
“Speaking of not from around here, I hear you must be Towa.” Yuiyui says, all smiles and politeness. However, you do catch something dark and threatening in her undertone, as if the homely-seeming woman is ready to throw down at the slightest provocation. “Did you have to come a long way?”
“Let’s just say I wouldn’t have made the trip all the way out here for anything less than family.” Towa replies, the same sort of veiled threat in her voice. You have no idea why they’re mad at each other, or where this hostility is coming from. “As a mother yourself, I’m sure you know how stressful traveling with young ones can be.”

“Speaking of, how did the two of you meet?” Hyoizaburoo asks you. No hint of the animosity between Towa and Yuiyui present in him.
“It was actually for me.” Meloka says, speaking up so all four of you hear her clearly. “I was dying on some backwater shithole planet years ago, and Towa here saved my life. Without her help, I would have died.”
“And that’s when the purple haired boy showed fits into this?” Hyoizaburoo asks innocently. “He was the one trying to kill your wife?”
“No, he showed up next time.” you reply, feeling a bit of heat in your own voice as you remember it. “Someone sabotaged our healing pods, and Towa came back to fix it for me. But then that boy showed up and tried to kill my wife. Ever since then he’s been a constant pain in the neck.”
“Geez, you seem to be under almost constant attack.” Hyoizaburoo says, you chuckling in response before answering.

“Our lives have been pretty chaotic, and the universe has been dealing with a power struggle for decades.” you answer, seeing Freeza speaking with Hiropon over Megumin’s dad’s shoulder. “But I think our lives are finally about to start settling down, now that we won the war. With the Covenant gone, no one else out there really has the force projection capabilities to even be considered a real threat anymore.”
“It’s time for the couples dance!” Hiropon calls, Freeza standing by his side as Megumin tosses aside the long dress, revealing it to be a shorter skirt unferneath. “Everyone clear the floor.”

You all do so, and within a minute they have the dance floor all to themselves. Then as they take their positions, arms around each other, the music starts. It’s a slow piece, the couple swaying back and forth to the music for a minute or so when then separate a bit, gesturing towards you all to join them.

Well? Who goes out with you to the dance floor?

You look back and forth between Meloka and Towa, when suddenly an idea springs to mind. Well, not an idea but a technique. So you cross your arms in front of you, focusing your energy, and then split your body! Where one of you stood before now stands two Karns, both dressed identically. Towa and Meloka both smirk at this, as you and you each take one of them onto the floor as well.

“Show off.” Towa whispers in one left ear, the crowd cheering for the now four pairs of dancers on the floor. Then what feels like mere moments later more dancers join in, you seeing Chaya and Raditz dancing close, Broly politely dancing with Yunyun, and Maza dancing with someone you didn’t quite get to see. After another minute or two the song ends, and the happy couple take the dais and enjoy watching while they hold hands.

“Hey Dad, Megu wants to tell you something privately.” Chilli thinks to you, both heads glancing their way simultaneously.
“Of course.” you reply, Chilli reaching out to Megumin then pulling his mind away from the link leaving just the two of you. “Everything going okay?”
“Oh, better than okay.” she replies, her overwhelming happiness surging through the mental link. “Thank you, for everything. Chilli told me what happened to him last night.”

As she tells you this, you can feel her anguish at knowing how badly Chilli was hurt, both physically and mentally by that damn clown. You feel yourself wince at this, but the pain she’s feeling disappears as she continues.

“So I wanted to thank you. You saved Chilli from that awful monster, and kept it from doing any more harm to him.” she says to you mentally. “I don’t know what I would have done if I’d lost him.”
“You don’t have to thank me, although I do appreciate it.” you reply. “I would do anything for my family. Which includes you now, too. So if you ever need anything, just let me know okay?”
“I will!” she replies, happiness beaming through once more as you, Meloka, and Towa clear the dance floor. Your bodies merge again as you see your kids all dancing, some with each other or their half-demon siblings, and others with some of the Crimson Demons. You even see Chaya again dancing with Freeza, the two seemingly sharing a joke and laughing. This is what you fight for, what you fight to protect. Your family. And you will destroy anything or anyone who tries to take them away from you.

“Ceremony’s over, time for you demons to go home.” the familiar voice of the boy calls out, Trunks reappearing in a flash of light. But this time he isn’t alone, flanked by his old goon squad with several new faces as well. You sigh and rise up to your feet, throwing your suit coat off. And here you’d really thought that Trunks had gotten smarter than this. Well, time to beat this lesson into him again.

And that’s it for episode 156, everyone enjoy the ride? Ready to throw down with someone who aught know better, and show the Crimson Demons your power? Or perhaps there’s another way? Either way, hope to see everyone next Saturday, for a very special episode of Saiyan Conqueror Quest!

>“Ceremony’s over, time for you demons to go home.” the familiar voice of the boy calls out, Trunks reappearing in a flash of light. But this time he isn’t alone, flanked by his old goon squad with several new faces as well.
For some reason I was hoping he would not do this this time. This wedding is just too good, starting really great I don't want this to be ruined by him.
Is the hour that Towa had really already over?
Either way we got to protect this. I want family from different time to stay longer too.

They seemed so eager I would not be surprised if they asked Trunks to be involved in next real combat with Karn (which is likely to happen now).

Congrats on the 4 year anniversary man.

Also man, Trunks I know your a dog on a leash, but you should really speak up the Time Thot and tell her to just wait and see if the demons leave on their own, forcing a confrentaton like this doesn't do your side any favors.

Also ngl, it might kill us, and if it didn't it would fuck DF for a long time, but I'm honestly starting to considering killing Trunks and Wishing that he can't be revived with the Dragon Balls.

As soon as we get a chance to face Trunks one-on-one, we're just gonna walk him through the whole thing.
He's just barely on the cusp of understanding why Karn hates the SKoT, and Gods in general, so fucking much.
He's also nearly aware of how much of a massive fucking hypocrit he's being.
And what's more, he's just a hair's breadth away from realizing exactly why he's never beaten Karn.
It's like watching your son shave for the first time but he's holding the fucking razor upside down.

>Why would you want an easily-persuaded jobber around your family?
He's only a jobber because he's never been in a position to be anything else.
His instincts? Non-existant.
His experience? Sorely lacking.
His training? Painfully inadequate.
His mentors? Far too busy to care.
His friends? Nothing but idiots and self-serving hypocrites.
His environment? Completely ill-suited for meaningful growth.
His Job? Nothing but busywork and suicide missions.
His Boss? Content to keep him naïve and weak.

The more I think about Future Trunks, the more I draw parallels between him and another half-breed who ended up squandering his potential for the same reason.
[spoiler[Makes sense that he'd take after him, being his protégé and all.[/spoiler]

But despite all of that, he's not completely worthless.
He's deluded, but determined. That in itself is indicative of his potential to learn and grow into a better man.
What he could have been, and what he could still be, are infinitely more valuable to me than the sum of his faults.
I reiterate; he just needs help.
>>
>>4844859

Trunks needs to take a good look in the mirror.
Whether or not it's before or after another one-sided beating is up to him.
>>
>>4844784
She did the only thing she could do, when all else fails: show him the truth of what happened
>>4844859
At least Gohan had a decade of training under his belt, between Piccolo and Goku. The difference between him and Trunks is that. Gohan squandered his potential, not training seriously while Future Trunks gave his all but never measured up.
>>4844863
That’s the thing. It may not be up to him.
>>
>>4844123
>Do we get a bonus for ass kicking at weddings if we are protecting it now?
The amount of anger must generate a huge bonus.
>>4844229
>Imagine the sleeveless suit Berserk Karn skin to unlock for pvp if you ever complete that PQ
About that. You said that Parallel Quests are snippets of timelines that are/were. Changing anything in them does not change what happens outside in the "real" timelines. But those fragments of timelines contain real people (Karn and family) who are unaware of theirs situation. Chronoa can erase anything related to PQ anytime she wants.
Idea:
>If we ever get some multiple Time Rings.
>We sneak into the Conton City
>Then into the PQs that involve Karn and his family.
>Explain that they are trapped in something like a time loop to involuntarily help Time Patrollers train.
>Give them Time Rings so they can truly escape their endless Parallel Quest prison.
I wonder how much of a disaster would that be for the Supreme Kai of Time. I'm tempted to call it Crisis of Infinite Karns but this would be a finite number of Karns (and his family members and friends).
>>
>>4845429
Ha.
Yes. They basically are small pieces left over of erased timelines preserved by the Supreme Kai of Time.
Also, the beings inside cannot be released unfortunately, she’s made certain of that. With all the Towas, Karns, Future Chayas, etc, leaving any possibility of them leaving could be a disaster.

I see. That's sad to hear it. I wish them good luck though, may they never let win those Time Patrollers that come to fight them.

I'm impressed by Caulifa's new unique form. When metal golem tried to punch her, it already started melting before it even managed to touch her, just being near her was enough to do it.
It got me thinking if somebody actually managed to land a punch at her then what would happen?
Punch hits her and her body is:
> solid but impossibly hot.
> more like molten metal.
>pure flame, no physical body to harm.
Each of those has their strengths and weaknesses . Like if it would be pure flame then:
>Regular physical kicks and punches would probably do nothing.
>However maybe strong wind would be able to disperse her form.
It's all very curious, though I'm guessing maybe even Caulifa herself does not know this yet, having just discovered this form. I can't wait to see once the quest reveals it.
>>
File: Underwater.gif (7.88 MB, 356x360)

Also what would happen if somebody teleported her into the ocean? Would it manage to extinguish her fire? I guessing we are going to have to wait to know it, since that is a big spoiler, but I'm really curious regardless.
>>
>>4845781
If you put something super hot in water it will be surrounded at least temporarily while it cools by a pocket of steam and vaporized liquid. Depending on how hot and persistent the heat is. Melting super magic steel by simple proximity means that putting her suddenly into water would probably create an explosion as the water turns into gas and instantly expands.

My guess anyway.
>>
>>4845778
That’s all they live for now sadly. To fight a never-ending battle against the Time Patrol.
As for Caulifla’s merging with her Stand’s form, it is insanely powerful. Caulifla doesn’t know what all it can do.
>>4845781
>>4845793
Would actually depend on the type of teleportation if it would even work on her like that.
>>
>>4845881
>Would actually depend on the type of teleportation if it would even work on her like that.
Well in the hypothetical situation she has been teleported. So it wouldn't be fair to say "if she could be". I'm just looking at it with my expertly flawed and limited grasp of thermo/hydrodynamics.
>>
>>4845921
I’ll say this about her power as far as teleportation goes, you cannot actually touch her. Her entire body converts to energy when in that form. As for what happens, you’ll have to wait and see
>>
>>4846005
That doesn't really change the effect it would have on water.
>>
QM UPDATE

This week’s epilogue will be something a bit special. An introspective on Karn(and the quest from a bit more meta-perspective), from one of his closest allies.

>>
>>4846159
>Imagine how hot she’d be burning, turning her entire body’s matter to energy
Yes, and? I already said what I think would happen.
>>
>>4846168
I’m sure you can find the gif of matter converting to energy happening during a certain Pacific underwater test fire. I’ll also say this about the form: it burns hottest when just transforming, and loses heat exponentially over time. It’s a last resort-kinda technique she didn’t know Triumph had.

You'd think at some point someone over at the time nest would figure out repeatedly pissing off Karn like this is just a terrible fucking idea as a whole. But they don't, and they keep fucking dying. It's literally gonna hit the point at some point where we are gonna have a GT situation at the time next because they keep needing to use the dragonballs literally every time they actively try poking at anything to do with Karn. I mean hell, even Mechakabura hasn't forced the general full depression at conton city has like karn has repeatedly done.

Still under 50%. However, for this it’s enough.
>>4847070

They do, and regularly now thanks to the war against Mechikabura’s Demon Gods waging across several timelines. However, defeating the Shadow Dragons just makes the Time Patrollers stronger, especially without Ace to rely on. Taking him forced the rest to step up and git gud, as their “Superman” who solved the problems is now gone.

>Ascended Berserk with Supervillain.
I have a feeling it will inspire terror. Though Karn is not the only one who I think will do it to the Time Patrollers. There's Koruza and Dark Rider, there is latest skill level Meloka. That is not all, but the point is I wonder if those Time Patrollers are really well prepared for what waits here unless they retreat fast.
>"But I completed the many hard PQs many times. "
But this is for real. If Karn goes full murder mode and summons Divine Dragon Force they (unless there is some rare Stand user among them) won't even see and know the danger just raised.
>1 good hit from DDF and Time Patroller will find himself disintegrating.
At this point just pummeling them with fists without DDF by Karn can be seen as an act of mercy.
>>
>>4847857
No, that’s not in her Stand’s wheelhouse. That’s more of someone who specializes in Fire magic’s repertoire.
>>4848103
Ha. Funnily enough, it’s not the form itself that will inspire terror. But what Karn can do with it.
>Dark Rider
Glad someone remembers that Stand is there. Unfortunately enough for the Time Patrol. Let’s see, besides Karn there’s also Meloka, Freeza, Broly, and Chilli all confirmed to have demonic seals, Maza’s new Primal Demon form(which check the powerlevel pastebin to see how broken THAT is), Future Chaya and her Apex Saiyan of course, as well as Chilli and Milha’s magics, plus the entire Crimson Demon village.
>Divine Dragon Force
Let’s just say Karn is going to be too angry for that, at least at first. You’ll see why, next thread’s starting with two full posts of violence. Let’s just say you won’t want to miss it.

Also, does anyone have Omni Man bloody violence gifs? No particular reason of course
>>
>>4848125
Maza(Half-demon)- 7.5.million
Demon Saiyan- 750.0.million
Ascended- 1.5.billion
Primal Demon- 60.0.billion

Jesus. How the fuck did he manage that so fast and how is he even able to USE that form with only a 7.5 Million Base PL?

Also what we can do with it huh? Well normal Supervillan Beserker was doing decent Vs Primal Vegeta but somehow I doubt thats what your talking about.
>>
>>4848139
To control the Golden(or in his case Silver) Oozaru requires a few different things. A level of conscious control of the Base Oozaru helps, but isn’t entirely necessary. But one of -the- most effective controls are pride. A serious, near-obsessive pride allow one to quell the raging monster, which is partially why Vegeta regained control so much easier and faster than Goku in GT despite the literal decades it’d been since he’d gone ape on earth.
As for how, he had plenty of time with basically no distractions besides basic self-care over the year-plus it’s been their time. Plus the burning motivation of his ‘big sis’ kinda ignoring him for Ace, which gave him an obsessive goal to focus on. Also, Demon-Saiyan hybrids are in many ways far stronger than other Saiyan-hybrids.
>decent vs Primal Vegeta
Just Supervillain Berserker was able to break SS Blue Ace’s back. Plus, another important point I want everyone to remember, the Bloodstone changed. You don’t know how the Soulstone works now with your Supervillain form, if it works the same as before or completely differently
