They fly them out, give them goodies and a nice hotel and visit, let them meet the team and their favourite stars and they get early access to the game. Its mutually beneficial because these people get the early access and therefore attention, views, clicks and revenue. Some of these people have played games and are on good terms with some of the AEW wrestlers. I know Chris Denk has interacted with Adam Cole before. Johnny from nL/Deadlock has as well, probably CMPulse too. They're all friends and don't want to upset anyone so even if they wanted to be critical they would pull their punches.
