I don't think you realise why people reacted so negatively. This is a slow board so the fact that you made a special thread for a subject that already has not one, but two general threads is a middle finger to other posters on the site. When irrelevant threads about one stupid thing are created by some randos, another (potentially more useful) thread gets archived.
