Actually a folder very active in the Zoom/international community demo'd how to make an origami soft taco last year. Moisten top of taco and gently crease and uncrease into eighths. Then fold an octagonal tato - like here https://www.flickr.com/photos/melisande-origami/sets/72157626294693409/ (steps up thru 3b). Unfold and fill, then refill. Cook face down first, then flip. Actually if you are good at octagonal tatos, you don't have to fold-unfold the tato, you can just fill as you make the tato on the first go around.
