Perspective distortion correction in shots like this always messes with my mind. I tend to go half-way to where it's not as obvious.
A cool thing to try with a shot like this would be to put a flash behind the statue to light up the perimeter so it stands out against the building in the background.

Thanks! I used two side lights with those "slim" rectangular softboxes and one VERY small softbox from above, I wanted a bigger round softbox on C Stand but they hit me with the "It wont hold the weight" bullshit.
