A good photographer can take a decent photo with anything.
I challenge everyone on /p/ to take a photo with the worst gear they have.
Best bad gear photo wins.

Pokémon Go camera is ideal for this challenge. If I remember rightly it doesn't even use the phone's image processor properly because the AI takes up so much of the computing power. It just screenshots the screen or something like that.
Image size is never over 200kb and is just under 1 megapickle

Got this cool little fujifilm polaroid a few days ago. Was a little expensive I guess, but the quality is (justifiably) meh. Nonetheless, super fun camera to fuck around with

I don't know if a Nikon D1x counts as "bad gear" these days. It certainly wasn't when it was released, but it's one of the "worst" bodies I currently own. This shot was taken through an old generic 1970's stovepipe 500mm lens.

I really love how the D1x renders water. It's got an almost film-like painted quality to it. I think it's mostly to do with the old CCD sensor.

>>

Adapt and overcome
You have to somehow fashion it into a pinhole or utilise that lens and somehow carve out the insides so you can fit a little strip of film in there to expose.

I totally would if it weren’t for the fact this body’s battery life last for like 45mins. My first camera, totally would be fun to shoot with something so bare bone
