Strap over your shoulder is the /p/ro way. The classic Domke ones are good because they've got grippy rubber that won't slip off. Not around your neck, shit can cause nerve damage if you carry a heavy pro camera and glass. When I was shooting for a living and carrying two or three bodies all day I used a dual blackrapid rig, and also had a Think Tank modular belt system with the pouches arranged so that I could holster whichever camera I wasn't using and take the weight off my shoulders.
