Live in California? Thats a natural light shot. Not even using a reflector.
They are shot here in Texas actually
what issues are you currently running into? Could try to get an nd filter for like 20$ if blown out
>>3919570Probably just a slightly diffused flash, I don't see multiple shadows.
>>3919586Given you can see the cameraman’s shadow which is the same as the subjects and the face and hand have shadow I doubt it>>3919583Looking at the DoF this is shot at like f16 so I doubt that would be necessary
>>3919568>>3919570I get that this photog has a style that he’s going for but I just really kinda hate it
>>3919568Shoot in the sun you fucking knob.
>>3919607It’s natural, if it wasn’t for the shadow of cameraman clearly holding a big camera I’d assume it’s just a GoPro screen grab
>>3919568>>3919570fill flash and/or a bit of post processing tweaking?
>>3919568God I wish that was me
>>3919568isn't this overexposed?
>>3919879Yes, the white are completely fucked.
Expose for the sky. Shoot with the sun behind you - this way the models, facing you, and therefore the sun, will be well exposed too.
>>3919879>>3919908Oh noooooo not the whites!Calibrate your monitors.
>>3919938fuck the whites amiright?[EXIF data available. Click here to show/hide.]Camera-Specific Properties:Image-Specific Properties:Horizontal Resolution300 dpiVertical Resolution300 dpiColor Space InformationUncalibrated
>>3919938>jpg compressed to shit>implying there's any detail hiding in the highlights that would be visible with a "calibrated monitor"
>>3919568>>3919570use super wide angle, shoot with a low hanging sun preferably somewhere on the southern west coast, crank the saturation in post like you're ken rockwell's whore
