No, not that kind of occult. An "occult" is when things are aligned. I consider it a mistake in photography, a kind of fault. Even if you gain one by luck, it's not any good, because it exists even.

What's an example? Well, an "occult" is when, say, there's an eclipse. Or let's say the space station passes in front of the Sun. Things like this, there are many others, such as various planets being "close" (apparently).

That sums it enough, things together or close, ONLY APPARENTLY.

Real things together in contrasts are beautiful. But, when it's only to juxtapose it's contrived, or by shame accidental. It imposes a cleverness that antagonizes the sight with the mind.

Instead, tell a true story of people in consonance, it will be better. Keep yourself free from contrasts of passing things.

Then, you will be a great photographer.

And buy a Samsung S20 / S21 ultra already, the only tool valid for a Karens' Age street photog.
