How do you carry your camera? Neck strap? wrist strap? bag? backpack? I'm trying to figure out something where isn't unwieldily but readily available

Same, plus backpack.
>>
>>3483016
I cannot understand how people can go out dressed like that.
>>
When working: strap on shoulder + camera bag for extra lenses and shit

When not working: strap on shoulder or camera is on tripod
>>
>>3483025
Also, camera bag, and sturdy strap.I used to have wrist strap but I'm carrying 5k worth of shit so everything has a death grip on it.

does this boi have an ipad clipped on his waist?

Objectively best bag right here

isnt this like 300 bucks?
>>
>>3483066
I enjoy it because it opens from the outside as opposed to most other bags i looked at that open from the closer seam, really easy to keep it by your side.

I primarily shoot with my 70-200 and it fits like a gem and I can keep one of the dividers inside for my 25mm or for my rocket air blower thing. It also has 5 small slots inside the upper lid for 6 batteries and my cable release.

Very good and worthwhile purchase.

If you shoot smaller it can fit your camera+ lens and 2 other lenses.

Also very water resistant and I sprayed some shit on it where heavy rain sheets off it.
>>
>>3483069
Its 100. I bought it for in Oregon the same time I upgraded from a6000 to an a7ii

Simple strap with crossbody carry just at the hip of my non-dominant hand.

This bag is marvelous. One of my best photography purchases
>>
In my hand. Often with a Domke slung across my back with extra shit, depends what I'm doing and where I am
>>
Think Tank Urban Approach + PD wrist strap. I sometimes swap out for my Domke F-2 if I'm only carrying one lens.

It's so great, I carry a Yashica Mat 124, a Voigtländer Bessa R, and an OM-D E-M10 ii in it, two extra lenses for the omd, and an extra lens for the Bessa. I could probably squeeze another smaller lens or two in there as well. And of course i also carry extra film, batteries, and a small cleaning kit.

shoulder camera bag with extra lenses attached
and when I'm using my camera it's around my shoulder with my somewhat special strap setup which I have to use because fool frame dslr with chunky lenses, really comfortable though and it doesn't swing around at all.
>>
>>3483131
Also before I upgraded to a full size sturdy tripod the bottom can strap any travel size tripod

I prefer the black rapid style. PD's straps are too wide for the entire length. It's fine if the wide bit is where it contacts your neck/shoulder, but having that huge hunk of wide strap at the camera body kinda sucks.

Live sample. Can fit a lot of shit in it if you dont have a telephoto lens.

If worn normally it would be on my left which is a great benefit since it opens outward and I dont have to flip shit around or really reach to get anything.

Heh, I got that same Giotto rocket blower. Shits cash.

As far as bags, a shoulderbag holds my strap-less camera, otherwise I hold it by hand.

Plush-clownfish keyring is attached to the handlegrip-side eyelet with a tiny chain, works pretty well as a soft buffer between the camera-screen and the inside of the bag, and while holding the camera is slipped through my fingers and turned perpendicular across my fingers, like those fingerstraps you see for smartphones.

A chink clone of the capture clip. Cost $15 from a chink store on amazon that had no ratings. Was 96% sure it was fake but it was worth it bc a,anon would just return my money and ban the seller.

Two months later it show up. All metal, no plastic.

Capture pro products are overpriced as fuck.
>>
Shoulder strap sometimes but mostly I just carry it in my hands. I have an xt-20 kit lens

Peak design slide on my 5d, peek design cuff (I think it's called?) on my old that I use for street stuff. 550d I like the cuff thing cos it rolls up into kind of a bracelet.

Main camera across body on a strap, p&s or two either in a small body bag (actually just a flea market fanny pack I wear like they do in Japan) or jacket pocket if it’s winter. Currently don’t own a proper camera bag. Quick access is super important to me.

Spare film goes to the body bag or a backpack if I’m commuting or traveling.

Lol you're better off with just straps and having it hang around you. I've seen photographers with 2 identical bodies with different focal length lenses because it's faster than swapping lenses.

But it's about the width of your shoulders and hangs at an angle so it doesnt protrude past your waist and wont bang anythibg, just be careful when turning your torso.

I wrap the neckstrap around my wrist. When it comes to changing lenses I hang it from my neck
