watching movies is a surrogate activity
>>2555104movies are propaganda anyway and books are no better
>>2555104everything not directly related to survival is a surrogate activity. rotting in jail is a surrogate activity.
>>2555104pining over a highly successful spook science project is surrogate activity
>>2555104>let's destroy civilization so we're FORCED to scrape out a meager existence from the soilUncle Ted was right about a lot of things, but didn't provide any useful solutions.
>>2555599It's been a while since I've read ISAIF but from what I remember he specifically pointed out the fact that Industrial Society is what put all these problems into overdrive. A useful solution could be some sort of downscaling into the medieval ages, not overly reliant on technology but still somewhat civilized while most people live off the land. It's all a pipe dream anyways until nuclear war or mass extinction events that wipe out existing tech and the resources to reproduce it
>>2555599He raised valid questions, that's enoughThe part where he shits on liberals is funny. Very accurate how they hide behind vulgarity to avoid discussing real issues
>>2556520He shits on fascists in one of his letters too. He thinks pretty much everyone is a leftists.
>>2555599Yea, the whole anti technology movement is like anarchism. It only really works if everyone is on board with it, otherwise you will just create an environment for a different governent or nation to conquer.
>>2555109That’s the funniest thing I’ve read in forever
>>2555106Whatever makes you feel better about being retarded
>>2556531Nope, that's not true. Ted Kaczynski was specifically anti-modern-technology, as in if you destroy the electricity grid for example there's no way that city can use electricity anymore and you effectively eliminated the use of modern technology in there. There's no need for everyone to be on board with your ideas and stop using that which is provided in a highly complex system if that system is destroyed.
