How long do you think you could last against the police? Let's go worse case scenario. You've killed someone. The police have 2 weeks of full tier funding to find you. You have all of your gear. Do you believe you could evade them? How would you do it?
>>2554029Fuck going /out/ for that. Helicopters with IR, dogs, all that shit.Become homeless, shave all your hair (or grow a Kaczynski beard), move a few towns over, and you're good to go.
>>2554029For only 2 weeks? With a head start, yes easily. Forever? No, not unless I can get out of the country.
>>2554045>>2554053Based off the data we have.. after 2 weeks the search would be drastically reduced. Funding to find you would dissipate. If you can survive those initial 2 weeks then it will be much easier.
>>2554029I won vs police on a 4 day hike. Didn't even know they were looking for me until my Dad told me when I got back home. They used two dog teams and a helicopter, I thought they were looking for someone else and made a game out of bushsneaking around them. Police aren't all too friendly here but I had a nice chat with one of the dog team guys afterwards and a few laughs. They were asking which route I took. Made me realize how incredibly easy it is to stay hidden in the woods if you want to ...
>>2554057Unless you are the Black Forest Anon.
>>2554073Were they looking because you were missing or because you were a suspect? It’s different looking for someone that’s trying not to be found versus someone that is trying to be found.
>>2554082Not missing. A neighbor alleged that I was a danger to myself and others.
>>2554029>full tier fundingIdk, even I live in a third world country with a very inefficient police, they are able to catch people in some hours when they want to.But lets say yes, I Know some caves with water nearby.
>>2554045Hit a club and hook up with the first one who shows interest. “Hang out” at her place for as long as possible. Wash, rinse , repeat.
Wtf is this cringe thread? Grow up!
I live in Mississippi on a Bayou, I don’t care what gear they have. I had a head start no one would ever find me. People are actually scared of alligator and snakes. Funny world.
>>2554108>Grow up!Alright, which one of you let grampy have his phone unsupervised
>>2554029Honestly with thermal imaging you're boned. Better to hide in a large city as a vagrant than the woods. You'd blend into the crowd and people will actively ignore you.
>>2554029There was a guy in Newgrounds back in the day who accidentally stabbed his drunk indian neighbor. He went to bed and woke up to pounding on his door and shot and killed a cop. Three days later while hiding from the manhunt he killed himself to avoid prison. https://newgrounds.fandom.com/wiki/LiveCorpse
This guy played hide and seek with the police for seven years in Australia and was only caught because of a tip offhttps://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/australasia/sevenyear-manhunt-for-australia-s-most-wanted-fugitive-malcolm-naden-ends-7582153.html
>>2554190>In December 2005, police closed Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo after Naden was sighted there. There was an additional confirmed sighting of Naden over the next month near Lightning Ridge. In March 2006, Naden avoided capture at an Aboriginal mission, near Condobolin. In January 2007, police placed an A$50,000 bounty on his capture. By January 2009, Naden was thought to be located near Kempsey, and by August 2010 he was believed to be living in dense bushland near Gloucester and Scone. By early 2011, the police doubled Naden's bounty to A$100,000, and increased it further again to A$250,000 in December.>On 7 December 2011, a police officer from the Tactical Operations Unit was shot by the fugitive during an unsuccessful operation to capture Naden in bushland near Nowendoc. Naden was subsequently charged with the attempted murder of the officer.>Naden was captured on 22 March 2012 in a run-down cabin approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) west of Gloucester by heavily armed officers from the Tactical Operations Unit in a night operation, and charged with the murder of Scholes. He faced court later that day and was refused bail.
>>2554108boomer, how about you grow down, in the ground
>>2554029Going /out/ is not the best approach to that. Moving to a big city and hiding in plain sight, becoming an average joe, is the best way to hide from the police. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitey_Bulger>After sixteen years at large and twelve years on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, Bulger was arrested in Santa Monica, California, on June 22, 2011. He was 81 years old at the time of the arrest.Whitey Bulger avoided the FBI for 16 years and just lived his life. I believe he even stated when he was captured that he no longer cared, because he felt fortunate to make it to old age and he had almost two decades to just live and relax.
>>2554029Considering how poorly they do searching for people who actually want to be found, I feel fairly secure I could dodge them for a mere two weeks.
>>2554029i would just wear camo, rendering myself invisible
LEL. No. FLIR exists. >>2554181This.
>>2554476>FLIR exists The police here only have FLIR on helicopters. One helicopter can only scan one small area. In mountain areas it could take weeks to scan one area because of the ridgeline topography. It sounds like you're suggesting the police have armies of drones with FLIRs. One helicopter with FLIR is easy as fuck to avoid.
>>2554087yeah, chasing a giggling tard through the woods gets much less effort than a high risk violent offender or even a regular missing child.
>>2554231>man that was obviously an informant gets to live a comfortable life until “apprehended”Not a single famous or well-known organized crime member was free from ratting. Just remember that anytime you read about them.
>>2554476>what's a mylar blanket?>If only they came in camo too...
>>2554668Derp... Whitey Bulger was infamous for being an informant.
>>2554029>The police have 2 weeks of full tier funding to find youIt took the feds decades to even find the Unabomber, they don't fund searches for a killer for 2 weeks, they stop looking seriously after a day or two unless you did something super freaky like blow up a busload of nuns
>>2554029This happened here in Germany. Look up Schwarzwald Rambo.
>>2554029Ironically you could walk about any city centre dressed like this just doing your thing and I guarantee no one would spot you.
>>2555075What is this aesthetic?
I won against police as a 15 year old once.I ran away from home at 15, not because of a shitty home situation or anything, I just wanted adventure. I prepared for it well beforehand, saved up a lot of cash, bought a set of new clothes/gear which I hid from my parents, got an interail pass, etc...I told some of my friends about my plan but gave them false information, like I was planning on heading to spain while I actually went to sweden/norway. On the day I left I grabbed a "decoy" backpack filled with a bunch of belongings that would be tied to me, went to the train station and planted it on a long distance train heading south (to spain). Then picked up my real backpack from it's hiding place, changed into the new clothes and shaved my head with an electric razor. Went back to train station and bought a ticket heading to germany. I wandered germany for a bit using public transport, slowly making my way towards denmark. I slept in bushed and under bridges, and during the third night I got woken up by german police. They obviously knew something was up with a teenager sleeping on the streets so they took me in. I still had my ID on me so they were able to identify me easily. Their mistake however was that they didn't lock me in a cell but just some regular roomwith most of my stuff. I waited for a bit and just snuck out the window. LOLI ended up all the way to bergen in norway after traveling for about 3 weeks. I ran out of money so turned myself in and some person from "child focus" (organization that looks for missing children) came and flew back home with me.My parents and everyone were pissed off obviously but also impressed with how well I planned it out. Besides the police in germany I was never bothered or recognized anywhere else. I mostly took public transport and some hitchiking.
>>2554703>the cops take decades to find a (((CIA))) assetreally gets the ol' noggin joggin' don't it
>>2554087Typical dickhead neighbour, I've had similar although I didn't have an entire squad looking for me.
>>2555253Kind of based.
>>2554193I imagine how much more passionate, intense and funny this man's story is. there are a thousand feelings behind every letter of that text
>>2555299You're overthinking it. The Unabomber wasn't hidden for so long because the CIA protected him. The Unabomber was hidden for so long because the police and FBI were incompetent.
>>2555253And then everyone clapped!
>>2554029Eric Frein sniped two cops, was dumb enough to drive his Jeep into a ditch driving with no headlights, and still evaded the cops innawoods. They deployed 1,000 cops from four different states, plus FBI, US Marshals, and ATF for the manhunt after him. They deployed dozens of tracker dogs, drones and helicopters with FLIR, and some retard even brought an armored Bobcat bulldozer innawoods for a manhunt. They spent millions of dollars. They still couldn't catch a literal LARPer pretending he was a Serbian partisan. He successfully evaded them for 48 days, only getting caught when he went to an abandoned airport, cached his weapons, and gave himself up because he was tired of the chase. Had he kept going as long as he could, he probably could have evaded them until they gave up the search and went home.If you have a plan for GTFO of the search area to a cabin innawoods, have supply caches of food, water, ammo, and survival gear scattered around, they'll either never find you because you're outside the search area they think you're in, or manage to stay mobile and elude capture. Eventually they'll give up, deciding it's a waste of funds, manpower, etc. and just rely on a snitch award and wanted posters in the post office so someone calls the cops when you eventually return to civilization. Assuming you haven't changed your appearance and popped up seven states away where nobody is expecting you, that is.
>>2554053>he doesn't have a plan to become a domestic terrorist in Appalachia, lead the cops to believe you're hiding in an area of woods you saturated with boobytraps beforehand, while actually escaping into Canada and slowly making your way to Alaska where you eventually turn up having lost weight, grown a beard, and earn cash under the table working a crab boat and shacking up with some local girl in a remote town in the off season
>>2554181FLIR didn't help them catch Frein for 48 days innawoods. And you can buy custom made camo tarps specifically designed to hide you from FLIR. Shit, Max Velocity Tactical was selling them as a side gig for a few years. FLIR is easy to evade if you know how. It can't see through dense treetops, boulders, underground...
>>2554106>hey he sorta looks like...>nah couldn't be him
>>2556383My only regret is having to leave emily behind when the feds knock down the door to my crab shack
>>2556383I hope you like girls that are 220lbs, have been fucked by almost every guy they've met, and drink so much that you need to restrict their debit card.
>>2558650You're describing black women that live in cities
>Go into town>Hide backpack with all gear near some traintracks>Kill some motherfucker>GTFO to the hidden backpack>Jump on some freight train>Stay on it until your at least 1 state away from crime scene>Get off in the middle of nowhere>Live in the wilderniss for 2 weeks>???>Profit
>>2558653You've never been to rural Alaska, have you.
has there ever been a murder suspect in modern history that evaded capture completely? if they know your identity and general location its only a matter of time, not like cops have anything better to do than spend taxpayer money looking for you.
>>2556013>Slightest thing happens in someones life that´s out of the ordinary>"aNd eVeRyBoDy ClaPpeRinO!"
>>2558678Hope this answers your questions. Like 50% of murders aren´t solved.
>>2558678>>2558685And to think that most murders are commited by some mouthbreathing retard nigger, the percentage should be WAY lower if you actually put your brain into the whole thing. This all changes of course, if your victim is someone rich or famous.
>>2558685>>2558690i mean murders that actually have a legit suspect and a high enough profile that police are going to conduct a serious investigation
>>2558707This. Most murders are scumbags killing other scumbags so there's not that much incentive to care
there's a reality TV show with exactly this premise called huntedbasically the contestants have to go on the run and the hunters have all the powers that the police would have, and they have to try and capture them. it's a british series but there's lots of international versions toohttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunted_(2015_TV_series)
