>beeing fat innawoodshow fat are you ?does your fatness have a negative impact on your outdoor enjoyment ?
>>2068504since fat people do make more of an impact each step they take on a hike, they do have an oversized ecological impact. should trails have weighing stations like on highways for trucks? i think so, trails can only take so much at a time.
Being fat impacts everything from your spine to your dick size. I do not recommend it.
>>2068504Fat people take up entire trails and cause people to fall to their deaths. Fat people genocide when?
>imagine being fat
>blocks your path
>>2068515Based
Welcome to the body shaming thread, losers.
>tfw the opposite problem and eating food doesn't bring you comfort so you are a malnourished twig of a man.
>>2068504Seems like backpacking would be a great way to lose weight. Most people I know lose a couple pounds over a weekend of being out there.
>>2068535looks like a DOOM hell baron character reference.
That's my game, being fat and cute 3yrs ago.
>>2068638
>>2068504>Being fat Lmao
>>2068504260 and crippled.Yeah, I don't even /out anymore unless I can /out from my pickup.I work outside at least though
>>2068669Well stop eating its not that hard
>>206865250 simps, you know he spends it on food.
>>2068504Of course it doesI was 315 last year225 nowI've still got a ways to go, but it already feels better
>>2068698Good job bro ,keep it down.
>>2068604Protip: weed bro 420 blaze it
>>2068504Winter camping is much nicer cause I got fat to help keep me warm.
>>2068504
>>2068737>Just be an obese drugged out brain dead loser like me
>>2068504the only thing i found fatness held me back from crossing my legs to meditate in the woods. the more weight i lost the easier it was to cross my legs comfortably
>>2068737I smoke like a chimney anon, at first it helped me to get to sleep and stimulate my appetite, but I got stuck on the quality of sleep and whatnot and started smoking daily, it has since stopped doing what it did before and has just become another vice.
>>2068819Most stoners are skinny because eventually you get to the point where you aren’t hungry unless you’re baked.
I'm fat af, 280 at the moment. Trying to lose it though. 10 pounds down, 80 to goI just really like to eat bros
>>2068880That's probably the easiest way to put it, as one of those stoners you can't really pin it on the pot though. It's the stoners addictive personality traits that lead to the diminishing returns and the "withdrawls" during tolerance breaks.
>>2068638My triods ...error munchies
>>2068698Nice, It's taken me a bit longer to shed the weight, started out at 415 two and a half years ago and currently at 230 now and still losing weight. It wasn't even that hard to, all I had to do was not eat carbs. I could eat as much as I wanted at first so I was never hungry, and then gradually I ate smaller portions because with the keto/paleo diet the food was pretty satisfying. not that I didn't allow myself to eat carbs/sweets every now and again like on holidays or family get-togethers, but went right back to the keto without feeling any guilt about it. Exercise wasn't even part of it, other than walking the dog because I didn't want to blow my knees out, but am much more active now, biking, hiking, camping and fishing but nothing really strenuous, I'll work up to that as I get down to where I want to be around 175ish.>>2068882Go keto/paleo, shit works, eat all you want.>>2068804Noticed that this winter, I felt the cold much more than I usually do but that wasn't a huge deal since I could always put something on to warm up, and now on the other end of the spectrum, it's already hitting the 90's where I'm at and it doesn't bother me anywhere near as much as it used to. The biggest benefit so far has been being able to use my hammock without feeling like it's going to break on me because I was too close to the maximum limit for it. But being fat shouldn't stop anyone from enjoying being out. Here's proof: Fat chix in a yak. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0gi0sDlpWc
>>2068804nah. blood inside muscles keeps you warm. this is why females always freezing and trampling because their legs are fat stumps.
>>2068623
>>2068504Last time i went camping for a few months i ended up with a six pack from hiking and chopping firewood.
>>2068504I did a 15+ miles hike yesterday and I weigh 238lbs (108kg). Didn't really cause me any problems besides a bit of knee pain at the end which soon went away. If you are otherwise fit being fat isn't a problem.
>>2068504Stop being fat.
>>2069598This!Stop drinking beer and soda and cook your own food and it's impossible to be fat
>>2069653I can hear the rattling of your bones over your clueless arguments.
>>2069653yep i only drink wine, pure water, eat pasta.
>>2069493demn. i have the same sleeping bag
>>2069665Fat cope
>>2068515
I'm 6"2 and 134 lbs. Just bones. I can't hug anyone without them getting spurred somewhere
>>2070031Go to the doctor you probably have an intestinal disease like me
am fat (318 at 6'0) and yeah of course it does. weather's warming up here on the Southeast US which means filthy fatsweats when I just step outside for even just a walk in a local park. -since being fat also fucks with how much food fills you up Im tempted to bring more food than I need when going /out/, which is just a stupid problem. -trekking with a pack can cause your pants to start slipping so either you tighten your belt to an uncomfortable degree, or hike with suspenders. -hip belts don't fit as well since your hip/gut ratio is fucked.-being fat means you're worn out easier and earlier than you should be, which either shortens your trips or just keeps you from attempting some hikes outright, I shouldnt dread the chance to go hike a mountain because I'll feel like death an hour inlove outdoors, hate being fat. being fat makes it more difficult to enjoy the outdoors, which makes it less enjoyable. its a vicious cycle fueled by soda and self pity, and fat people are gross
>>2068504I'm a fat retard and about to go hike a couple miles up to the snowline and cook steak and taters. So I wouldn't say it effects me much
>>2070136Wow 2 whole miles you go fatty
>>2070178yeah it sucks, can't go further than that this weekend because the snow pack at that altitude is still 39 inches
>>2070188Use a shovel
>>2070135in a few years, fat people on exoskeletons will roam the woods and conquer the highest mountains. until then, you can use a cart.

>6'2>240No complaints, I don't /out/ recreationally much anymore, but I do work outside almost exclusively doing a wide variety of jobs from trail maintenance to tsi to controlled burns. Never had a problem keeping up with any of my coworkers even when loaded down with the lions share of the gear. It is worth noting though that I do bjj and wrestling, so I do have slightly better cardio than your average fatass.
>>2070135>trekking with a pack can cause your pants to start slipping so either you tighten your belt to an uncomfortable degree, or hike with suspenders. Never had this problem, but if it's bothering you get some overalls and enjoy. I started wearing them cause my chainsaw chaps would pull my pants down over time from all the bending, now I never go outside without them. Cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, incredibly comfortable, tough as nails, by far the best option for leg wear in almost every situation. I don't understand why they aren't more popular.
I'm at 240, but I live in a rural area and walk at least 3 miles in the woods a day according to the pedometer I use. I'm wanting to loose some more, but have never found a diet that doesn't make me feel mentally drained, which is what I need for work.
>>2068504Bears think you're Thanksgiving.Better run faster, fat boy.
>>2068592There is nothing wrong with shaming disgusting tubs of lard.
I will never be able to trust a review made by a fat man sitting on his kitchen floor
>>2070211That's actually a pretty decent looking design.I don't need one now but if my family's history of knee explosions catches up to me I could see something like this being really useful.
>>2070326I am 6'2" and just over a month ago hit an all-time high weight of 230.I've lost 12 pounds since then doing intermittent fasting, which turns out to be easy as fuck.I eat between 2pm and 6pm. That's literally the only rule (and I'm flexible, some days it's more like 1-6 other days it's 2-5). The first couple of days were a little difficult and I felt like I was pissing gallons as I shed water weight. I still usually get a hunger pang or two right after getting up in the morning but otherwise the biggest difference I notice is having a lot more free time to do stuff now that I spend less time obtaining and preparing food. I also wind up really enjoying meals and snacks during the feeding window, and no longer just scrounge for something to satisfy a craving.
>>2070373based. fuck fatties. the only comfort is that they will die early
>>2068535How the fuck do women like this pull off such confidence poses?
>>2070031front hugging is a sin anyways
>>2068515There should also have flashing lights and signs that says "WIDE LOAD"Maybe even an escort warning hikers ahead
>>2069803The thing is that you don't have a say in this unless you've been fat at some point yourself.
>>2070821its exactly the other way round mr fatty boombalatty
>>2070821>Stop drinking beer and soda and cook your own food and it's impossible to be fatFat people have never tried this. Are they lazy? Stupid? Prefer to be fat? YES!
115 lb here, just lose weight lmao
>>2070827it isn'tyou don't have a grasp of what it's like to lose a significant amount of weight if you have never done soyou also don't have a grasp of what it's actually like to be fat
>>2070984Instead of crying like a bitch about how no one understands the suffering of porkers who eat garbage all day why don't you go for a walk?
>>2070984i feel like its not your fault youre a fatso boomba latso.its society's fault for not heaping enough shame upon you
>>2071061you fail to grasp how delicious pork rinds are
why do some anons get so fat?i eat crazy amounts of food and have horrible cholesterol problems but i dont get fat
>>2068515A student of Whitehead I see.
>299 and less is fatWhat kind of lifestyle do you retards lead? I haven't dipped below 250 since high school. Was a resident firefighter, did an army tour, worked four warehouses, now walk 12-16 miles a day, shoot a 70# recurve bow at night.>How does your weight effect...I go /out/ to get food or building material. Usually implies riding a logging road up to a trailhead, cutting deadwood rounds for a camp table, and hiking in for whatever the next day's work will be. I bring heavier beer, more instant noodles than most. Usually raw meat for the first night. It boggles my fucking mind how someone could get big just from eating.
My dad bod suits me fine. I am much more cold resistant than my twig of a wife.
>>2068524>don't have to imagine:(
>>20685046'8" 300lbsI'm pretty fat but it's well spread outgoing out is fine and I don't get super tired or anything but shopping for gear that fits me is a pain in the ass
How do I stop bros? It's killing me and making my dick small.
>>2068504>how fat are you ?380>does your fatness have a negative impact on your outdoor enjoyment ?Yeah. Sweat too much in summer, have to carry more water, anything over 12 miles a day makes my feet hurt too much. There are trips I want to do that I'm hesitant because of water availability. One time was chatting with a nice Aussie couple at a pass in Glacier and when they were walking away I heard the guy say "Even the hikers are fat" lol
>>2071445I replaced soda with iced tea
>>2071061>get told you don't know what you're talking about>lose your shitwho is the bitch here?
>>2071577what ice tea spesifically?
>>2071579not her. but i use ice tea powder and mix it with tab water.
>>2071581That stuff is 88% pure sugar. If you go by the recommended mixing ratio you get 22grams of sugar in a single serving.. (roughly 350ml of liquid)The same amount of coca-cola contains roughly 10grams of sugar. You're trolling me aren't you?
>>2070135You should do whatever you can to break the soda addiction. Ice-cold distilled water in the fridge (use two pitchers and rotate them so you don’t warm up the water when refilling), baller 30-oz. Yeti tumblers, La Croix, whatever. When I cut out my two Cokes a day habit and switched to ice water I lost like a pound and a half a week without noticing. Cutting out soda is insanely effective for not all that much deprivation once you get over the initial withdrawals.
>>2071579Kept a couple pitchers in the fridge and rotated black tea, green tea, herbal/fruit tea. Like 3 tea bags for pitcher worked fine but you can adjust to preference
>>2071441Nigga just eat less lmao
>>2071801Fat pigs love being fat they spend all their time making themselves fat eating fast-food and sodas. It's much easier to do nothing and not be fat but fatties prefer being fat
>>2071812
>>2071794Ok so you actually infused the tea from the tea bags yourself and not buy bottles of the stuff or use pure sugar powders like some retards apparently do?If so, that's okay.Did you add sugar to them yourself? I'd imagine that cold tea infused from leaves would taste quite miserable by itself.
>>2068880ya but you get baked all the time so you are always hungry dumbass
>>2068535
>>2070031Eat and lift weights
It takes a lot of money and effort to be fat and zero money and effort to not be fat
>>2070686Years of being told it's okay to be fat by the libjew media.
>>2071840you love him this much you made a gif
