>>1561532No. Possibly go test hammock to nearby forest and going for a bigger trip around finland, mainly to visit nature related stuff such as national parks and sleep outside. You know any cool places I should visit? I also will be hitchhiking the trip if possible.
>>1561541Going bigger trip in two weeks or so*
>>1561541Your plan sounds nice and comfy enough but dunno about hitchiking here, finns mostly keep to themselves and i have never even heard anyone stopping for hitchhiker There are just two parks that i can remember right now and they are koli and patvinsuo in eastern winlandI mainly just go somewhere every weekend and explore
>>1561567>dunno about hitchiking here, finns mostly keep to themselvesI am finn :D I haven't ever tried hitchhiking before, but there are even competitions for that in finland so I guess it should work well enough

Just a small lake in NC while i was paddle boarding this weekend. That cove was nice and calm so i could see little schools of fish and some turtles swimming around. Saw a blue heron while i was out too. Any good spots on the east coast where i can paddle on clear water and see wildlife?

>>1566303Hey, Põlvamaa and Võrumaa have the best spots. Went to Endla bog last weekend, was too crowded and didn't find any place without massive hordes of weekenders, so went to Soomaa instead. Ended up staying at Saeveski metsaonn (wood cabin), you couldn't even hear birds, it was dead quiet. Very pleasant. Posting this in English cause why not. Lühidalt: Lõuna-Eesti on hää, põhja pool rahvast liiga palju.
Fishing last weekend in västernorrland, sweden

Upstate NY. American "weed lmao" hikers deserve to be shot
>>1567378Sorry I can't help but blog post. This was one of my backcountry camp sites.
>>1567396If you are looking for trail suggestions in Yellowstone, I strongly recommend a through hike Hellroaring Creek Trail > Blacktail Deer Creek Trail. Its about 10 mi to the campsites from hellroaring trailhead and the second day is about 8 miles to the road of steep uphill. The trailheads are about 9 miles apart along the road, we got picked up by a car after like 30 seconds of hitchhiking.

I live in a city that is small and surrounded by parks and reserves. So although it's not my preferred kind of /out/, at least I can take the mountain bike up some fire roads to get some exercise and spook the roos
Went backpacking with my wife last weekend in the Central Cascades. Fun overnight, and we grabbed a small peak near our campsite before heading out. Tent is in the center-right of this pic
>>1568111gonna finally buy an aeropress I think. Making coffee is a pain in the ass without one
>>1568120Last one. Fun trip, only one other tent in the area and on the other side of the lake. Mosquitoes were pretty fucking bad in the morning, but it got us to break down camp quick. Kind of chilly at night but nothing too bad, though I didn't expect it to get below freezing. All in all 10/10

4 days in the Pyreneese, 75 miles and 32000' of vertical. plenty of steep passes, off trail stuff, and boulder hopping.
>>1577027Man this phone doesn't take great videos.
>>1577035Lots of miles of this, I love hopping around on talus. Nothing spookier than being on a steep section, and landing a foot on a big boulder your are 100% certain is stable, then it starts to wobble!
