EV Chads, we literally can't stop winning
>>
>>25766488
ICE's cost 1/4 less up front compared to a EV...
>>
>>25766488
I'm not buying a 60k car to save maybe 22% on regular upkeep only to blow 10k on a battery.
>>
>>25766491
Ya, if you buy a Nissan but then you have bigger problems to worry about
>>
>>25766488
>costs $50,000 more up front to save me $10/year on oil changes

Okay. Link?
>>
>>25766496
If you're spending $70k on a EV with $15k Nissan build quality you have issues.
>>
>BTW we didn't include the replacement cost of the 20,000 dollar battery
Ugh
>>
>buy a 25 year old Toyota
>if you're feeling miserly it technically doesn't need any maintenance at all
TOYOTA CHADS WIN AGAIN
>>
everyone that buys a tesla is such a huge fucking faggot, the type to buy a gucci belt and work at mcdonalds. The type that gets a new tv every year just to say they have the latest cool thing. fucking npc faggot fucks I hate them so much.
>>
>>25766488
22% isn't much when you consider how evtards peddle how they have an order of magnitude less moving parts. I think they forget that for the most part combustion engine drivetrains are pretty robust and reliable and just need regular fluid changes to survive meanwhile.

As a matter of fact as a mechanic in the north east, I can tell you very rarely do I ever service broken engines, virtually all of my work is suspension and tire related.
>>
>>25766544
tesla's have a separate 100k mile warranty on their batteries. and most cars are disposable and shouldn't be kept past that mark.... i mean that is if you are actually employed and dont make some dogshit loser wage.
>>
>>25766488

My ice cars battery cost a little over a hundred bucks and might need to be replaced every 7-10 years.
How much does your ev battery cost and rate of replacement?
>>
>use supercharger
>pay more than gas
>>
>>25766793
a new (not reman) tesla 85kwh and larger pack is 20k+ usd
>>
>>25766488
>costs over $10k to replace an EV battery
Meanwhile Subaru engines are buy one get one free. I'll be driving this thing until the spot welds give out.
>>
I can service a combustion engine.
>>
>>25766491
BMW M3 $72,800
Tesla Model 3 Performance $62,990
ICE cost 15% more, at least on the high end of the industry.

Lower end EVs are still commanding a premium price simply due to demand, but they don't actually cost more to produce anymore.
>>
>>25766496
My 2001 nissan frontier is still working after driving it past 400,000 miles. Try again.
>>
>>25766757
>most cars are disposable and shouldn't be kept past that mark
You are everything wrong with fake søynigger environmentalism and personal automobile ownership. It's like you jews were developed in a secret government lab to be the most hateable stupid "people". The purest genetic distillation of everyone else's gut instinct disgust.

I dont believe that one fucking bit.
>>
>>25766488
Short term. Long term you're looking at a battery replacement and that will cost you more than you ever saved on ICE maintenance.
>>
>>25767080
A Model 3 is in no way comparable to an actual luxury car. Not with that disgusting build quality and lack of practicality. A Model 3 is comparable to a $20k Kia or Honda.
>>
>>25766488
>labour times
ok so something that doesn't apply to me lol
>>25766757
>and most cars are disposable and shouldn't be kept past that mark
the fucking irony of this push for EVs
>>
Anyone who drives an EV is a dumb faggot sucking globalist cock.
ICE is a sign of self-reliance and autonomy. I can make by own diesel and tell the Great Reset retards to go fuck themselves.
>>
wow i might save 40 whole dollars a year
>>
>>25766757
Tell that to my 300k mile civic
>>
>>25766488
>reach 10,000 miles
>one battery fails
>car cuts 95% power
>sorry goy, you can't just replace one battery you gotta do the whole bank. That'll be $20,000 + tip
>>
>>25767258
>ICE is a sign of self-reliance
Except for being at the mercy of foreign oil kek.
Low IQ post, seriously, take a long hard look at yourself.
>>
>>25766488
only 22%? That's pathetic considering an engine is a whole world of head ache.
>>
>>25767370
>That's pathetic considering an engine is a whole world of head ache.
In what way? If you lease a ICE car you take it in once or twice over the 4 years for an oil change. It's extremely rare for there to be any serious issues with a modern engine. inb4 b-but leasing is dumb! Well most EV's are leased so it's apples to apples.
>>
>>25767378
That's fair I guess, in that case just take which ever one is faster, so a Tesla in other words.
>>
>>25767391
Until you leave your containment zone and wind up with a dead battery.
>>
>>25766757
100k life
Laughs in 86 hilux
>>
>>25766488
My man wearing a straight up bomb suit to service an EV LOL
>>
>>25767403
Whilst your claim is frankly stupid, if it were true I wouldn't care, it's a lease. NMP.
>>
>>25767423
The car being leased or not doesn't matter when you're stranded in the middle of nowhere with no battery
>>
>>25767434
With a 400mi range? Your post was stupid. Have a think before you type.
>>
>>25767437
Maybe in la la land, in the real world you don't get a fraction of that
>>
>>25766488
dude just spend $100k up front to avoid paying $50 oil changes and $100 tanks of gas
>>
>>25767273
Okay what's her phone number
>>
>>25767440
>Doubling down on being stupid
You disappoint me, but then I guess it's just a fact that there are low IQ people like you in the world.
>>
>>25766757
Just because your basedmobile is a POS appliance not meant to last doesn't mean my 4.3L is, changing the narrative that cars are all of a suddenly disposable appliances just because EV's are garbage is off-the-charts level of cope, electric cucks are the same people who thought everyone would be wearing heely's because it was faster than walking.

Lmao keep getting mad, I'll bee eating popcorn and laughing with the other chads while you ICEpedos old junkers get banned from the road.
If you think you are seething now, this is going to get good kek
>>
EVs are gay tho
>>
>>25766496
Hol up. Any ICE Nissan with a CVT is a potential problem/ roll of the dice.

But the Frontier, 370, Armada, Quest, Q50, Q60, manual Versa, all reliable. You got choices with Nissan.

The Leaf, after the EV tax credit, is a solid price/EV in a shit market. Battery degradation issue has been solved for awhile.
