You should really wrap (or paint) that hood darker metallic apricot.

That white doesn't fit it
>>
>>25474471
My Saturday would be better if I didn't have to see a nice clean mustang with a shitty cowel hood.

So quick to judge I literally just got the stang. I'm just gonna match the body+ new ceramic coat
>>
>>25474507
I've seen it posted here for a bit, replacing that shitty hood would've been the first thing I did that week of buying it.
>>
>>25474513
Compared to what? Buying another stock 2001 hood and also having to repaint that too? Send me 600 and I'll paint it today for you

Yes, sell that shitty cowel hood on Craigslist for 100 bucks while you get the 2001 hood from a junkyard

Come on man don't be so harsh on him.
That cowel hood isn't too bad.
I bet it would look cool as hell if he put on some phat, meaty tires, a sick new bodykit and a nice paintjob to go with it all.
>>
>>25474565
Cowel hoods do not belong on mustangs, it's a nice clean car I mentioned.

Thanks, anon. And it's a Bel Air. She's mostly clean. Needs a bit of bodywork help and I'm gonna paint it. She's getting literally everything new. Just stripped the block down for a bore and rebuild, new carpet, suspension, whole nine yards.

My passenger side mirror exploded while going through the car wash. No contact at the time, was just getting through the drying off portion at the end. Housing is fine, but need new glass
>>
I just got home from work and I plan on doing fuck all until I have to go back Tuesday.
>>
>>25475015

1200km/750 mile trip later I have the wheels.
Right as I backed up into the shop, the clutch line exploded, replaced it with 1mm brake line, apparently the original clutch line is like 0.4mm or some shit like that, now the clutch is surprisingly heavy to operate and a bit slower to return, dunno if there's still some air trapped in there.
