I have the opportunity to buy a classic S10 blazer for DIRT CHEAP because it was a repo/abandoned car. I'm talking as low as $100 dirt cheap. Only problem is "Condition unknown" because it was a repo and they have no keys so they never started it. You guys got any opinions on whether it'd be worth taking the risk with it? Exterior is in good shape, paint is faded, a small amount of rust is visible in the typical places but not enough to make me think this had been sitting for that long. Got the intercooler and all the pipe bolted up. Next week she gets towed for a downpipe routed into the existing exhaust, wastegate dump tied in, intercooler bracket and a cat delete. Once that's done I still have to order a couple odds and ends but should be a relatively quick push after that to get the first start. I really don't post my car anywhere else so enjoy my blog.

Wipe with a tack cloth before you paint. Paint shop will shake your paint for you and give you strainer funnels and stir sticks. That stuff is way too rough and inconsistent to try and color sand.
