Fuck Texas, it's either rich tubby fucks trying to LARP as a salt of the earth, blue collar, outdoorsman, or Califaggot expats trying to LARP as a salt of the earth, blue collar, outdoorsman. Do they actually go outdoors or work with their hands? No, they overpay for trucks and bourbon and throw axes on the weekend to seem manly.

That would be a Toyota truck or a Jeep/Bronco, not whatever that thing in your pic is
>>

Me 2bh, it's going to be a close one between this and the Maverick

I occasionally have the need to haul a fairly small amount of shit, or a trail bike or something, and I would love to have that capability without a 1/2 ton's footprint and mpg hit.

Also my favorite camping spot takes about 20 minutes of trail to get to, and either of those would be perfect to throw all the gear into the back and then drive up

>>24873134
Does this do the same thing the avalanche used to do where the back section opens up into a bed extension? Or are they trying to sell a tent for a 4 ft bed
>>
>>24872985
Get the Maverick. It won't spontaneously catch fire or depreciate like a boulder off a cliff.
>>
>>24873021
Based on the front end, I'm guessing the homosexual market

Just gotta say, Texas really is shit. Every time I visited the grass was bleached white even though it was March.
That place is beyond dry and will probably experience life-altering drought in the next century. I enjoy being in cozy New Hampshire.

imagine you put a load of soil or gravel over the hatch

Why do some people have to make everything political?

>Moving from one liberal shithole to another
Kek. I've been here for nearly 3 decades and I can honestly say Texas "conservatives" are way more left wing than most North East liberals.

I expect that trend to get even worse as our state continues to attract the soicuck neocons who abandoned their homes over politics and act like they're hard core right wing combatants.
>>
>>24875184
Libs and conservacucks are all just good goys arguing with each other over who is the goodest goy
>>
>>24874816
I want a cheap truck with a bed trunk but don't want this ugly gook monstrosity. Wish they put one in the Maverick
>>
>>24872985
I've seen one where I live in clownworld, ontario, canada

The driver is some 60yr+ grey haired woman.

yup based retard
>>
>>24873021
the kind of people who in reality should be driving a sedan but insist on driving a pickup truck at all cost due to what I can only assume is a fragile ego. Same as the Maverick.
>>
>>24875418
High payloads don’t like a hole in the bed
>>
>>24873631
4ft bed, even comes with a factory retractable cargo cover.

For "outdoorsy" stuff or a couple bags of mulch thats perfect, if you need a real bed for actual work tou wouldnt be shopping below a mid-sized truck anyway.

I actually had a, '03 Land Rover Discovery II. I believe it used the same system that you described; V8, all wheels all the time with a center locker, solid rear axle.
>>
>>24874816
I like the idea of a bed trunk. What gets me is that it can double as a cooler. There are drain holes at the bottom of the basin that you can unplug. The Ridgeline would make a fun party vehicle, but I wouldn't use it for any real offroading or any real work.

>Acknowledging the existence of something means you partake in it too!!!
no
>>
>>24875571
See I'm fine with that, I just don't know if there's enough room to camp with a bed that short is all
>>
>>24877002
I think it's about 6' with the tailgate down, that's probably doable for camping.
>>
>>24873021
People who want a small truck, retard. You don't need a half-ton if all you're doing is going mountain biking or moving the occasional couch/box spring.
>>
>>24873670
You're talking about a company who couldn't figure out a fucking spark plug.
>>
Some top trim 4x4 diesel with at least 5k worth of wheels and tires, mild lift, has to be fucking spotless, and be a spic. Fit in anywhere in Texas with that combo.

they were also unobtanium before covid

What do you have now that can't make it up a trail that is so easy that you think a Hyundai sedan with no trunk lid can make it
>>
>>24873024
Sounds like someone is angry.
