I'm really really new to driving, just got my loicense today I drove for a bit but it felt different as if the engine was a block of ice or as if the hand break was a bit inanyone able to explain this? I think i left the hand break in over a cold night pic related was the car if that matters, it's not mine btw

Try going at very low speed in neutral on a flat surface. If your car stops with a small jolt (as if you were applying braks) you probably have sticking brakes.
