Yeah, I am going to say MG are based.
Even Top Gear say so:

https://www.topgear.com/car-news/electric/mg-cyberster-retro-ev-500-miles-range

Why are sp many based EV's getting released now?
Is this the big take over of based EV's before the ICE bans?
>>
>>23856674
aren’t they just a brand for a fully chinese company now?
>>
They still exist ?!?!
>>
>>23856750
not really
>>
>>23856750
They are dead. It's not like Lotus which is funded by geely but are left to do their own thing essentially. MG is a dead corpse being marionetted by some chinks.

Why are you stupid round-eyes so racist?
Is it because they took your're four skin?
>>
>>23856883
Slit eyed bug chink opinion; disgarded.
>>
>>23856750
Yes, the company is owned by the Chinese. They produce cheap hatchbacks and compact SUVs. I've only ever seen old people driving them.
>>
>>23856674
Those Union Jack rear lights look like ass and I hate to say it but Mini did that MUCH better.
>>
>>23856883
Chinese are nice chaps, but also way too up their arse about themselves. A little mockery does wonders to humble a man, or indeed a people.
>>
>>23857011
I imagine they are cheap and have a lot of gadgets / options come as standard.
>>
>>23857057
100 years of humiliation will do that. The chinese habour huge resentment towards the west. I think they want revenge
>>
>>23857011
I'd of thought out of any demographic, elderly would be pissed off that the chineese are parading the corpse of once a great sports car company
>>
>>23857108
I doubt any of them have any idea it's Chinese owned.
Also the British don't have a hatred of the Chinese as our boomers weren't in Korea or Vietnam.
>>
>>23857085
you missed a 0 on the end of that number
>>
>>23857108
They don't care. Internet nationalism memes don't exist irl.
>>
>>23857085
The entire reason there was that century of humiliation in the first place is because they were up their arse. When the west brought stuff like guns, clocks and Jesus to them, they rejected it out of their autistic pride, because they were gonna do it their own way and the west was not welcome. That didn't pan out too well.
Japan, meanwhile, took the western stuff (sans Jesus) and prospered as a result, probably even a bit too much. After they got humiliated in WW2 they took the western stuff and prospered again. China only started prospering when the west started purposefully de-escalating for a more peaceful future, completely forgetting that unlike Japan and Korea, China isn't kept in check by lack of resources, low-ish manpower or rulers with any trace of morality.
>>
>>23857123
No I didn't.
>>
>>23856750
In the same way that Indian Motorcycles still exists lol
>>
>>23857143
The chinese know all this. They are rapidly building their own industry and technology off the back of western investment. They will not be humiliated again. I fear that they plan to humiliate the west.

We were in Korea. We were sticking Centurions ontop of mountains and machine gunning chinks off our tanks when they swarmed in like ants as well as fighting MiG 15's with Meteors and Sea Fury's.

Was this post designed by a team? Because it reads like either a schizo wrote it or multiple people.

>Why are sp many based EV's getting released now?
Battery capacity, supply, and price are at levels now that allow for designers to think about smaller cars with 100-200kWh battery packs.

>Is this the big take over of based EV's before the ICE bans?
Not really, there's been concepts like this shown off by legacy car makers for a long time, like VW's electric dune buggy.
Expect things to really pick up in 4-5 years when it starts to become possible to pack 75kWh even into cars the size of the Fiat 500E
