I've been trying to for the past week but the recording part is hard. I transcribed the song myself and I can play it fine when it comes to recording it I'm worried it sounds like shit. So I start looking into a million ways to make it sound better andn get overwhelmed by the options. This song took me like 15 mins in total to learn but recording it is taking forever. And then I start to think about all the cyberbullies online who will btfo me. I'm aware nobody will even watch the video but those are my reasons. Years ago I did just record shit straight off the phone and it was fine but people on youtube were less spoiled back then.

But playing it IRL is very different from recording it. As soon as I play it back I start hearing the imperfections. And if I hear them, strangers online will hear them 100x more. People are so critical. It only takes one bum note and suddenly you've got online PhD musicologists telling you it's over. I'm still trying but it's been a very tiring process thus far.
