Which one is it, /mu/? One record for the rest of eternity. For me, it’s pic related.
>>107259087Tim Buckley's Lorca
I was at a record store the other day and there was a redhead qt3.14 who looked like she was buying Close to the Edge at the counter but after she left I realized it was just a loose LP sitting there.
>>107259166Not many girls dig 70’s prog, I’ve found. I’ve only gotten one girl into it and that was only because she had heard Roundabout in memes.
>>107259304Yeah, no doubt. And the kind of girl who might enjoy prog on her own accord is probably not too desirable.
I know it's cliche and I don't care. It's my favorite album and I've listened to it countless times.
It’s not strictly Bob’s best album but it’s his most varied with some stellar songs.
It's long, varied, interesting, beautiful, and happens to be my favorite album as well
>>107259087I've listened to this on repeat for several hours before OP you are going to lose your mind
Queen's Greatest Hits
>>107260487RIVER RUNNING RIGHT ON OVER MY HEAAAAAAD
Trout Mask. If you're alone on a desert island, it's a matter of time until you go insane. Which album would be more fun to go insane to than Trout Mask?
>>107260268>it's clichebecause its a 10/10 album, of course a lot of people are going to like it
>>107260553Something by Ween, maybe
>>107259087Tales from Topographic Oceans. I haven’t listened to it yet, but it’s long as hell so I’ll have a lot to listen to in general. That or Incantations by Mike Oldfield, which is also long, but I’ve actually finished Part 1.
>>107260664A lot of people don’t seem to like it much but I think it’s pretty good. The first two tracks are my favorites.
I’d also consider this
Hesitate between this and Grand Wazoo.Otherwise, ANYTHING by Casiopea for daily doses of happy.
>>107263591This sounds interesting, will check it out
>>107259087Do compilations or multi-CD albums count? Because I might just go with like the 65-69 Beatles collection, or Now That's What I Call Music 83, or a disco box set.
>>107264906Yeah, why not. That’s a good point.
Purely for nostalgia’s sake, I think this would help me retain my sanity as well
