She's a good pone. I'm mixed on her inclusion in the show. On the one hand I like that she brought back some of the unicorn snark that used to be common with Twilight. On the other hand she is so powerful she upstages already established characters by quite a bit.
I might have to give the last few seasons a rewatch to see if my opinion gets stronger one way or the other.

The trans Trixie bullshit comes from Faust's tweet and her flash puppet quirks in S1 (she has stallion eye shinies or a stallion shaped horn or something like that, I forgot). The later seasons fixed her model.
Unless you mean she'd have been irrelevant and therefore not memed, but I feel like she was always a very popular secondary character among waifufags, and was always the subject of regular threads and discussions. Many of the trixiefags I know also only like her from S1-S2 and dislike her appearance in the later seasons.
