Last time on Doors:
>You dealt with the ponies trying to shoot you, capturing one and taking them with you back to the hotel with the Akigskers
>Talk to Skip again about you connecting with another hive earlier, then contacting the Queen of the hive
>Ask the Queen a few questions and get a few answers in return
>Fall asleep and then wake up to question the mare you brought back
>Go back to your room and watch a movie with everyone
>Have some fun with Skip
>Wake up again to tease Sunny and Lucius.

'...I guess that was a bit too on the nose, but come on! You're not giving me much to work with Sunny!'
You back off a bit and choose your next words carefully.
"Didn't have it in your heart to wake him, didn't you," You ask, "That's sweet, though after everything that happened, I can get why you both would be feeling tired."
"Yesh," She nods, "Ee sim tered afer lest neiht."
You let that go for now.
"Well hopefully he wakes up soon so he can taste what the Skip is cooking," You say, "We forgot to invite him last time so I'm sure he'll love a change of pace from eating out his cans of food."
"We seem to have plenty of eggs," Skip notes; trying his best to get some innuendos in, "They all seem pretty fresh too."
Sunny just gives him a confused look.

What do you do?
>>
>>36171947
"Don't mind Skip, his tastes are a bit more varied than the average pony's, though that may be partially my fault. I gave him his first taste of fish, and his palette hasn't been the same since. Still, I'm sure he'll be getting plenty more eggs in his future."
Smirk slightly at Skip, knowing that he'd get it, even if it went over Sunny's head.
"Do you have any preference for your eggs?" 'Fertilized, perhaps?' "Though, maybe you should lay off them. I hear they can put a few pounds on any mares body, and you don't need that, not when you're still young. And good on you for not waking him, though you're looking a little worn from last night as well, so I don't think he would've minded sharing the bed with you a little longer."

(I've gotta fix my sleep schedule, cause threads keep falling off when I should be watching them)

"Eh, suhhy sed uep," She replies, "Und goeng tu tribe und behk es herd."

What do you do?
>>
>>36173120
Look at Sunny with a falsely confused expression for a moment.
"Herd? Ah, hard. Sorry, your accent is cute, but it can still be a little confusing when it sounds like you're saying something else. Still, how were things with your tribe? Any trouble dealing with them, or that they've been dealing with?"
>>
>>36173120
"It must of been a long and hard journey judging from how long you were away, especially with escorts. I'm surprised you're musicals weren't throbbing from the trip."
>>36173194
'Herd' that completely slipped by me! Also, I'm surprised Sunny didn't catch on from how heavy that 'weight' comment was. Good thing too... I was afraid it would of ended our operation!

Just a reminder: we're meant to be subtle. Even if the joke doesn't make sense for your everyday pony, this is meant for Skip and Cereza's amusement.
>>
>>36173587
Seconding.
>Just a reminder: we're meant to be subtle.
Fair. I still feel that the joke about gaining weight would be applicable since it has to do with pregnancy and eggs might not be that healthy for a pony, but yeah, it was heavy and we're lucky she's still tired.
>you're musicals
your muscles

"Guud, nu trubel." She replies.
"It must have been a long and hard journey judging from how long you were away, especially with escorts," You say, "I'm surprised you're muscles weren't throbbing from the trip."
"...Ys," She nods; blushing a bit, "Nu isorts."
She might be starting to realize what was going on.

What do you do?
>>
>>36173752
Let's back off a bit... Just a bit.
"Would you like anything to drink while we wait for breakfast? Maybe a muffin to munch on if we have any?"

(I was going to leave it on the first line, but the second was too good to pass up.)
>>
>>36173752
"Well, I'm glad to hear things are going well for your tribe, as it means we'll be able to hang out more. This place has certainly been a delight compared to the worlds we've travelled through before, and I think everyone has found it to be, relaxing~. Wouldn't you agree? I hope that your times with us hasn't been too boring, has it?"

Guess it was inevitable for her to figure something was up. Hope that she doesn't manage to inform Lucius though.

>>36173774
Seconding. That second line is pretty good.
>>
>>36173774
>>36173852
You decide to back off... just a little bit.
"Well, I'm glad to hear things are going well for your tribe, as it means we'll be able to hang out more," You smile, "This place has certainly been a delight compared to the worlds we've travelled through before, and I think everyone has found it to be, relaxing~. Wouldn't you agree? I do hope that your time with us hasn't been too boring, has it?"
"Nu." She shakes her head.
"Would you like anything to drink while we wait for breakfast," You ask, "Maybe a muffin to munch on if we have any?"
"Weild nece." She nods.

What do you do?
>>
>>36173981
"Alright, give me a sec and I'll go check."
Get up and head over to the kitchen, trying to lower her guard a little by giving her some respite and a muffin, if we can actually find one.
>>
>>36174092
"Alright, give me a sec and I'll go check."
You get up and head over to the kitchen, trying to lower her guard a bit by giving her some respite.
You spend a few minutes searching before coming to the conclusion that there were no muffins though there was a pack of small cookies.
You are about to take the cookies when you hear a door open and close. A few seconds later Lucius comes trotting in.

What do you do?
>>
>>36174227
"Hey you, you're finally awake. Did you finally rise to the occasion and decide to deign you with your presence, Lucius?"
Wake over to Sunny and give her the cookies.
"Sorry, Sunny, no muffins, only cookies. You're a grown mare though, so cookies for breakfast is acceptable every once in a while."
Go ahead and take one of the cookies for ourself, deliberately biting into it so that she doesn't feel self conscious.

Probably a bit obvious, but rise to the occasion is supposed to be a boner joke.
Also, if you didn't before, go back and read that very first line in Ralof's voice.
>>
>>36174227
'the the lover boy has arrived! Now the fun can truly begin!'
"Ah Lucius! Cum in, cum in! Skip is about to make breakfast."
Grab the cookies and return to the table with Sunny.
"I couldn't find any muffins, but cookies should do for now.
Take a cookie, but biting it yet, facing Lucius with a little concern, but not enough to show it.
"We're you really that tired, Lucius? You didn't seem that tired when you head to your room last night."
>>36174294
Well, it went over my head, so it's rather vague. Good job!
>>
>>36174227
>>36174364 (me)
Almost forgot to ask, because I feel like it's important: what kind of cookies are they? Just chocolate chip? Oreos? Those soft cookies you get at Walmart? Ginger cookies?
>>

'The lover boy has arrived! Now the fun can truly begin!'
"Hey you, you're finally awake. Did you finally rise to the occasion and decide to deign you with your presence, Lucius?"
"...I suppose." He replies; taking a moment to process what you said.
"Well, cum in, cum in," You beckon him, "Skip is about to make breakfast."
You grab the chocolate chip cookies and give them to Sunny.
"Sorry, Sunny, no muffins, but cookies should do for now."
You go ahead and quickly take one for yourself, deliberately biting into it so that she wasn't self conscious.
"We're you really that tired, Lucius," You ask, "You didn't seem tired when you went to your room last night."
"Yesterday took more out of me than I thought." He admits; trotting over and sitting down.
"I imagine so." Skip comments.

What do you do?
>>
>>36174399
Nod our agreement with Skip.
"Indeed. Well, a hearty meal and a lot to drink can be quite helpful with recovery after a long and draining workout, and we should definitely use the amenities available to us while we still can. Speaking of, it would also be good if you two hit the shower before we head out, seeing as we had a limited opportunity to do so yesterday."
>>
Stopping for the night.
Have a good night or day!
>>
>>36174534
Night, Pluto!
>>
Darn! Well, I'll think of something funny with chocolate chip cookies... Cookies are sometimes a euphemism for tits (since they're normally placed on a rack)
If anyone can think of something before I can, be my guest.
>>36174399
'Now THAT'S material I can work with!'
"Yeah, with how deep you were in Snow and Green riding you, in addition to that move you pulled on Blue and avoided being railed by the other two would add up to a lot of strain. I was honestly surprised how strong you kept going after all of that."

(There's a joke about his warrior training making him fit somewhere...)
(Also, I capitalized "Snow" on purpose, for it could be a pony name.)
>>
>>36174981
well thats some good lewd joking

"Planning to after I eat." Lucius nods.
Sunny doesn't respond, instead listening to the two of you talk. As you finish speaking something seems to click in her head, causing her ears to fold down and for her face to blush bright red.

What do you do?
>>
>>36176507
(I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but whatever.)
'She's definitely on to it. I'm gonna have to step back completely.'
Look at her with a false sense of concern.
"Sunny, are you feeling ok? You're not catching a fever are you?"
Place a hoof on her forehead.
"It's a little warm, but nothing that signifies you're sick. Do you need to lie down, or something to drink?"
>>
>>36176726
Seconding. I feel that we could simple direct our attention more towards Lucius now though.
Tempted to suggest winking at her when Lucius can't see, to make it a little less gaslighty, as well as embarrass her some more, but at this point, she knows.
>>

You trot up and place a hoof on her forehead.

"...Whetter." She nods.
"Is something wrong, Sunny?" Lucius asks her.
"Nuthing!"

What do you do?
>>
>>36176908
Hold in our laughter, trying to keep our concern look.
"It doesn't sound like nothing... Let me get you your water."
Best back to the kitchen, and grab a cup. Head to the freezer for some ice and place the cubes in. Then head to the sink to fill out up with cold water.
Head back to the table and hoof it to her.

>>36176834
I agree, but now that she's the topic of concern, I don't know how at this time.

There needs to be something else said here, but I'm out of time.
>>
>>36176908
Smile internally at her embarrassment, watching to see what Lucius does about her embarrassment, in case he might make things worse for her somehow.
"I'll get you some water then. Do be careful with it though, you're looking a little tired, and getting all wet would be an unpleasant start to a day."

>>36177106
Seconding.
We could use the concern about her to make her even more embarrassed.
>>
>>36177106
>>36177112
You smile internally at her embarrassment and try to hold in your laughter, trying to keep your concerned look.
"It doesn't sound like nothing... I'll get you some water," You say, "Do be careful with it though, you're looking a little tired, and getting all wet would be an unpleasant start to a day."
You leave her with her radiating face to go to the fridge, taking a cup and filling it with ice before filling it up with some cold water. You then go back and hoof it to her.
Lucius was silent the entire time, looking between the two of you with a confused expression.

What do you do?
>>
>>36177313
Watch the two of them carefully, making sure that Sunny isn't trying to inform Lucius, and observing them for any sort of evidence we can use against them, as our well seems to have come up dry for the moment.
"Hey, Skip, how's breakfast cumming along? Got a few holes that need filling, and you know it's impolite to keep a mare waiting, especially on an empty stomach."

Don't know what else to do at this point, and I'm not gonna be available for about half an hour, so I had to post what I got instead of making you wait any longer.
>>
>>36177469
You watch the two of them carefully, making sure that Sunny wasn't trying to inform Lucius, and observing them for any sort of evidence that you could use again them.
"Hey, Skip, how's breakfast cumming along," You ask, "Got a few holes that need filling, and you know it's impolite to keep a mare waiting, especially on an empty stomach."
"Should be done a minute," He replies; then noticing that your well had gone dry, "...So Lucius, how did you sleep last night?"
"Pretty good," He says, "Though somebody was a bit loud last night."
Sunny gives him a mortified expression.

What do you do?
>>
>>36177637
(As hilarious as this is, I can't think of a good subtle transition... Here goes nothing!)
"I know how you feel. I felt like I had to sleep under the covers through Skip's snoring. But when I got use to it, it was easier to sleep with him each night."
>>
>>36177780(me)
Before I forget, "Sunny Side Up" can be an inuendo at Sunny's expense.
>>
>>36177637
Bite the inside of our cheek to keep from bursting out in laughter.
"Oh? Do tell. I can be rather vocal myself, but I hope you're referring to your sleeping partner at least."

>>36177780
Seconding.

"I know how you feel. "Yeah, I'm referring to her," He confirms, "You wouldn't believe how-"
Before he could speak any further an orange wing shoots out and covers his face, muffling him and preventing him from speaking any further.
"STAHP!"

What do you do?
>>
>>36178036
Unable to stop ourself, we let out a snort and quickly cover our mouth to hide a smirk.
"It's nothing to be embarrassed about Sunny, everyone snores a little."
Extend our emotion sense, see without a chance of doubt how she's feeling, because this may be where we have to stop.
>>
>>36178036
'time to play innocent again.'
"S-Sunny? What was that about? There's nothing to be embarrassed about; everypony snores."
>>
Stopping for the night.
Have a good night or day!

Night, Pluto!
>>
>>36178156
>>36178158
Unable to stop yourself, you let out a snort and quickly cover your mouth to hide your smirk.
'Time to play innocent again.'
"S-Sunny? What was that about," You ask innocently, "It's nothing to be embarrassed about, everyone snores a little."
As you say this you extend your emotional sense out to see what she was feeling. She was completely embarrassed.
Sunny, however, noticed your snort. Her eyes narrowing at you.
"Yu plenad tis..."

What do you do?
>>
>>36181665
Relax just a little, seeing as we only picked up embarrassment and not a mix of worse things, before looking at her, amused but trying not to show it too hard.
"Which part? Because if you think I could've planned for Lucius to bring up your snoring like that, you are mistaken. Even if it is amusing, the thing is, I didn't have to plan for that because it happened naturally."

Would love to drag this out a little more, but she's calling us out at this point, and I don't know that it's worth trying to shy away from it at this point. I figure we let her vent.
>>
>>36181665
Look at Lucius confused, then back to Sunny.
"How could I have planned bringing up snoring? I didn't know you snore... At least from what I remembered when you slept on the couch."
>>36181816
Seconding. And your correct. If we want to play on as innocent, we got to make her doubt herself.
>>
>>36181816
>>36181879
You relax just a bit as you only picked up embarrassment and not a mix of worst things. You look at Lucius confused and then back to her, amused but not trying to show it.
"How could I have planned bring up snoring," You ask, "Even if it is amusing, the thing is, I didn't have to plan for that because it happened naturally."
"Yu plenad vryting sel!" She accuses you.

What do you do?
>>
>>36183286
Our false confusion turned to genuine confusion, because we didn't understand what she just said.
"What?"
(Seriously, what did she say? "You planned everything sel?" When someone speaking a secondary language gets upset, typically they start speaking their native tounge. I think that's what's happening right now...)
>>
>>36183338
Suppose to say 'You planned everything else'. Guess I made the last word too different.
>>
>>36183286
Keep a straight face, to the best of our ability. At this point, there's likely no denying what we did, as Sunny will keep pressing us if we continue to evade, too much that is. Still, don't need to drag Skip down with us.
"Planned is such a strong word. I had an idea, and I rolled with it, plain and simple, and you made it quite funny at times. If you weren't so tired, I'm sure you would've noticed a lot quicker, but I can hardly blame you for being tired."
Bite our cheek, to keep from making that accidental innuendo any more obvious than it already is.

Had network issues, otherwise I would've posted sooner. I think it's about time we ended this fun little charade, as it's getting to be upsetting for Sunny.

>>36183338
Sel = Else in this case.

>>36183396
Sometimes it's kinda based on luck whether or not a given person is gonna understand Sunny. It's not usually a problem, it can just be difficult at times.
>>
>>36183396
Ah, ok. I think the context of my post still works. Definitely "What?" Is a valid response. Sunny is also really flustered, she might be speaking too fast to understand through her accent.
>>
>>36183411
There's still fun to be had here, but I don't think Sunny would join in the fun. I did think about recruiting her to tease Lucius, but I don't think that's an option now.
But the game shouldn't end here! There's still a chance Lucius is still oblivious to everything!
>>
>>36183338

You bite down your cheeks, trying to keep from making that accidental innuendo from being any more obvious.
She seemed to notice it though, standing up to continue until Lucius places a hoof on her back.
"Cereza, I think that might be enough teasing for her." He tells you while pushing Sunny back into the chair.

What do you do?
>>
>>36183483
Rub the back of our neck with a hoof.
"Yeah, you're right. Sorry about that, Sunny, I mostly just wanted to see how much I could get away with before you noticed, and I got carried away because your reactions were very, entertaining. That last one was really not intentional though. Still,"
Turn to look at Lucius.
"When did you start picking up on what I was doing?"
>>
>>36183460(me)
Well do much for that...
>>36183483
'Wait, does that mean he knew and rolled with it too?'
"I swear, that last one was an accident."
"Sunny, I'm sorry I took it too far, but I must say, your reactions were very cute."

"...Asepted." She sighs begrudgingly.
"When did you start picking up on what I was doing?" You ask Lucius.
"A little after Sunny noticed."
"Eggs are done!"
Skip then comes over with a couple of plates with eggs on them, hoofing them out to each of you.

What do you do?
>>
>>36183652
Give Skip a quick kiss on the cheek.
"Thank you for breakfast, Skip."
Immediately dig into our eggs, feeling eager to get moving, even if we don't have a destination in mind, as well as wanting to maintain the illusion of being a normal pony.
>>
>>36183652
"Thank you Skip."
"At least I didn't make a joke about how you're preference was 'Sunny side up'. The thought was looming, but I had to tread carefully.
After our final jab, we dig into our eggs.
The texture was interesting. The way the egg white slips in our mouth and the runny salty taste of the yolk reminds us of cum. It's not bad, but not something we would want on a daily basis.
'Unless it comes from Skip's own meat.'

(This one was a bit more difficult to write since Cereza isn't that diverse into normal food. I also had a thought that Cereza would have a bit of trouble eating this because of how eggs are a part of the changeling life cycle.)
>>
Stopping a little early. Didn't post as much as I wanted to but I'm exhausted right now.
Still, staring tomorrow and going to next Sunday, Thanksgiving Break is starting for me so yay!
Really wish they had a fall break on Halloween or something.
Have a good night or day!
>>
>>36183752
Night, Pluto!
Get some rest over the break.

>>36183728
Seconding. Got some interesting details in there.

Chicken eggs are distinct enough from Changeling eggs that it shouldn't be an issue in itself, and with the time Cereza spent starving, it feels like it would be a little weird to have that hang up, even if it's something she wouldn't get much nutrition from.

"So plans for the day: We gotta update Arten about Sunny's rival tribe and return Blue Flower back to her teacher is she can be released today."
"I would like to meet up with the tribes, but we've been here for 4 days already. Do you think we should head to the DOoR if we can today?"

(I don't think it's right to leave the Akigsker to make alliances on there own, given they're a new race in an anarchy environment. Even with Sunny being able to act as an ambassador for them, they might only be alleged to her tribe, but given their severe disadvantage, is best they remain neutral.)

"Thank you again, Skip, that was delicious."

"No problem." He smiles.
Once everyone was finished you speak up again.
"So plans for the day: we gotta update Artan about Sunny's rival tribe and return Blue Flower back to her teacher if she can be released today," You say, "I would like to meet up with the tribes, but we've been here for four days already. Do you think we should head to the DOoR if we can today?"
Skip pulls out his compass and looks at it for a moment, then looks at Sunny.
"Sunny, could you tell us what is in this direction?" He asks.
She studies it for a minute before realization flashes in her eyes.
"Tribe tat whey, Skai Pellar tuu."
"So your tribe is on the way, and I assume the Sky Pillar is that large tower in the distance?"
She nods in affirmation to both.

Roll our eyes and say sarcastically.
"Oh boy(colt?), is it time to ascend another tower with potential religious significance to the locals again already? Seriously though, I hope it's on the ground this time, because the last time we did that, it was not fun. At the very least, we'll get to meet Sunny's tribe before we go. And smart thinking, Skip. Asking Sunny about what might be in the DOoR's direction slipped my mind."

"That's convenient. Did you tell anyone in your tribe about the Akigsker?"
"Alright, so first let's see Arten and talk to him. I got to return the Holoslip to him too, but first, make sure you grab everything, and maybe some extra provisions too."

You roll your eyes and say sarcastically.
"Oh colt, is it time to ascend another tower with potential religious significance to the locals again already," You wonder, "Seriously though, that's convenient, and I hope it's on the ground this time, because the last time we did that, it was not fun. At the very least, we'll get to meet Sunny's tribe before we go. And smart thinking, Skip. Asking Sunny about what might be in the DOoR's direction slipped my mind."
He smiles at your thanks.
"Alright, first let's see Artan and talk to him," You clasp your hooves, "I got to return the Holoslip to him too, but first, make sure you grab everything, and maybe some extra provisions too."
The three of you gather everything up along with some extra nonperishable provisions. Once everything was gathered the four of you, including Green, head down to Artan's floor and head to his door.
"Did you tell anyone in your tribe about the Akigsker?" You ask Sunny.
"Ys," She nods, "Nuut sere tey bellaeved touh."
You arrive at Artan's room and knock on the door. It doesn't take very long for him to answer.
"You returning the holoslip?" He asks.

What do you do?
>>
>>36187286
"Yes, and also some more information."
Reach in our bag for the Holoslip, making sure it's the correct one and give it back.
"So we've talked to the mare we brought in last night, her name is Blue Flower. She's a member of the Vandalismus tribe, a rival tribe to Sunny's. There's a war going on between the two tribes, and I think it's best if you guys remain neutral given how you guys stand out, no offense."
"We're going to have to leave soon, but before we do, we plan on returning Blue Flower to her tribe, and visit Sunny's tribe. If you, or a group of Akigsker want to come with us to get to know them, now is a good chance."
>>
>>36187286
"Yeah. We're also going to be making a trip to Sunny's Tribe for information on the next DOoR, so now might be a good time to bring along one or more of your people, to help establish relations between the two of you. If you can come along, that would be great, but you're the leader, so might not be worth risking it."

>>36187369
Seconding, this is a good post.

"None taken."
"We plan on returning Blue Flower to her tribe, and visit Sunny's tribe," You explain, "If you, or a group of Akigsker want to come with us to get to know them, now is a good chance."
He looks up to the ceiling in thought for a minute, then looking back at you.
"It feels risky sending out any Akigskers right now while we're still trying to establish ourselves," He replies, "But, it'll also be good to establish relations if things go wrong."
He thinks for a moment again.
"...I'll send one Akigsker with you guys to establish relations with the tribes."

'Please don't let it be Koan! Please don't let be Koan! Please don't let it be Koan!'
"It'll be Koan," He states, "I know you guys don't get along with him and he doesn't get along with you, but he is someone I trust and he has done diplomacy before."
Your heart sinks at the announcement of Koan. Looking at Skip and Lucius you could tell their feelings were similar.

What do you do?

We bite back a sigh along with any sort of facial reactions, but quickly speak up, in as reasonable a tone as we can.
"Are, are you sure Artan? He's pragmatic, and he also seemed to have a good deal of authority within your little community, but he didn't seem to be particularly sociable or interested in positive interaction with ponies, last we met. Not to mention the fact that he is a medically inclined individual and you have several sick and wounded individuals."

At this point, I assume any patients have been treated to the best of their ability, so Koan probably isn't particularly necessary as far as that goes.
>>
>>36187682
"... Has he calmed down since we've first met? I know the DOoR before last was a horrible experience for everyone, and he was probably still shell shocked above anything else."
"We might need to come with you when you talk to him about having him come along. I need to know if he doesn't like who we are, or what he might think we represent."

"...Not really," He admits; thinking again for a moment, "I can assign someone else to you, if you would like?"

"It's your choice, but I think it's unfortunately the better option. Spending time with us throughout our journey may set him on edge, not to mention the fact that he'd end up being left alone with a bunch of ponies he doesn't know when we leave to return Blue Flower to her tribe... it just doesn't strike me as a good situation to be in. Someone who isn't adverse to ponies and knows a little about diplomacy would be preferred."

"I think I have a person in mind," He says, "You may remember her. You go to the lobby and I'll bring her there to meet you."

What do you do?
>>
>>36187946
Nod our head, immediately feel more relaxed.
"Alright, sounds like a plan."
We leave Artan, making sure the door is fully closed before letting out a quiet sigh and leading the way to the lobby.

Should we leave the key card behind? Because I don't think we're properly leaving just yet, but if we are, we should leave it with Artan, and now seems like a good time for that.

>>36187906
No shame in that, sometimes inspiration doesn't strike until you've got something else as a reference point.

You hoof him your key card to the pent house. He takes it but gives you a confused look.
"A leader has a rough job keeping everyone in check. You deserve to relax in a bit of luxury."
"...Oh," He breathes; staring for a moment and then smiling, "Thanks."
The five of you then leave to the lobby, letting out a quiet sigh once you were there.
The five of you don't wait very long as Artan soon arrives with an armored Akigsker. It takes you moment to recognize her but you realize that it was Yllka.

"He did on the way here," She nods, "And I'm feeling better since we first met. I'm up for this."
"Do you have something to defend yourself with," You ask, "There will be rogue raiders and robots, metal beings along the way."
She nods as she pulls out her weapon, a long pole with a spike ball chained to the end.
"Yllka has quite a bit of diplomatic experience," Artan explains, "In fact, she helped defused a hostage situation several years ago."

What do you do?
>>
>>36190487
"Experience with hostage negotiations, huh. That's rather unique, and also the best we're going to get in this situation. As for your weapon, it'll be effective enough against raiders, but we'll still be avoiding any engagements if we can help it. Not that I don't trust your skill, but a robot isn't going to care about getting knocked in the head, and the raiders will have similar armor with ranged attacks to match and a preference for ambush tactics."

Clap our hooves together.
"Now then, is everyone ready to go? Cause at this point, we just need to see if Blue Flower is ready to be released, and then we can be on our way. Also, is it going to be a problem if we take Blue Flower into your Tribe's home, Sunny? Like, are we going to have to leave her outside or something?"

"You're very welcome. It hasn't been easy, but it was worth the effort. Best of luck, Artan."

"She's good to go," The doctor calls, "Just watch her though as she's having trouble walking."
As if to demonstrate this, Blue Flower get up from the bed and onto her hooves. She begins to wobble a bit before righting herself by grabbing the desk nearby.

"We'll take things slow to start with, but I'll carry you myself if it proves necessary," You say, "Still, are you going to actually be able to walk?"

"One last thing, actually."
Walk over and leave the penthouse keycard on the front desk, so that we don't accidentally take it with us.

(If Skip isn't already)
"Are you planning on wearing your armor piece again?"
(Part of me wants to bring up the power armor, but given the fact they're voice activated, a pitch perfect Red Sun might put suspicion on us.
In addition, they're from the Equus watch, so if they were to see us in their gear, it might give the tribes the wrong impression.)

"I am, but Lucius, did you check your key back in?" You ask.
Lucius nods.
"Then I believe we're ready," You say, "Sunny, if you'll lead the way please, seeing as you're the one most familiar with where we're going."
"Ys." She nods.
She leads all of you outside into the snow once more, leading you through it to your destination.
As you walk you keep an eye on Blue Flower, noticing that she was having a bit of trouble going through the snow, having to raise her hooves up more to avoid slipping.

What do you do?

>>36194887
'Some snowshoes would probably help her a great deal, but I'm pretty sure we're not going to have much luck finding or making anything like that out here.'
Glance around, see who looks like they're carrying the least weight and look like they could handle an added pegasus for a bit. Alternatively, keep an eye on the buildings around us, looking for a sporting goods store.
>>
>>36194887
"You have wings, remember?"

'Some snowshoes would probably help her a great deal, but I'm pretty sure we're not going to have much luck finding or making anything like that out here.'
"You have wings, remember?"
She spreads her wings and takes to the air just above the snow. Even if she was flying just fine, you take a look around to see who was carrying the least weight while also keeping an eye on the buildings for something like a sporting goods store. it looked like Sunny was carrying the least amount of weight but you weren't sure if she would accept carrying her. Lucius would be next if Sunny didn't agree.
"So how's Blue Flower doing?" Skip asks you; slowing down to trot next to you.

What do you do?
>>
>>36195078
"Okay, I think. Probably better now that she's off her hooves. Gonna have to keep an eye on her, make sure she's not getting too tired, or else she might get left behind if we have to suddenly start running."

"Okay, I think," You say, "Probably better now that she's off her hooves. Gonna have to keep an eye on her, make sure she's not getting too tired, or else she might get left behind if we have to suddenly start running."
He nods in agreement, the two of you falling into silence as you walk.

You have been walking for a while now, trudging through the snow and cold at an okay pace, aided by the fact that you hadn't run into any problems.
You had eventually left the city and gone into the woods once more, carefully following Sunny as she leads all of you.
After a bit more walking you all come upon two ponies standing in front of a pair of tall torches. They wore gear similar to what Sunny was currently wearing.
"Suhhy," One of them greets her as she approaches, "Wo r' teh ponis und monki?"
"Frens," Sunny replies, "Tey guud tu cume en."

What do you do?
>>
>>36195345
Bow politely.
"I'm Cereza, and we're here with Yllka of the Akigsker to begin some negotiations."
Otherwise, follow Sunny's lead. She's is our guide here, and if Blue Flower wasn't allowed in, I'm pretty sure she would've brought it up.
>>
>>36195489
You bow politely at the two.
"I'm Cereza, and we're here with Yllka of the Akigskers to begin some negotiations."
They nod and let you through. Sunny then leads you all down a dirt path all the way to the end.
At the end of the dirt path was her tribe. It wasn't very big, only being able to see fifteen different wooden huts. In the middle of all the huts was a large bonfire that was blazing, providing warmth to the center area which appeared to be some sort of communal area from the ponies hanging out in the area.
"Suhhy!"
From the largest hut you see a stallion call to her. He was a unicorn with a orange coat similar to Sunny's and a tan orange mane that was starting to gray. Sunny smiles at the stallion as he comes over, the stallion scooping her up in a hug.
"Yue'r behk arly." He notes; separating from the hug.
"Ys," Sunny nods, "Faddah, thes r' teh nue frens teel abut."

Look back at Iron Star.
"Do you know anything about scaling them, or at least someone who does?"

Go ahead and do what you need to do, Pluto. I'd be perfectly fine with Iron Star and Sunny both speaking normal for a bit to make things easier. The accent is fun, but it can be unclear at times.

"Do you know anything about scaling them, or at least someone who does?" You ask.
"Only that it is very dangerous, even for a Pegasus," He replies, "Nobody maintains them anymore and the robots within them have all gone crazy and lost the ability to do so. One wrong move can cause some of them to crumble or for you to fall to your death. They also go so high that it can be hard to breathe."

"Why is it never easy?" Skip laments
You let out a sigh.
"Alright. Unfortunately, there's a high probability the DOoR is in there," You say, "We're going to need some protection."
You pull out the two power armors you looted.
"Do you know anything about reprogramming power armor?"

"What, a mare can't have her secrets?"
Pause for a moment, smiling, before elaborating, since he clearly won't accept that.
"I picked it up in the aftermath of a fight between a Technomancer's monster and a squad of Equus Watch. Not sure what caused it, but when I was messing around with it, it came off by itself. I've got two(?) of them that did that, actually. The original wearers seemed to be the only ones left alive after the fight, though they were unconscious at the time, so maybe that had something to do with it. We haven't tried it on, just in case it wouldn't fit, or we wouldn't be able to get it off. I don't know what to tell you otherwise."

"What, a mare can't have her secrets?"
You pause for a moment and smile, then elaborating as Iron Star's frown told you that he wasn't amused.
"I picked it up in the aftermath of a fight between a Technomancer's monster and a squad of Equus Watch," You explain, "Not sure what caused it, but when I was messing around with it, it came off by itself. "Okay then, if you'll lead the way."
He begins to lead you through the wooden huts of the tribe.
"How long do you think reprogramming will take anyway," You ask, "Because we could probably leave them here and go do other stuff if it'll be a while."
He just shrugs in response.
After a minute all of you come to a medium sized hut with a room that had only three walls, filled with various tables cover in scraps of metal and partially disassembled robots.
"Pohp Rhuk!"
"One second!"
There's some movement near the back and then a Unicorn stallions pops up from behind one of the tables. Compared to Iron Star this Unicorn was slightly taller and thinner compared to him though not by much. He had a yellow mane with a pink coat.
"Thes ponis niid yur ellp." Iron Star explains to him.
"Right," He nods; noting that he did not have an accent like the natives as he comes over, "What can I help you with?"
As he speaks you notice Green walking up to one of the metal scraps and sniffing it, giving it a sniff and opening his mouth wide. Just before he could bite down on it Skip comes over and picks him up.

What do you do?

"Heh heh. Sorry about that. Green has an appetite for metal. Well make sure to keep him in check."
"We have two sets of power armor we would like to reprogram. My friends Lucius and Skip are my muscle, so I would like it to be suited for them."

"Alright," Pop Rock nods, "Let me have a look at them."
You give them to him to look.
"An estimate on time would be nice." You say.

"Dumb luck, really. Is there a way to reset the voice command or remove it all together?"
"Yes there is," He nods, "Just a simple factory reset. It'll clear the voice recognition and allow for a new voice recognition to be placed."
He takes the set of power armor and places them on a table.
"Should take... about an hour to do."

Look around the camp a bit, passively trying to pick out any stallions that are close to Sunny's age, to suss out who Sunny might have a crush on, in addition to just checking the place out, extending our emotion sense out and relishing in the familiarity of being in a proper pony settlement, even if it's different to what we are used to.
"So, anyone want to do anything while we're here? I figure we'll leave shortly to drop Blue off, but I figure this would be a good chance for you to socialize with your other friends, Sunny, and aside from seeing Yllka before we leave, I don't think we have any obligations at the moment. Maybe we could get a little tour?"
Keep an eye on Green when we're not actively looking around. Don't want him chewing stuff.

Sounds good, glad you've got some free time, even if you weren't to spend it here.

You look around the tribe a bit, passively trying to pick out any stallions that were close to Sunny's age, finding that quite a few were close to her age. You also extend your emotional sense out, relishing in the familiarity of being in a proper pony settlement even if it was different to what you were used to.
"So anyone want to do anything while we're here," You ask, "I figure we'll leave shortly to drop Blue off, but I figure this would be a good chance for you to socialize with your other friends, Sunny, and aside from seeing Yllka before we leave, I don't think we have any obligations at the moment. "Cenh duh tor," She nods, "Fullow!"
She leads you back over to the area with the bonfire still raging.
"Thes es gaterhing aria wher ee uld gaterhings. Ponis cenh hen ut ere thouh."
She then leads you over to a nearby hut that had a little outdoor area with a roof over it. Underneath the outdoor area was what looked to be a blacksmith, confirmed by a young looking earth pony stallion forging a metallic cylinder, likely for a gun.
"Thes es teh Balacksmet, ets were ee mak wepons and, uh..."
Her attention is quickly taken by the blacksmith working. Besides appearing to be close to her age, the stallion had a nice, muscular body. The stallion's coat was a blood red while his mane and tail were silver.
"Uh, Sunny?" Lucius asks her.
Sunny doesn't seem to hear him though, too distracted by the stallion that was either oblivious or choosing to ignore your presence.

This gets her out of her stupor, causing her to blush bright red.

"She's crushing real hard, and I want to see if it's mutual, then assess what to do from there."
From there, we continue on to walk along side Sunny, wrapping a wing over her back, making her slow down and turning her back toward Steel Helm, never using enough strength for to outright force her, just trying to act quick enough that she doesn't have time to resist all that much.
"Come on, Sunny, we barely got to check anything out, and I for one am quite interested in the equipment your tribe makes. Not to mention it's a little rude to not at least say hello to a friend, or possibly introduce us."

A slap on the flank for encouragement would be funny, but I feel Cereza doesn't have that kind of relationship with Sunny.

"Come on, Sunny, we barely got to check anything out, and I for one am quite interested in the equipment your tribe makes," You say to her, "Not to mention it's a little rude to not at least say hello to a friend, or possibly introduce us."
She looks down at the ground for a moment, then taking a breath and turning around.
"Ello, Stell Helm." Sunny greets him nervously.
The greeting brings Steel Helm up from his work, looking up at her in surprise and then smiling, detecting fondness coming from him.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Steel Helm, I'm Cereza. You know, Sunny mentioned you a few times. I'm curious, do you think you could you describe the process for making armor for a mare like Sunny? (Trying to get his attention on her as much as possible) Wait, where are my manners, this is Lucius, Green, and Skip."
As we list off their names, we indicate them, finishing with Skip with a kiss on his cheek, so that it is quite clear we're taken. We also use the chance to reply to him.
"Matchmaker indeed, with a little added teasing."

I figure a little exaggeration and lie of omission might help Sunny here. She did mention him but not by name, she just said his gun was great, and she couldn't have undersold him if she didn't talk a out him
Also, want to make a innuendo about rifling the gun, but I'm not sure it would work.

Fight back a grin that tugs at our lips, a bit of excitement building within us at the possibility of seeing young love blossom before our very eyes. Still, we tread as carefully as we can.
"Oh? Sunny's case?" We ask curiously.
"Of course, she's a brave and skillful mare, and that alone makes her worth extra consideration, but what really makes her so special?"
Pause briefly to let the words sink in for Steel's consideration before continuing.
"Is there a story to got with her measurements as well? It's a little personal, I know, but the way you say it... a mare can't help but be curious."
Keep an eye on Sunny, in case she tries to bolt, while also raptly watching both their emotions. We need to be careful about how hard we push, but I figure next post we can compliment her more directly and help build her self esteem.

On our way over to Sunny, we look to Skip, tilting our head towards Steel Helm, and raising an eyebrow, trying to ask Skip if he can keep him occupied.
Standing in front Sunny, we raise a wing to block Steel Helm's line of sight, to give the two of us a little privacy, whispering as well.

"It'll be fine, Sunny, trust me. For now, let's get you home, if you can walk that is. We've still gotta get Blue home at some point today as well, but we can handle that if you point us in the right direction, and the celebration is still more than a few hours out anyway, right?"

A bit busy at the moment, and really not sure what else to say to her.

"It'll be fine, Sunny, trust me," You tell her, "For now, let's get you home, if you can walk that is. We've still gotta get Blue home at some point today as well, but we can handle that if you point us in the right direction, and the celebration is still more than a few hours away, right?"
"Ys." She nods.
She leads all of you back to the gathering place and to the large hut at the end of it, opening the door and leading you all in.
"Tis es me hume."
It was a pretty nice and comfy wooden hut separated into three rooms. You couldn't see the other two rooms but in the room you could see was a fireplace built into the floor with three blankets surrounding it on three sides. The walls were decorated with various bones, parts of robots, and decorated blankets and skins.
"Pretty nice." Lucius comments.

What do you do?
>>
>>36209433
Family was fun. Back to this.
"Rather cozy... I assume one of these doors leads to your parents room, and the other is yours?"
"... Then where do you go to the bathroom?"
A bit out of character, but an important question! Especially if we're going to help her get dolled up.

"So which one is your room."
"Reght une." She replies; pointing to the right.

"...Outside." She responds; confused at your question.
Skip and Lucius also give you a confused look.

'great! The boys are going to think it's some weird Changeling thing... I could of sworn I've seen ponies use toilets and outhouses before.'

Look around to see if Blue is still with us.
>If she is:
"You've been awfully quiet. What's on your mind?"

>If she isn't:
"Wait, where is she? She better not if flown off on her own!"
>>
>>36209757
A little late, but the phrase 'Go to the bathroom' would probably mean something else to ponies if toilets don't exist in post apocalyptic Equestria, because we specifically had a bathroom for bathing in the hotel. Also, I think Cereza and Skip fucked over a toilet for their first time, though Skip might not have known what it was.

>>36209939
"Sounds like a plan. Once she's home, it'll be one less thing for us to worry about. You gotta map, or are you feeling up for making the journey now?"

>>36210064
Outhouses do exist within the show, but I guess plumbing has taken a step backwards. Also, considering a Changeling's diet should primarily be non physical, it might explain some of the difference between Cereza's and everyone else's understanding the subject, since her pony lifestyle education would be based on the ruins of 'peak' society.
Seconding.

> Also, I think Cereza and Skip fucked over a toilet for their first time, though Skip might not have known what it was.
Those are some weird drinking troughs... They smell horrible!
>Outhouses & plumbing
That's a fair point. Though technically taking place in different universes, Rise of Paradise and Doors are in a similar timeline, with plumbing existing in Rise if Paradise.
>Cereza's understanding of the subject
It's clear Changelings can defecate since she threw up after her outburst. She did have alcohol though, and later claimed she can't throw up when they went to the meat locker... So I'm a bit mixed on if she does or doesn't 'do business'.
>>
>>36210316
Agreed overall.
>Cereza's understanding of the subject
I know you're probably not arguing, but I wasn't saying she can't, just that on a pure emotion/energy based diet, expelling anything would probably be a waste, so perhaps she doesn't vomit or defecate normally. She'd still urinate though, considering she's consuming water and would have to get that out of her system somehow. If we're taking Rise of Paradise into consideration, the stomach is a redundant system for if emotions aren't available. Plus, Changelings would be sucky at infiltration if they lacked buttholes and couldn't defecate.
Honestly, I'm fine with chalking most of it up to the inevitable minor inconsistencies that occur when a quest runs for a few years.

"You're literally in the walls of your rival tribe and have nothing to say?"

"... Ok then. When you're ready Sunny, lead the way."

Another shake of her head.
"Fair enough, I'd imagine this is an odd enough situation for you as is," You say, "When you're ready Sunny, lead the way."
Sunny nods and leads all of you out of her tribe, turning north and leading you through the snow covered woods again.
"Er tribe es tis wey," She explains, "Nut vrey fer."

Sorry, I'm a bit confused with this promt... She said she'll take us there, but it's stopping midway? Am I interpreting that correctly?

"Des est gud." She nods.
"That's fine."
All of you continue along through the woods for almost thirty minutes, eventually coming to a pole with a skull in the snow. There, Blue gets all of you to stop.

"Kiene zesugan." She responds; returning the hoof bump.
She then turns and trots past the border marker, disappearing into the snow and trees beyond.
"...Guess it's time to go back." Lucius says.

Check the time/position of the sun.
"Yep. And that power armor should be almost done too. We should also probably rest up in Sunny's tribe and take on the tower tomorrow. Any objections?"

You look up to the sun, guessing that it was close to four in the afternoon.
"Yep. And that power armor should be almost done too," You nod, "We should also probably rest up at Sunny's tribe and take on the tower tomorrow. Any objections?"
"Nope." Both Skip and Lucius agree.
"Cehn shuwe yu plece tu sleap." Sunny tells you; leading you all back.

Once you all return to the tribe, Sunny leads you to a series of huts near the outskirts of the tribe, leading you to one of them.
"Thes r' gest 'uts," She explains, "Fur gest und vesetors."
The huts were pretty small with a covered opening at the tip of the roof, likely to let heat out in the winter and cool in the summer, made completely of wood. You trot up to one and open the door to look in.
Inside was pretty small as well with four sleeping spots on the floor surrounding a fireplace build into the floor, a pile of firewood sat in one corner. Besides that, it was pretty barren of much else.
"Is there room for me?" Yllka asks.
"Mabye," Sunny shrugs, "Miht niid oun 'ut."

You then turn to Green who was currently rolling around in the snow.
"I would say Green can stay outside, but I don't trust him on his own." You say.
"He might also get cold outside." Skip points out.
"The cold doesn't seem to bother him though." Lucius comments.

"So who would like to try them," He asks, "The mare one won't fit you so one of you will have to decide."
Skip and Lucius look at each other before he speaks up.
"I think Lucius should get it," He says; turning to you, "He is several DOoRs behind us."

Bite the inside of our cheek for a moment to avoid speaking out or letting our expression dip, a not insignificant portion of ourself wanting Skip to have it. Still, we nod our head in agreement.

Skip nods in understanding as something comes to your mind.
"Can the armor be refitted," You ask Pop Rock, "I would prefer that they're both protected. I'm more suited to stealth over combat."
You then giggle.
"Also having two armored stallions by my side would make me feel like a princess!"

Seconding. Presumably the line about us having it instead?
We don't have money, so we'll probably have to do a favor, though a trade would be good. Still, better to ask.
>>
>>36216806
Yeah, about us having the armor instead. It doesn't matter if it was an act or not since he's looking out for us either way.
A favor would use up energy, and a trade would use supplies. Though if we get lucky, because of how valuable this kind of armor is to tribe, any parts he can scrap from the armor can be a worthwhile trade.

"Well, what do you have?" He asks.

"Guns. Lots of guns with ammo to boot. I would say they're a bit more on the low tech side, but I wouldn't be surprised if you or the rest of the tribe found a way to up their game."
Pull out the guns we kept on ourself, deliberately withholding our Equus Watch pistol(s).
>>
>>36216920
Consider what we have for a couple moments, not really coming up with anything too obvious.
"Well, not a whole lot that I can confidently say you'd be interested in, to be honest. Lots of canned food, ballistic weapons, medical supplies, a few gems from another world (we apparently picked some up just after getting to the 40k planet), a few coins and religious artifacts from another world, but the latter have some sentimental value. Here, you can take a look. If you've got some work for us to do in exchange though, that might be easier."
Hoof over our bag. After a moment, we internally bite our lip, remembering the jars of Love/Changeling honey sitting at the bottom.

Not really sure on this. I don't think it would be a huge risk, but I feel Cereza might not make such a mistake, though I do believe she could've very well forgotten they were in the bag.

>>36216990

>>
>>36217026
Why the FUCK would you deliberately reveal our identity?
Your reasoning is sound, but holy shit! If it was just us, fine, but remember there's an entire army of a new race that just "SUDDENLY" appeared! The last thing I would want them to think about is the Akigsker being some new age Changeling invasion or whatever.
It'll be genocide all over again!!!!
>>
>>36217096
Ok, I think we can save face if we act dumb. We just say it was something sweet we found in another world, and it was so tasty, we couldn't help ourself. Crisis adverted as long as he doesn't know a spell to detect us, which is (hopefully) unlikely do to their planetary divisions.
>>
>>36217096
Dude. It looks like weird honey/jam, and while changelings are/should reasonably be known, their honey should not. I'm not say it's a smart move, which is why I wasn't especially eager to suggest it, but my brain tends to go off the cuff with stuff sometimes.
Consider the fact that we got ousted among a group of species that should've killed/detained us immediately (on the Akigsker world, when we just got there), but let us go with a pat on the back. I don't think Pluto will outright kill us for rocking the boat a bit in favor of a bit of tension/interesting RP, though yeah, we shouldn't test that.
That said, with the other hive being revealed to us, yeah, Cereza would probably be more on high alert than ever, and not let the honey fall into a pony's hooves.

You hoof the bag over to him. A second later you remember the jars of love you had stashed at the bottom, causing you to bite your lip.
A minute goes by before he does what you feared, pulling out one of the jars of jelly. The three of you exchange some nervous glances before he finally speaks.
"...Strange to have jars of jelly in there," He notes; inspecting it for a moment and then looking at you, "What type of jelly is it, if I may ask?"

What do you do?

"I... don't know to be honest. I know it was a bit reckless to try something you don't know, but after tasting it, I couldn't resist but to take it with me."

>>36217164
Admittingly, I let my anxiety take over when I replied to your promt. It was something I thought about for a while though: If we were to reveal who we are to Arten or Sunny, what would be the consequences? Since Changelings she shifters= bad, I could only think of distrust. Koan had his doubts since we've first met Artan, which would of pushed his thoughts into Artan's mind. Sunny is a bit unpredictable. She could either not care or be mortified that she's been helping a changeling. But if word does get out, I could only think of bad things...
>>
>>36217293
Drawing upon our experience, we explain to him as coolly as we can what the jelly is, lying as little as we can while doing so.
"I'm not too sure, if I'm completely honest, though it kinda reminded me of cherries (or appropriately colored berry here). They were a gift from a stranger, one that went out of his way to remain unnamed and be mysterious, rather annoyingly actually. It's edible, whatever it is, and sweet, but I don't think it's got all that much nutritional value on it's own. Not all that practical, but the stuff seems to have been preserved quite well, and a little bit of it every now and then has helped bring some of our blander meals together. So, anything there that interests you?"
Fight the instinct to glance at Skip or Lucius for help, as not to draw attention to them. Still, we watch them out of the corners of our eyes.
>>
>>36217392
Seconding.

With the reaction you had, I had assumed there was some anxiety there. Still, I was too dismissive with my own reply, and I'm sorry for that, though I don't believe we're up shit creek yet (I could just be a blind optimist though)
Artan, I think he'd need a hard drink. If he knew it was just Cereza, he'd eventually come around to the fact that she guided his people out of the goodness of her heart, with lingering paranoia about Shifters in their midst, and setting up defenses against them.
Sunny, she could be a mixed bag. Maybe she accepts it's another crazy thing in her life she can't control, or at least tries not to think about it, or maybe it breaks her. I believe with the survival of history through holodevices and the almost certain existence of folklore about changelings, she'd lean towards the better outcomes.
At the end of the day, we're going to be cutting connections with these people within the week, so consequences will be limited to emotional pain and losing some help at worst. It would be nice to leave them with the best impression that we can, so they might help others like us, but there is no guarantee the next ponies will be anywhere near as nice. Also, IDK how the fuck they're gonna get through the desert planet.
>>
>>36217460
You don't need to apologise. The best way to get through to someone from an anxiety attack is tough love or straight facts. In other words, you got to make them doubt their reasoning.
Source: I'm an Ethnomethodologist with anxiety
If Lysander is helping them like we asked, then it'll be fine. Though it's still possible the other "participates" to enter this dimension without going through the desert. Lucius got to the Akigsker world without going through Jake's bar, and the DOoR he went through lead him to the park.
https://www.anonpone.com/doors/33808756
The whole DOoRS situation is completely outlandish to anyone who isn't aware about them if the scene from the space ship was anything to go off of. I'm honestly just more concerned for the Akigsker since they're heavily linked to us with the same DOoRS excuse. There's a good chance the locals could link them up with the wrong conclusion.

Pause for a moment, pretending to calmly consider it, panicking on some level as we realize we've already made up our mind, that we'll give up our spare Love in exchange for Skip's safety without a moment's hesitation.
'It's alright, Cereza. Skip will be safe this way. It's been sitting almost forgotten in the bottom of my bag for a few weeks now anyway. All I need is a few containers, which I could probably make, to contain some of Skip's excess love. I already needed more jars anyway, now it just means I'll be eating Skip's love instead.'
"... So, are you just interested in one jar, or were you interested in all three? Because I have to say one of them we started on, where as the other two are still unopened, and as far as I know, this stuff isn't too common around here."
Try not to stare longingly at the jars too much.
>>
>>36217706
Bite our lip in worry, for the small possiblity that he might find out what it is, and that we might lose our sweet, precious jelly--love. It's just a bottle of love...
'I... I can make more, right? Actually, there's more pressing matters! If he finds out that's concentrated love, I'll be reveling that Changelings are still on Equus... Would I? I mean, I had to open my senses really far, and I haven't seen a single Changeling involuntary... Or maybe I really am a shit changeling. The queen did mention she had someone follow us...'
Look at Skip.
'I'm thinking too hard on this. I have to give an answer, and it's for Skip. It's not like the ponies or Changelings are going to raid us as we climb up the tower or through another dimension, but would the Akigsker be alright through potential turmoil?'
'...Fuck, it's just one jar of love! The odds of war breaking out over a jar of love that he thinks it's a jar of jelly is almost non-existent. Why was I doubting myself in the first place!'
"Deal."
'ugh! I took so long to reply. I hope he fucking loves that "jelly".'

You pause and bite your lips in worry, for the smallest possibility that he may find out what it actually was.
'I... I can make more, right? Actually, there's more pressing matters! If he finds out that's concentrated love, I'll be revealing that Changelings are still on Equus... Would I? I mean, I had to open my senses really far, and I haven't seen a single Changeling involuntary... Or maybe I really am a shit Changeling. The queen did mentions she had someone following us...'
You look over to Skip, who looks back at you.
"It's your choice." He tells you; seemingly knowing what you were thinking.
'I'm thinking too hard on this. I have to give an answer, and it's for Skip. It's not like the ponies or Changelings are going to raid us as we climb up the tower or through another dimension, but would the Akigsker be alright through the potential turmoil?'
'...Fuck, it's just one jar of love! It's been sitting almost forgotten in the bottom of my bag for a few weeks now anyway. All I need is a few containers, which I could probably make, to contain some of Skip's excess love. I already need more jars anyway, now it just means I'll be eating Skip's love instead.'
"Deal," You finally agree, "Are you just interested in one jar, are you interested in all three? One of them we have started on, but the other two are still unopened, and as far as I know, this stuff isn't too common around here."
"I'll be fine with just one," He says; floating the jar over to a nearby table, "We have a deal then. The armor should be done by tomorrow morning."

What do you do?

"Alright, thank you, Pop Rock, and enjoy."
Give him a hoof bump and take back our bag before making our way out of there, quietly regulating our breathing to calm down.

"Alright, thank you, Pop Rock, and enjoy."
You give him a hoof bump and take back your bag before making your way out of there, quietly regulating your breathing to try and calm down.
As you do, Skip lifts a leg up and wraps it around you, pulling you close for comfort.

What do you do?

Wrap a wing around Skip, whispering to him.
"Sorry, I let my worries get away from me there for a moment. So long as Pop Rock doesn't realize what he has, we should be fine, and the... others, will be fine too. Doesn't help that it reminded me of when I went hungry, but that's in the past now."
Pat him on the back, give him a kiss on the cheek, and try to perk up a bit, as not to draw attention to ourself, while also giving him a chance to talk.
>>
(I feel asleep through some mysterious circumstances...)
>>36218379
Give Skip a small smile.
"Sorry if I made you worry. I had this... crazy scenario in my head war would break out if they knew what it was. Looking back at it, it seems silly it even crossed my mind."
"I just hope he really likes what's in there for how long I was debating it for."

Seconding.

Stopping for the night.
Have a good night or day!
I really wished this week was longer cause this break went by extremely fast for me. These last three weeks are probably going to go by like molasses for me as well.

Night, Pluto!

Seconding, and I've done the same before.

"You really thought there was going to be a war over a jar of love," He asks; raising an eyebrow at you, "Honestly one of the sillier ideas you've had."

Rolling our eyes, we can't help but smile, our earlier worries feeling rather foolhardy now.
"It's hardly an ideal time for my kind to be exposed, considering everything else the Akigsker have been through, though when is it ever, really. Still, I do hope you realize that I'll need your help now; after all, it takes two to make Love."
Smirk at him for a moment, eventually breaking as we can't help but let out a snort at the dumb pun.
"Sorry, I couldn't help myself."

"Well I'm pretty good at making love," He smirks back; joining in, "I should have any problems with helping out."

"You certainly won't hear any arguements from me."
We give Skip a short kiss on the lips.
"Still, I don't think Lucius would appreciate us keeping him up, and besides, we've got to prepare a certain someone for her date tonight."

"I assume you'll be giving her some pointers?" He asks.

"That and assisting with anything else she may need, including boosting her self esteem. As much as I'd love to watch her enjoy her date, getting involved like that would probably only put stress on her. It's actually a little tempting to try going on an impromptu date at the celebration, but it would also be inappropriate, given we aren't a part of the tribe."
Standing up and pulling our wing back to our side, we take a few steps forward before smiling back at Skip.
"So, what do you say we go help her? We do kinda owe her for this morning, in addition to everything else she's done for us."

"Let's do it." He nods in agreement.
The two of you turn to Sunny who was trotting nearby with the five of you.

'Alright, need to try not to overwhelm her. She's probably gonna be nervous enough as is, worrying about the date.'
As casually as we can, try to approach Sunny, and steer the group in the general direction of her house, tasting her emotions.
"Hey Sunny, how are you feeling?"

Want to suggest more, but I can't think of stuff to add that wouldn't control the conversation too much.
>>
>>36221506
Sorry, I had to get back to life. I won't be able to write anything for potentially another 2 hours. What you wrote is a good start.

As casually as you could, you approach Sunny and steer the group back to the direction of her house, sensing her emotions as you speak.
"Hey Sunny, how are you feeling?" You ask.
"Nevus," She admits, "...Scoared."

"It's perfectly normal to be scared about this kind of stuff, Sunny. Even someone who is naturally charismatic isn't going to have a perfect first date. Honestly, having the courage to say you're scared is just as important as having the courage to go, as communication tends to make things a lot less stressful. Is there anything in particular that you're feeling nervous about, or is it just in general?"

>>36221629
Go do what you gotta do. We'll be here when you're able to write.

"Evreting."
The five of you soon arrive at her house and head inside, going into her room
"Nevar datted 'fore," She continues, "Nevar biin wit staalon."

>>36221940
Passively check out her room while we're here, but keep the majority of our attention on her.
"That's to be expected, you've never been on a date before. Once you've got this one out of the way, you'll feel a bit silly for stressing about it, though I know it's not all that helpful to hear in the moment. For now, let's get that armor off of you, then can we sit and discuss this."
Walk over to her and help her take off her armor, if she lets us.
>>
>>36221940
"Oh? Does that imply you've been with a mare?"
"Sorry, I'm trying to lighten the mood a bit."
>>36222130
This. I do have more to write, but I need Sunny's reaction and attention.
>>
>>36222130

You passively check the room as you go. Similar to the main room it was decorated with various hunting trophies but any art was absent from the room. At one of the corners was a bed roll that was lifted off the ground slightly by a simple wooden frame. In the middle of the room was a fireplace built into the floor, which seemed to be a common theme for the huts.
"Oh? Does that imply you've been with a mare?" You tease.
she blushes bright red and looks to the floor.
"N-Nu!" She stammers.
You smile and giggle at her reaction.
"Sorry, I'm just trying to lighten the mood a bit," You apologize, "Once you've got this one out of the way, you'll feel a bit silly for stressing about it, though I know it's not all that helpful to hear in the moment. For now, let's get that armor off of you, then we can sit and discuss this."
You go to help her get her armor off but she quickly denies you and says she can get it off herself. Once she gets her armor off she rolls out two sitting blankets for you and Skip, Lucius standing near the entrance of her room. She then goes and sits down on her bed, wrapping her long tail around herself and getting comfortable.

(she's still nervous, and the way she's getting herself comfortable means she's still a bit psyched up. The best action is to speak with wisdom.)

"The first thing you gotta know about a first date is that nothing will ever go to plan. Skip can vouch for that. So the best thing you can do is be yourself. If you try to play off as a character, then when you break script, everything will snowball into a mess of lies."
Close our eyes and sigh from remembering our first pony date.
"It's not worth it."

"If he were to have some expectations from you, and is criticizing you for not meeting them, then it wasn't meant to be. Love is a mutual thing, and if one pony isn't happy, then neither will the other."
>>
>>36222340
"Tell us, Sunny, what is Steel Helm like? You've known him for most of your life, it seems, so you've seen him at his best, and his worst; what makes him so important to you?"
"If he is so important to you, and vis versa, do you really think he cares so little that a silly little mistake could really change all that much about your relationship?"
"You need to remember that tonight is about you and him. You should be respectful to your peers, of course, but your attention should be on enjoying your night together."

"Wat ef mak beg mesake?" She asks.

Think back on all your big mistakes with Skip.

You'll apologize and work through them. Dedication and honesty are important as well.
>>
>>36222546
Raise an eyebrow at her, understanding her doubt, but knowing she'd be better without it.
"Do you plan on insulting him or his craft, checking out other stallions, or doing things of a similar nature?"
"Then I highly doubt you'll make a huge mistake, and if you somehow do, he'll understand that it wasn't intentional. You should go your own pace, but the sooner the both of you start enjoying yourselves, the better your night will be. Right now, Steel Helm is probably just as worried about this date as you are. Maybe he was calm earlier, but that doesn't mean he can't be nervous either."

Want to ask about her mom, but she hasn't been brought up as I recall, and Cereza would know not to bring a potential bombshell like that on a night like this.
