He's saying that Zelensky isset apart from the old 20th century mindset (war, mass consumption, infinite economic and population growth, etc) because he was a comedian and was psy opped into power after the TV show he was in. He also says Zelensky isn't actually a Newtype, but is closest to one or is becoming one, and that the real Newtypes are children watching the war today. It's honestly a pretty mundane opinion and you can find millions of people saying effectively this exact same thing, it just sounds weird because he uses a Gundam word.
