The Zaku I and II, even their Space Types, used drab green as its color scheme, as did many Zeon Warships.The fact that it worked well as woodland camo was pretty much an unintended side effect from what I can tell. There were some Zakus with proper camouflage in supplementary materials, but never in the any of the main series (probably because animating camouflage patterns would be a bitch unless you did it in 3d).Does a GM Sniper with camouflage netting also count?

Like how majority of Vietcong used green. They are obviously multipurposes, but the green is there for a reason. Military green is dark and bland color, by default any military unit with green is a camo unit.
