Well, while we wait for the next chapter of Re;surrection for next month, the first part of chapter 6 for Kallen's side for Lancelot & Guren is out now.
>>18583551The chapter drawing parallels between Euphie's Massacre and them destroying the Geass Order was a nice touch. Looking forward to translations soon.
Kind of wonder when those 3 girls reunited alter, what would they talk about?
No one pointed out last thread, but Rainfall started translating Lancelot & Guren. Although shes starting from the beginning.
Will anyone pick it back up?
>>18583551Guess they're really trying wrap up L&G as quickly as possible. I'm surprised there was no delay like Re;surrection
Scanbro, whenever possible please take a photo from these pages(whole page per photo):BuraiGekkaGang LouKnight Police/PortmanBamidesBritannia's Aircraft CarrierAkatsukiKasshoshikiShenhuShinkiroPanzer HummelPortman III want to have an idea of what the book has for these.
>>18584477Wonder if they'll announce any new side stories when it's done.
>>18584907>wanting more trash
>>18584922No, I don't want more Re;surrection. I want to see more from things that don't involve Lelouch.
The new Tutor chapter is out and it seems Rolo makes an appearance in the end of it.
>>18584958you will get a sequel, and you will enjoy it.
>>18583567I hadn't thought of that, but it kinda works as a concept
>>18584208That's interesting, I should check out those translations more often
>>18584958At this point, the next project is either going to be another side story manga or...a) a Gundam-style AU, so the whole cast will be newb) a distant sequel where Lelouch appears but as a supporter, mentor or antagonist, not the central focus
>>18585455c)direct sequel to Resurrection with the old cast
>>18585461I don't that the staff wants to do that
>>18585461>>18585465Yeah, I think they'll likely have a big time skip even in a post-Resurrection world. Not something happening immediately afterwards. The need some time, at least long enough to not call back the same exact cast, outside of like three people maybe, and so they can introduce new villains and heroes easily.
So I just watched the compilation movies and Resurrection. Why did they simultaneously act like Shirley had some super important role in the events and also cut most of her arc and screen time? Is it explained in a new side story?
>>18585565Code Geass Theta
>>18585461>old castThey obviously don't give a shit about anyone other than Lelouch and CC at this point
>>18586241Very much this. Ever since the show ended, the likes of Kallen and Suzaku have been underutilized. A shame, especially for Kallen because she's arguably the most based of the entire main cast, what with her motifs actually being very reasonable. I personally believe what >>18585455 said to be the best options: both involve going the Gundam way, either going the Zeta route where Lelouch or Suzaku ends up being the Quattro to a new protagonist fighting a new conflict or (to me the more reasonable option) a full on reboot that only retains the concept of Geass and Knightmares.
>>18586291I have zero (ah ah) hope for Suzaku to either appear again or be decently portrayed anymore. And even less for Kallen, sorry mate.
>>18586318Sadly... you're absolutely right /m/ate.
so the novel editions of Lancelot & Guren should be out by now for Suzaku's and Kallen's side. Could someone be able to upload or even make a summary of the epilogues that are included in both sides?
Bad news, no specs or model numbers for Benio's machines. Also no new lineart or extended machine explanation.
>>18586927Nothing new on Suzaku's Side too.Pretty disappointing books, now we wait years for the missing stuff...
>>18586927well, you think you could translate the character bios for the people and the frames if possible?
>>18586927Unfortunate, but I guess there's a chance the last compiled last volume might get that?
Akito the Exiled was actually pretty decent.Y/N?
>>18587026Better than Re;surrection
>>18587026Eh, I thought it was okay. Still liked it less than the movie.
>>18587033Hardly a difficult feat
>>18586291I'd just be a bit careful before making such a generalization based on one movie since Suzaku and Kallen literally have a side story manga. If anything, we might see the two of them as middle aged folks
Code Geass is still the best Mecha ever to exist
>>18589290No senpai, but it's a genuinely enjoyable show.
Someday Gekkoei will get its legs, someday.
>>18589432At least they did give it a couple of weapons in the SRW gacha game
CC is the only good thing to come out of Code Gayass.
Pendulum Knightmare Frame
>>18590426Hoping they re-purpose this if the game is scrapped
>>18584480Sure thing, I'll get onto that tomorrow. By the way, I was hoping you could maybe translate something for me? I found with this some scans included in the R2 I downloaded and I'm interested to know what it is/was meant to be.
>>18590690It talks about a plan for a high speed float fleet. which would be the vanguard to the KMF motherships and gain airspace control. In the end it failed because of bad perfomance and because it was way too fast compared to the usual float ships.Basically and oversized float unit fighter
>>18590537well I kind of wanted this or maybe a variant of the black and gold color scheme for Lelouch, and of how the band Flow had the song Pendulum as well which the lyrics seem more meaning of Lelouch's return.
>>18591895GloriousCode Geass barely contributed anything to the plot in SRW X, but I appreciated its inclusion nonetheless.
>>18591930Marianne was exteremely smug in this. I wish they did more with her.
>>18591930I'm still not looking forward to Re;surrection being the new norm for Code Geass in SRW. R2 has better stuff.
>>18584480Just uploading the photos now; there were done pretty quickly cause I actually forgot up to now but I felt bad after saying I would. To be honest there isn't much new for the R1 KMF, the vehicles maybe be a different story.
>>18592677Don't worry, they'll use the Re:surrection quadrilogy for a single SRW trilogy and then they'll go back to the original just like with Zeta Gundam A New Translation being used for SRW Z.
>>18592768Nice, there's some new stuff. Next batch please do these:Kasshoshiki(The color page, I think it says where the knife is stored)ShenhuShinkiroPanzer HummelPortman IIThe Burai's hand missile launcher must exist at least as a rough.
>>18592793Weird. I thought I had included them. I’ll double check and get back to you.
>>18592791If only we will be so lucky I'd rather see R2, Akito and Oz used together than any Re;surrection
>>18592863Sure. For one I'd like to see Akito and Oz in a mainline SRW game. If Crossbone Gundam can get in, so can some more Geass. And Re:surrection, but units only.
>>18592793Here we go:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ub5zBuYponEAbz3LwS9ic-FI5wL3W6_D/view?usp=sharing
>>18592901Thanks bro:-Some new stuff like the Hadron Shot firing animation reference-the Guren's knife is store inside that under cockpit part.-They erroneously put Xing Ke's rope dart as being the Shenhu's one, lolYep, we're still missing some linerart for both TV series and Resurrection...I don't have any specific requests for now, but whenever possible if you could take whole page photos for all the mecha/vehicle pages in the book for reference I'd gladly appreciate it.
>>18592677Eh, I'm sure they'll eventually get more Geass material to include. Not that I dislike Resurrection much either, so in that sense I have a lot more patience than you.
Do you like Schneizel?
>Re;surrection manga gave a bit on Margaret Walpole, and revealed that at least by that point of time, she is the EU PresidentOkaaaayyy... This is utterly ridiculous. How could a little girl can be the head of state of the EU, a democratic non-monarchist union of nations. It's still make sense with monarchies like Britannia and China. It's still make sense for Japan having Kaguya because the tradition of Kyoto Six oligarchy. But for the EU???
>>18594363>How could a little girl can be the head of stateIs this your first anime?
>>18594912Honestly Code Geass is the first /m/ show most newfags seeGive 'im a break, he'll learn.
>>18595430I'd say Gurren Lagann, Evangelion or the most recent Gundams are also common picks
>>18594288He worked well enough as an enemy. Right now, I don't mind him.
>>18594363Figurehead. Just because she has the title doesn't mean they're letting her govern. Especially since, as in real Europe, it's likely the Prime Ministers who have the real power and the presidents are usually just symbols of national unity. Also, Europe has a history of child rulers going back centuries and nobody complained about that being ridiculous. Not enough to stop it, at least, while monarchies still existed.
>>18595687Also, it seems that in Akito lore they established the EU had three presidents, so that means having one of them being a young girl is even less of an issue.
I wonder if they go ahead with a full alternate universe, at some point of another, if it'll still have enough appeal even if you don't have the named cast
So what's your speculation on what went wrong during the first(maybe more) attempt to capture Suzaku and Nunally in the desert? There's no way for Suzaku to defeat the Nagid, going by what was shown.
>>18596829Considering they laid that trap before anybody even arrived, I think suzuaku actually did beat him at least a couple times.
>>18596899that why i dont like how Shamna geass worksever time she uses her geass she essentially creates a new timeline-there were probably dozen/hundred/thousand times they failed to capture Suzaku-there were probably dozen/hundred/thousand times Lelouch defeated Shamnaetc
>>18598051There was at least one timeline where she pretty much won, but she fell for Lelouch's "Final Phase" bluff and reset anyway.
>>18598062No she wasn't. She completely ignored Lelouch until something he did directly affected her, like power outage or other stuff, and then reset to make it so he couldn't do that thing. She was focused on her plan.completely.
>>18598206Okay, I double checked. Lelouch's forces were mostly pinned down, but Forgnar fell for the final phase bluff and tried to escort Shamna away, which is when she reset. This was before the power outage iteration.
>>18595690Though they didn't really delve into the actual names of the presidents at that point of time though.
shameless bump while we wait for something
>>18600319They didn't, no, so that allows them to go back and make her one of them.
Akito was shit
>>18596829Presumably Suzaku managed to flee with Nunnally after at least delaying him
so anyone got the epilogues translated yet for both sides of Lancelot & Guren photo novels?
>>18602597Well, at least the Europeans have the best military uniform in all the works by Code Geass
They finally guessed to give the Order at least some kind of protection from the knights, which already makes LG an order of magnitude higher than the original in this part, since they did not discard the logic for the sake of drama
>>18603810Plutone was retconned to exist only in OZ
>>18602598Ok, but how? Nagid and Shalio could easily disable or outrun Suzaku.Suzaku sacrifing himself so Nunally could escape makes way more sense.
>>18604681>>18596829Honestly, it doesn't even matter. All they need is one time to know exactly where Suzaku will be to set up their trap.Sorta like how Lelouch easily gets him with the Gefjun trap twice in the first season because he knows him so well.
So they will put the initial 3 chapters for both photonovel books(text only) on this site. To read it just create an account:https://novelup.plus/feature/geass/The chapter on the KoR custom machines has some new info:-Gino's Gloucester is equipped with superconductive motors for high speed movement-Anya's Zetland Schild is being developed aiming for heavy armor and strengthened power. Its weapon is called Stark Hadron(4 barrels like Mordred's)-Luciano's Gloucester is equipped with many weapons diverted from Blaze Luminous. It's also mentioned that his machine is built for extreme offensive. The only weapon described is a lance that opens its four claws and creates a rotating BL drill just like his Percival's claw, pretty cool tech connection. The text doesn't describe their appearance and the action happens a bit differently from the manga, so hopefullly when we get a KoR photonovel they are made into real unique custom suits. Also Anya not using a heavy armored solid artillery custom Gloucester is a huge missed opportunity, guess that Marianne privilege was always strong. From what I saw the books don't come with the Black Albion chapters too, lame.
>>18607842That last bit is unfortunate, since it would be more comprehensive with the Black Albion material
>>18608103I really just wanted to read the Black Albion chapter to see if any of the Meigetsu's weapons are named, but I doubt it even sees action. We already know the plot, anyway.
>>18608103Well, I feel the whole Kowa period is contradictory, given how the material has is the Black Albion appeared in the 1st year of the Kowa period which doesn't emphases it started in 2018 a.t.b. or 2019 a.t.b. like in the 3rd Recap which had Lelouch as emperor during that time.
I wonder how they will have Rolo as the sibling for the Lamprouge family in the tutor story?
so you think for Kallen's side will have 3 parts for ch 6 like for Suzaku's or just the two part kind?
>>18591469like the part "time of resurrection" or "I am reborn" in some of the lyrics when translated in English.
>>18610385Honestly, it's a smaller scale version of the eternal UC Gundam problem, which is that they keep inserting new mobile suits even during relatively short periods of time. It's not that at level yet, but it does show the same process.
>>18613363depends how much is left before the end or how much they will add to make it a bit longer
>>18616509well, there is still the epilogues for each as well; still waiting for proper translations from the photo novel version though.
>>18587033lmao absolutely not. akito movies were fucking trash. stupid fucking gypsies.
Bismarck was better than Suzaku and Kallen on raw piloting skill, and Marianne was even better
>>18620290That's speculative. Bismark didn't seem all that impressive to me and Marianne is only hearsay. She might have been good, but hasn't proven it.
>>18620290Wouldn't say so. His Galahad literally relied on Excalibur as its' only weapon. The other Knights of Rounds (barring Suzaku) also have overspecialized mecha that makes them strong only in numbers. Look at the Mordred, for example. It's so much a heavy hitter there's just no place for close range defense, even a basic knife - so Jeremiah rightfully whacks Anya from CLOSE UP. The Guren and the Lancelot are very balanced by having both a long distance attack and an close quarters option.
>>18620844>>18621276retards that didn't even watch the anime
>>18621303People only say that Marianne was famous as a pilot. It's not shown or elaborated further so we have no point of comparison.
>>18621303Fanboy detectedAnd regarding Bismarck, I DID watch the anime, ya nincompoop! Besides, all he did is job all the time for being the supposed Knight of One.>>18621327This.
>>18621395stop samefagging, retard
>>18621406>samefagHa. Ha. Ha. Very funny.
>>18621276>His Galahad literally relied on Excalibur as its' only weaponOz revealed he had Galahad for a long time before it got Excalibur. He just used a regular lance before then
>>18621395>Besides, all he did is job all the time for being the supposed Knight of One.He only jobbed at the end. Before that, he was wrecking Xingke without taking him seriously, and Xingke could go toe-to-toe with Kallen. And then on the island, when him and Suzaku fought without KMF, he was owning Suzaku so thoroughly Live kicked in and made Suzaku rin away.
Strange, I thought that the love of lace and ethnic elements of the costume is a British peculiarity, however, according to Oz, they are also fond of Spain, which is part of the soulless EU ... Is there information on the cultural characteristics of other countries in Europe?
Raw piloting skill:SSS: MarianneSS: BismarckS: Suzaku, Kallen, Xingke, Tohdoh, Gino
>>18623116S: GinoMore like A, Orpheus beat him and ANya at the same time solo
>>18621395>all he did is job all the time for being the supposed Knight of OneBismarck jobbed because of the 9th Gen Lancelot, and Suzaku had to stake it on a frontal charge that could've gone either way. I don't think any unit in Code Geass has been shown to be able to outperform a 9th Gen KMF, even in the movie the Nagid got trashed by the Lancelot.
>>18623367Orpheus and Oldrin are gigantic mary sues, disgusting
>>18622594to bad we didn't get stylish suits like this in the movie.
>>18623116Where is Jeremiah and Cornelia? Cornelia almost took out the Gawain in a Glowchester.
>>18625352>Cornelia almost took out the Gawain in a GlowchesterBecause contrary to your belief, Lelouch nor C.C. are not exactly what one could call "good pilots"Lelouch canonically can't score higher than a B- on a KMF simulator
>>18625352That's more because the Gawain is hopeless at melee combat than anything. Gawain was powerful because it could fly, and at the time the only other flight capable Knightmare was Lancelot, and because it had the only working Hadron cannons. Neither of which are helpful in a closed area against a speedy knightmare with a lance.High speed melee is basically king in Geass. It's part of the reason why Lelouch is such a bad pilot. He's a great shot and able to make Knightmare's do complicated tricks like make Pizza or grind down harkens with a shield like a skateboard. But he doesn't have the crazy reaction times needed for the high speed dodging needed for melee combat.
>>18623415Yeah 9th gen frames are just hax broken. Look at how Toudou and Xingke could fight against Lancelot Conquista more or less equally but got instantly stomped by Albion just by pure power. And even the Conquesta itself which could fight the Guren Flight Type on par was helpless against the Seiten.Energy wings are just that broken.
>>18598665Yeah, she was winning but Forgnar not knowing about the Geass shit going on assumed they were in danger and tried to make her leave and she reset herself just to stop him from ruining everything.
>>18592791Nah they'll just use Ressurection constantly for the same reason they almost always just use Endless Waltz and Trailblazer. So they only have to make one unit for each character and can just jump right into putting everyone on the players side without having to have them jump through 3 upgrades and have to complicate the story when some of not all of the characters are neutral terrorists who won't want get involved with the plucky heroes in not-Londo Bell.
>>18625463That just reinforces how good Bismarck was, he lasted a few bouts with the Lancelot Albion despite being in a non-9th Gen KMF while other ace pilots didn't last more than 10 seconds against the thing.
>>18625477God that sounds awful.
1)Xingke couldn't touch Bismarck in a KMF fight 2)Suzaku, a superhuman, couldn't touch Bismarck in a sword fight on foot3)Bismarck said the only person he had ever to use his OP geass against was Marianne4)Suzaku, a superhuman with a mastered live geass piloting a 9th gen KMF, still had to gamble on a suicidal frontal attack to defeat BismarckIt's set in stone, everything else is headcanon
>>186261431)Xingke defended the Order’s flagship “ship” from Luciano’s attack and Bismarck could not stop it2)considering what kind of sword Bismarck fought, then he was the superman3)at a time when the knightmares had not yet become full-fledged combat vehicles4)Suzaku did not get a scratch in that attack, but Bismarck died - it turns out a murderous attackConclusion - the balofo is a Bismarck fanatic
>>18626506>1)Xingke defended the Order’s flagship “ship” from Luciano’s attack and Bismarck could not stop itXingke had to take an attack from Bismarck just to do that. One that wrecked his side, left Xingke bleeding in the cockpit and Bismarck unscathedBismarck was literally untouchable until the Albion debuted
>>18625477I don't hate Resurrection, so I wouldn't mind, but I seriously doubt that'll be the case, other than units only inclusions most of the time. Especially since they haven't included the other Code Geass animated material available in the mainline games and there will possibly be something else available by the time that rolls around.
>>18626518>Xingke had to take an attack from Bismarck just to do thatBut he fulfilled his task of protecting Asian princesses ... If Bismarck, in your opinion, simply "played" and did not take what was happening seriously, then he is a lousy warrior
>>18626506moving goal posts?
>>18626680Fulfilling his task doesn't make him a better pilot than Bismarck though, or even close to his level.
>>18626680>If Bismarck, in your opinion, simply "played" and did not take what was happening seriously, then he is a lousy warriorNot him but Bismarck was absolutely just screwing around there. He's part of the Emperor's scheme so he knows that the Ragnarok connection is going to happen in a few hours. Making the whole fight mostly pointless to his eyes as win or lose it would all be moot soon. He's definitely not trying with all his might to crush the Black Knights. He's got no reason to do that because if it all works out like Charles wanted they all be on the same side soon.
According to Suzaku himself, Kallen is the superior pilot to him.
>>18629156Kallen vs Suzaku is just a debate over who gets the silver medal
>>18629252nope, Kallen was always clearly superior to him.
>>18629258No I mean, arguing which is better is just deciding which is the best pilot after Bismarck
>>18629550I still find it hard to give Bismark a lot of credit. He was foolish to fight Suzaku in the Albion, even with his power
>>18629156Please be joking.
>>18626543I still think they did a poor plot of about the existence of other possible Code Bearers out there and had the fragments of Geass in the end.
The anime makes it very clear Kallen was the best pilot
>>18630930I got the feeling they set it up pretty quickly so that they can expand on some of that later, eventually, in a different project, but that's just a guess.
>>18629258>>18631834>clear>very clearNow you're just baiting
so, we should get the 2nd chapter of Re;surrection in June right?
>>18633906depends if they keep delaying teh chapters because of the virus
>>18633954Yeah, that has screwed up the schedule
>>18631934Either that or it was just to remind the audience that, oh yeah this is a world with Geass and the collective unconsiousness and all that stuff which mostly was forgotten in the final arc in favor of Emperor Lelouch vs the world.
Do you guys remember when we rigged the official Sunrise character poll?
>>18634533I remember, but it's worth mentioning that was only for the Bandai U.S. website. Not for Sunrise.
>>18634635True. My bad.
whats the point of that being post here?
>>18635638what is the name of this one?
>>18636423Soukyuu no Shihai-sha, by Kamen no Maid Guy guy. Isekai with the hax skill of boob control. 2 chapters scanned so far, one translated.
>>18594363Still kinda mad that they ruined the Britannian Empire and downgraded it to a (democratic) principality
>>18638295Modern UK minus prince ruling.
>>18638576Yea thats why its trash , them losing everything outside of Americas make sense since they lost so much ,but them losing what makes them unique is a fuck up
some anon on /a/ uploaded the CG orchesta concert on mega if anyone is interestedhttps://mega.nz/folder/x0gH3LjL#ZSEvbL2DK-GfCV_wceglcQ
>>18640954Cool, thank you
>>18643882still wonder why there is no figure for her still
is sad nobody cares about CG anymore
>>18643882Was there a diplomatic reason for this outfit?
has oz the reflection been fully translated, all i can find is till vol 9 chapter 9, with the rollerblades sports arena...sport
>>18651007That's it, so far. Dude funding it stopped. If I get an actual job with stability, I might try and see about getting some other chapters translated somehow. But no promises, since things are pretty slow right now.
>>18649772Well, lack of updates makes ppl move to other things at the moment
Well, anyone know what is going on with the collaboration with Shadowverse?
Btw I don't know if it's any good but remember when the entirety of the OZ manga was up on that site for free? I managed to save each chapter. I don't know if that's useful at all, obviously it'd have to be translated.
I'm here for the ass
hmm, seems they changed the release date for the next chapter for Tutor Lelouch to next week of July 3rd.
>>18583551Wonder how Creayus feels being able to draw better than the official art
>>18640954>tfw hearing the orchestral version of Colors and getting a rush of nostalgia of watching Code Geass for the first timeThere are few feelings so precious
>>18658357too back that song wasn't used in the movie.
>>18659425You mean thank fuck.
so, if there are no interference, we will see the 2nd chapter of Re;surrection this week and what point of time it will take place.
>>18661006The wait is excruciating. Only the 2nd chapter in 3 months is a whole new level of drip feeding a story. We need Sunrise to accelerate the Ten Year Plan into a meaningful anime ASAP.
>>18661359Why? Is the manga that different from the film it is adapting?
>>18661579the manga follows the Re; revision comic that the artiest previous worked on which had that events were the same in the tv series like of Shirley's death. During the wedding reception of the 1st chapter had replaced her when Rivalz talked with Villetta with Milly.
I just downloaded the Re;surrection film, but it turns out it's not a sequel of the tv series.Do I really need to watch the trilogy movies first? Does it have lots of new/different content and better animation?
>>18662252not really besides a few changes likeMao arc never happening and Shirley surviving and a few extra scenesgo to youtube to see the new animations or google the changes in short if you watched the og tv series you can skip the movie trilogy
>>18661359if it will be released, I wonder if it will also include the announcement of the 4th volume of the Re; comic, posting the cover of it?
>>18661793So, are they basically saying Lelouch in the canon tv timeline then.
>>18664103yes, since it would mean the first girl that kissed him was Shirley, instead of C.C. in the Recap movies.
it seems the pre-order for the b-style of Kallen is out now. It also seems in one of the pics showed that the activation key for the Guren is able to be attached on the front of the outfit.https://twitter.com/mega_hobby/status/1275987512884781056https://p-bandai.jp/item/item-1000146934/
>>18662252Not really, the story is exactly the same with the only differences being these:1. Mao arc never happens2. Orange intercepts Shirley before she can run into Trollo and makes her go home so she never gets killed by Trollo3. Ending is more ambiguous than it was in the TV series (CC is traveling alone instead of with a cart driver that just so happens to have Lelouch's features and Nunally's folded crane).Oh and China arc happens offscreen, instead of seeing China arc from Lelouch's perspective, we basically see it from Suzaku's perspective (so news scenes of him doing stuff in Britannia at the time when Lelouch was fucking up China).Other than that, nothing else changes.
>>18664782Oh and the only reason they retcon Shirley's death is because basically all her school scenes are cut to make room for main plot, so she never has plot/character development and since Mao arc never happens that also means less development for her, the director felt like killing her despite her and Lelouch not being a couple anymore in the movie canon (due to her scenes being cut) would be dumb so he added an extra scene with Orange leaving the building after un-Geassing that city block and running into Shirley and making her go home. It's a weird change but makes sense. And the only reason why the ending is more ambiguous with CC shown to be alone, is because it would clash with the plot point they set up for Resurrection with Lelouch's Code transfer from Charles being incomplete and thus him being stuck in zombie-like state before CC completes it early on in the movie.
Well, it seems the cover of the 4th volume of Re; is out over at amazon.
the second chapter is out, and it seems to be using elements from the Lancelot Albion Zero scenario.
>>18665143given that the cover shows C.C. crying, but didn't see it in the last chapter, I wonder if it is in the epliogue which wasn't shown over at newtype? I hope someone can upload the volume when it is out on July 10th, and if possible the 3rd volume as well.
I know they only care about Lelouch and C.C. now but I really wish we could get some more MSV type stuff like Oz. Some of that was actually pretty interesting, like that one Britannian Knight who decided he liked the Japanese knightmares better and kept insisting on taking the captured ones for himself but kept losing to the Byakuren and using them all up.
>>18669423Dasko didn't even get a proper character design, he basically disappears from the 2nd half of O1 until the final battle of O2.All Orpheus recurrent rivals and love interests were shafted.OZ was a complete failure as a MSV project and as proper story.
>>18669423I want new Europia or Chinese KMF. I want things besides Britannia and Japanese designs>>18669459And yet, Oz seems to be the spinoff that gets the most main series recognition. It's pretty popular with the SRW X-Omega player base too, to the point that they used the recap movies and Re;surrection itself as excuses to release new Oldrins.Oz definitely has plenty of mishandled things about it, but it seems to have a lot of staying power despite that.
>>18654768Can you share it?
>>18668520Got a source to download the first two volumes?
These are some kino covers, lads. I know it's a long shot, but I hope we get a Western release.
>>18669598I like Oz, despite its issues. I do get the feeling they didn't invest that much in the mecha merchandise after initially releasing a couple of things. It might have helped them to adapt the manga into an OVA or something like that along the way, to attract more interest.
>>18666700Suzaku also has a normal conversation with Nunnally from what little I can tell
>>18671981no, I thought there was a but some reason the uploader just put the chapters from newtype together and just added the covers and table of content for them
>>18669598>X-OmegaLMAO>>18672084The franchise was already dead when they decided to do Akito and OZ, all the normies who watched for Lelouch had already moved on and never cared for the mecha. Too little, too late. Not to mention the abysmal quality of everything since then. So, Meigetsu cameo soon?
>>18670491Sure thing; https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hvubLJuS0oT11NvXnME_RL6sLMmqWlHL/view?usp=sharing>>18672276As much as OZ was a bit of a wreck at least it gave us new-ish KMF though I wish all of the equipment variants seen in the manga had been given proper lineart in a proper book.
>>18672571>Gloucesters with portable Hadron cannons in early R2lol no, it's just the mangaka being retarded and not supervised
>>18672584I never said it was good stuff. Just stuff.
>>18672270I see, that's a shame. Can you share that anyway, please?>>18672571Thank you for the Oz dump, Scanbro.
>>18672799at least the manga only units that got profiles make canon sense:-Sutherland Ikaros, Rakshata got the data from it to make the Sieg-Prytwen was upgraded to Moosa for Resurrection.good
>>18672571Do you happen to have Drive links for other Geass manga/light novels?
>>18640954Downloading, thanks senpai
>>18674465you would think we would of seen a figurine for her over these years by now?
>>18674465>>18676249She's one of the better women in CG, but her being underrated means we'll pretty much never get anything for her.
>>18638295A little curiosity: do any of the CG materials mention what's going on and/or happened in South America?IRL, Portugal royalty fled to Brazil when Napoleon invaded, and were allies with England, a alliance that still stands to this day.
>>18676597As far as nobility and such goes, Akito background says that Europian nobility fled to the new Britannia with the British. Though the Fragments of the Mosaic shows that Europia still has some sort of royalty, like with Lichtenstein and flashbacks in the first part mention some others. As far as South America goes, I suppose it was just settled by Britannian expansion.
rainfall has translated the 2nd chapter of Re;surrection
>>18678362They messed up and called Sugiyama Asahina in it
>>18678362it seems they made difference with how the novel story for Albion Zero had it as Kowa 1, the manga depicts events in Kowa 2.
>>18594363No crazier than reality. You know the King of the Dutch flies part-time for KLM.
Why Lelouch's Emperor and Suzaku's Knight of Zero clothes are so ugy and dumb? they look ridiculous compared to regular Britiannian royalty attire. And I don't mean ridiculous in a good way.
>>18682497This has to be bait.
while the title character wasn't actually seen in the chapters so far, the illustrated seems to made one of Lelouch at the twitter page.
I just saw Code Geass Resurrection. It feels rushed and they cut a lot of stuff specially the mech battles; and where's the Akito cast. It's like executives think it's not making enough money. They can easily make a trilogy movie with that content.Film 1 - revive lelouch, introduce new mechs but with unfinished power armorFilm 2 - acquire the needed military force, show new mechs with complete power armorFilm 3 - battle with Shamna, epilogue
>>18685362>Akito cast>Trilogy of a rushed movieare you retarded?
>>18684329Nice art desu. Was there any more by chance?
the Lelouch Tutor chapter is out
>still no RD
>>18687165you can check over at he twitter page by tomy_ogswr
>>18689549Yay, I forget it is still a thing
>>18685362I mean, the Akito cast already had their story wrapped up and they are living in a forest, at least some of them, so bringing them in as interquel characters is always complicated. I wasn't expecting them to appear.
>>18691110Theres barely any RDs that aren't UC Gundam lately.
>>18691110I would buy a RD of this bad boy, either variant, in an instant.
