Has anyone read it? Is it any good?
>>18428559Yes it's excellent. I'm not a nazi, but Hitler was a good man.
>>18428559it's a pretty comfy book desu, don't let the author's biography fool you, it's not a "nazi" book.
I prefer Mussolini's Opera Omnia.
>>18428559One of my favorite books, despite its flaws. I can't think of a single person more fascinating and accomplished in the 20th century.
>>18428559no here is a better book.
>>18428559I just finished it yesterday, but the mods keep taking down any threads I make about it. His racial theory is cringe, but he has some pretty interesting insight on European politics of the time. He also has some good advice for organizing a political party, and it's clear he and all his followers were very passionate about the cause. My favorite part is when he told the Storm Detachment that when the Reds attack the party meeting he expected every man to fight, and he only permitted his boys to leave if they did so in body bags. There's a lot of parallels to our time, such as Marxist agitators and democratic incompetence. What I find most amusing is how people still wonder why Hitler was an antisemite, when he clearly explains how and why he began to hate the Jews. He even goes as far as to explain the Great Stab in the Back at the end of WW1.
>>18428563kek, elaborate please.
>>18428559Yes it’s riveting. Read the first two chapters and try not to praise the eternal reich
This is the only good translationhttp://www.inconvenienthistory.com/8/1/4033
>>18428623that does look interesting
>>18428653>people still wonder why Hitler was an antisemite, when he clearly explains how and why he began to hate the Jews. It's a cope on the part of the allies. Hitler laid out his plans to everyone in this book. Mein Kampf was first published in France a year after it was published in Germany, and by the French far right who of all people were warning that he was going to fuck up Europe soon. The fact is the allies were hypocrites in claiming Nazi anti-semitism has horrible and surprising, when they knew what the plan was and did not want to take Jews into their own countries.
>>18428623is this a communist book?
It's literally just boring schizo babbling. It's really badly written on top of that. I bought it years ago and expected something less, whingy tbqhwym
>>18428563>I'm not a nazi, but Hitler was a good man.... And Brutus was an honorable man.>>18428559Careful with this if you intend to bitchslap the King of the Frogs, the media will count its possession against you and call your ideology a 'weird mush'.
>>18430983Nobody wanted to take in Jewish rabble but Hitler does not say in mein kampf he is going to commit le epic genocide. It was probably more so a product of resources being strained by fighting a war on 2 fronts. Why was the Madagascar plan abandoned? It was because of the war.
>>18431837>And Brutus was an honorable man.He actually was. Caeser's ambition to become king was real and threatened the last vestige of civic morality the Republic was clinging to.Unlike Hitler, however, Brutus was a lousy leader. The Republic was over and Brutus couldn't see it. Hitler was Germany's last, best hope. Just as Ceaser was for Rome. Great men murdered by their lessers.
>>18431869I sense a Historia Civilis cuck. Brutus was a traitor is is getting chewed up by Satan in Hell.
>>18428653>His racial theory is cringeHe was neither a scientist nor a philosopher. He was a soldier and political tactician. He did very well for what he started with.Fortunately he had much more intelligent men in his milleu he could rely on for the heavy intellectual lifting. Read pic related.>>18430534Agreed.But the much-maligned Stalag edition is actually not bad. >>18431882>Historia CivilisI have no idea what that is and don't care.
>>18430985>the third Universal Theorywhich do you think are the first two? tip: one is capitalism.
>>18430983>The fact is the allies were hypocrites in claiming Nazi anti-semitism has horrible and surprisingantisemitism was pretty widespread across allied nations, and their leaders never claimed to go to war in defense of jews
>>18428559At the very least, the first volume gives interesting insight into early 20th century Austro-hungarian politics and the dysfunction of a multi-ethnic democracy.
