why is it so difficult for me to articulate myself conversation. I don't feel like I cant express my thoughts very well in writing either to be fair, but when I'm speaking it almost feels like its impossible to string together an intelligent sentence.

Not even that socially anxious btw. Help me /lit/

Write more, read out loud. Maybe experiment with drugs like dopamine agonists and enactogens/ethnogens, as social 'flow' and empathy are very important. The most important thing for developing linguistic expression is practicing your skill, developing rhetoric, and something along the lines of what Peirce called speculative rhetoric or methodic, and being accustomed to verbal communication.

Write more. When you write you will see two things. One, your subject idea isnt as deep as you thought. Two, you can say the same thing with half to 2/3 less words. Have unique ideas and be concise. Normalfags are enamored with binging socials, so you still may not get the attention or conversation you want.
