Started HRT when I was 16. I looked like a 24 year old man. Now I'm 21 and look more like a 23 year old twink. It is weird to see people you thought were done with puberty continue to get manlier. One supportive guy noticed I was transitioning and said it was obvious within a year but the rest didn't, other than making fun of me for "looking like a trap" (having long hair)
