At work today I was going through a contract for hiring of armed guards onboard tankers transiting the gulf of aden area and noticed that the rifles used were specified as the Zastava M2010. Any idea why this particular rifle was selected?

I mean, when it comes to zastava, m90s are priced at an average of around $12 hundred and m2010 go for $950 on average. funnily enough I've seen m70s for $299 so I if I had to guess i think it's considered California compliant with it's 10 round detachable mag, but I don't know if the finger hole still makes the grip a fin grip.
