Like, Zelensky and other high value Ukrainian personnel aren't hiding in reinforced underground bunkers 24/7, considering how often he meets with Western politicians, meeting troops, photo ops here and there.

What is this clown shit?
I thought Russians have spy sattelites, cruise missiles, strategic bombers ect.
Couldn't they order a "precision" strike in Ukraine at any time, anywhere?

And even if regular Russian forces wouldn't be able to do that, which i think they are...
You would think that the Russian intelligence services could stage some stunt, they come from the KGB after all and they had their shit together mostly.
Nowitschok or something.

Probably because they want someone to negotiate for Ukraine's surrender rather than let authority disintegrate and have another Afghanistan.
>>
because modern day Russians are pussies

I wish someone like Stalin was in charge instead of that kike-loving Putin

They are running low on the weapons with which to do so.

It's not even remotely the worst performance of the red army tho
>>
It destroys their rhetoric about "not wanting to take over Ukraine or overthrown their government". Also, Zelensky is not some idol, that rallies the ukranians he's actually considered soft, and someone more hostile towards russians will likely take his place in case of an assasination.

>rhetoric about "not wanting to overthrown their government"
Wut? Their entire rhetoric is that "Kiev regime" is illegal junta that toppled legitimate president in the 2014 and that needs to be denazified
>>
>>54153003
Because the west still has a lot of things it can do to make Russia's life hell. If Putin assasinates the head of a major state, whose to say the ukies wouldn't borrow some nato missiles to attack the Kremlin, or Putin while he is giving one of his speeches.
People also tend to ignore the fact that Zelensky is probably the only person they could have a hope of signing a reasonable peace with, everyone else would 100% fight until all of Ukraine is reclaimed. Zelensky might be more amicable if the casualties get too catastrophic and the gains minimal.

Russia would genuinely lose faster

They have a shortage of conventional precision weapons, so they only shoot those at militarily important targets instead of taking potshots at politicians who might not be where they think and who’s death wouldn’t end the war. Also their strategic bombers can’t survive over hostile territory.

>Couldn't they order a "precision" strike in Ukraine at any time, anywhere?
Not one that is also precise in time, and even their precision strike is about as accurate as American precision strike was in the 70s.
>>
Precision weapons are overrated when you can achieve similar effects with digitisation of global maps, combined with a massive proliferation of drones, allows geolocation and targeting with increased precision, with video evidence demonstrating the ability to score first strike hits by indirect fires.

no, Washington and Tel Aviv would already have been vaporized
>>
imagine how much better the world would be if Bolsheviks got BTFO
Sure Imperial Russia wasn't much better at the time but they probably would've mellowed out like Imperial Britain and France after Germany chimped out in the 30s and 40s

Goes further then that. All those commie regimes popping up in asia and africa, they were all a direct result of soviet vatniks feeding/supporting the cancer cells in their hosts body.

Vietnam, Korea, the cambodian massacre, Rhodesia etc at minimum would have never happened in its current form. if they had ever happend.

Honestly I get the feeling it would have been better to let the national socialists take the place of the USSR in Europe. Its ideology through fundamental differences was not nearly as transferable to asiatic/african settings even though there have been attempts over the years. It is just too autistic even for bugmen and joggers. Compared to marxism which premise is very simple: fufill your most outrageous genocidal and imperial impulses under the guise of "helping" create the perfect utopia. All in the name of the people, "comrade".

Vietnam was always going to happen Anon. Their struggle for freedom didn't begin with their fighting against the USA, nor the French, nor the Japanese occupiers. They inflicted on the Mongols and the Chinese what they eventually inflicted on the USA for hundreds of years already. "Socialism" was just a convenient tool that got them the weapons they needed a lot easier than they would have otherwise scrounged together.

>strike at the capital city, defacing cultural achivements
>kill anyone that hasn't already been recruited I.E. women and children
>at an off chance kill the president
>might even blow up the visitors he's meeting with
Now besides even drumming up more support from the west, encouraging the local population to attack harder because of national pride and familial bonds, you now created not a martyr but a fucking new Bandera.
And that's not the worst of it, since unlike Nazi Germany and modern day Russia, the president isn't the one making the military decisions thus the point is moot.

Russia can't even crater a runway with PGMs.
Last thing they want is the Burgers lend-leasing Tomahawks because they killed Zelensky
