Your average drug op starts with a mixture of handguns, whatever they can get. Usually they end up with at least one full auto, two seems to be preferred. The reason for this actually goes back to the federal government literally deciding: fuck cities. It's one of the evilest things they ever did.

Step 1: Establish redlining, poverty level and race now determines what level of investment districts of cities receive.
