The answer is its possible in theory but unironically the globohomo will do everything in its power to squash any threat to their monopoly on force projection. Rhodesia fell for a similar reason. it's just not feasible to start a new nation and have a formidable military because of the powers that be. It would take a real life big boss tier man that literally dismantles the NWO to do this.
