Why don't you own a suppressor yet? Are you seriously gonna wait until they're banned to buy one? Just like how you waited to buy ammo until it was a dollar a bullet. Take the suppressor pill and mog everybody at your local gun range.
>>

If they're banned how will anyone buy one retard

>daddy’s credit card to buy anything they want anon
Anytime someone mentions "mommy or daddy's credit card" I just assume they are poor. Any adult with a full time job can save money to buy whatever they want.
>>
>>47339814
Idk machine guns are banned and you can still legally buy one now. Take a guess why you would want to buy one before it ends up in the same category as a machine gun.

I have a rimfire suppressor for shooting in my woods because I don’t like to draw unnecessary attention and I’m courteous to my neighbors. I don’t see the point of shooting suppressed at the range since noise isn’t a concern there anyway and if there are other people shooting you’ll need ear protection anyway.
>>

why did you buy four of the same gun
>>
>>47339797
don't own one because of shitty state NFA laws. can't own an MG or SBS, but i can own a SBR and AOWs, so i basically can still get a short shotgun in the form of a Shockwave or some other gun. Theres good shit in the SBR section on GunBroker too, so i can live with it.

My gun collection is not yet big enough to drop $1k on a suppressor and stamp, and there aren't any decent instructions on how to legally make your own.
>>
>>47342494
What’s the point of taking it anywhere? The only reason I can think of is if you want to shoot discreetly in the woods. I use my suppressor for shooting on my land because I don’t want to attract attention. I can see them being useful for shooting on public or private land where you don’t want extra attention. At an actual range they are pointless.

>Fill out form1
>order solvent trap kit or the correct parts (tube, cups/cones, spacers, and end caps)
>wait for form1 to get approved
>drill holes through the center of every piece
>save ears
A quick search of any of the companies in pic related should get you on your way. It is easier to build a suppressor than to put together an AR-15.
>>
>>47343156
This will result in a suppressor that, while still works, is less effective than just buying a real one.
>>
>>47343208
90% of the time, I would say that is correct. To say it is not possible to obtain the levels of suppression that comes with a commercial silencer is being naive.
Also, he mentioned not wanting to spend 1k. This is a good way to save some cash. The 3 week form1 approval vs 4-5 month form4 approval is quite appealing, too.

Yes.
If you are going to be making a 9mm suppressor or something basic for a pistol, there are quite a few solvent trap "kits". I would go that route on your first build.
If it's for a rifle caliber, I would go titanium everything except for the first cone or two, stainless would be better for those.

Pic related for the poorfags stating crypto is a scam. Since yesterday I am now up an additional ~$6500. Partially censored account value so you can't find my exact address. >>
>>47339797
I've never really seen the point. People recommend that you still use ear pro. Even if I outfit all of my guns with suppressors I still bring a revolver to the range on 90% of my trips and would still need ear pro for that. I usually shoot with other people and if they don't have suppressors for all their stuff then I'm still wearing ear pro. I figured that the biggest upside of owning suppressors is not having to worry about ear protection, but if I still need it then I don't get why I would buy a suppressor. I suppose there's always the situation of having to shoot a home invader, but I'm not too worried about that.
>>
>>47352186
If you shoot a rifle without a suppressor and you do not double up on earpro, foam + headset then you are chipping away at your hearing, permanently. With a suppressor all you need is one or the other, not both. You'd also save your hearing if you ever fired your gun without earpro inside your home, which you don't care about, but it's a possibility.

I have friends with full time jobs that pay well but they still can't afford to just buy shit like this because your financial situation can depend heavily on where you live and who you end up having to provide for as well as the events in your life that led up to the point where you had to provide for yourself.

Suppressors are cool and all gun enthusiasts should try to get one but you fucks really need to stop busting in here like "anyone who can't afford to just blow a thousand dollars on a suppressor is a dumb poorfag with a shit job".

I actively try to let my friends mess with my stuff whenever possible because I know most of them can't afford to go get a suppressor or a 1000 dollar gun or something.

You guys really need to be more compassionate to people, we're on the same team and you're just being divisive out of immaturity and it's hurting all of us.

The Utah Data Center, also known as the Intelligence Community Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative Data Center, is a data storage facility for the United States Intelligence Community that is designed to store data estimated to be on the order of exabytes or larger.

LINK is now worth over 15 USD. I'm now up 15,000 USD from my initial post two days ago.

Stay poor and cope.

You're so behind I feel second hand embarrassment for you.

Paying the federal government for 2A rights is so disgusting it precludes me from getting any.

Probably just make one when I get bored enough.
The ATF can come talk to me personally about how they violate my Second Amendment by way of Poll Tax.

They know the tax doesn't keep America safe but they want the tax to exist because it pays for their salaries and pensions. Any money they get from those tax stamps gets funneled right back in to the ATF's budget. "Pay us the tax stamp or we will make you a felon and throw you in prison, and or kill you in the process of doing it."

Tell me again about how the ATF are not a mafia. Literally nothing they do keeps the country safe they only exist to extort law abiding gun owners and nothing more.

I make like $14 an hour and I live alone. While I don't own a suppressor, I could probably afford to buy one using cash savings any time I felt like it. I reckon "mommy and daddy's credit card" cucks are guys who 1) knocked up some broad in high school and are paying child support or alimony and/or 2) working to support somebody's drinking and drug habits, either theirs or someone else's.

There's basically no way you can't live comfortably on $14 an hour in most parts of the country if you don't have to constantly shovel your cash into drugs, failing relationships, or both. It's true that if I get a life, I won't be able to afford a bunch of new shit, but as far as shooting goes, I'm well past the point where I need to buy anything except ammo. poorfags are basically poor because they blew their prime opportunity to amass some modest capital that will give them enough squish to coast over bumps in the road.

I use a brake on my 10" AR 308. If my calculations are correct, the enemy will think it's the first of the seven trumpets of the rapture, and lay aside their earthly squabbles and start repenting.

I am bad with money and drink. This guy is correct. I had more cash on hand delivering chinese while sober, than I do now with a proper job and drinking on weekends.

Remember fellas, alcohol is cheap. The take out food you order because you're lazy, the shit you break, and the dumb shit you buy while you're drunk are not.
>>
>>47339797
>Why don't you own a suppressor yet?
I do but its also true that unless they are on a 22LR or a custom large cal bolt gun firing subsonics they are gimp larp accessories for vidya player nuk fags
>>
>>47364395
That is exactly what they are. Paying any money to the ATF is grotesque.

The worst gun-owners are the Quslings who actually praise the ATF for being "great to work" with on NFA items. At least one tripfag has made that statement.

Ahh, the ATF made it so easy for me to pay their extortion tax. They really are great guys! I thought it was going to be a true hassle to pay extortion money to them but they made it so easy! I can't wait to do it again!

They also ran an operation to associate legal gun sales with drug cartels in an attempt to score political points for a federal government hostile to civilian gun ownership, then attempted to frame the debacle on small business owners after it backfired.

Alcohol isn't even that cheap. If you only drink on weekends, sure, but even the cheap stuff will set you back like $10-$15 to get properly knackered. If you're drinking $50 of alcohol a week, that could have bought you a decent suppressor in three months, stamp included.

I pay good money for my ammo. I want it to be heard, what are you a librarian?
>>
>>47360289
Very simple reason I did it. Imagine youve got your poverty AR shooting next to a man with SBR PS90 with a dedicated 5.7 suppressor on it and is MLP cerakoted. Imagine the absolute seethe they must feel wondering what they could be shooting if they could afford that. But here I am, shooting a decked out gun with pink paint and MLP on it and you're just stuck with a cheap ass AR15. The seethe is palpable at the gun range.
