>>

No clue what those are but I got some estonian ones that look about the same for ~$15 so I think you got memed on.

Bought them last year, looks like the page is down. Pic related is the email they sent me when I considered getting a couple more pairs for me and my brother around christmas.

They're pretty nice.
>>
Meme, but good. I bought them for shooting, didn’t like how they fit with molded knuckles while shooting, but ended up really liking them for riding my motorcycle
>>
>>46600843
Why not just the plain Jane mechanix?
>>
What are the best tacticool gloves?
>>
>>46601015
found out about mechanix today thats what made me post
>>
>>46601204
I'd say you missed the boat on Mechanix. Sorry, anon.
>>
>>46600843
Got memed on, but not too bad. Good gloves are solid.
>>
>>46601015
They wear out quickly, only worth it for the cold weather ones for winter contact gloves. Regular leather is superior.
>>
>>46600843
Those are a meme, I've owned a couple of pairs and they're not really worth it.
>>
>>46600843
Everyone I knew who owned them was the wannabe operators of our POG unit who thought they were special forces.
All the actual grunts just wore issued gloves. I knew a former Ranger who wore the flame retardant flight gloves.
>>
Mechanix M-pact 3s are better in every way

>>
>>46601204
How did you look for gloves and not see anything from mechanix?
>>
>>46601698
I honestly dont know

>>46601574
fuck i want these now. do they come in green?
>>
>>46600843
no, you can't punch shit because they use a hard knuckle cap. you're gonna cut your knuckles if you punch someone.

you need a rubber (usually called thermoplastic on glove specs) knuckle that extends down your fingers past the knuckle. test em by punching a wall, if you feel no pain, they're golden
>>
>>46601574
get their Breacher gloves, you can fuck shit up with them

Unnecessary unless you're doing patrols. You kids make everything gay.
>>
>>46602038
Not right now. They only recently came out with the coyote brown ones so I would expect more colors to come out later on

The regular M-Pact mechanix are also very good gloves that do well in the field, and they come in all sorts of colors and camo patterns, including OD. The only issue is that the thumbs fray relatively easy because the back is just cloth
>>
are these really any better than leather work gloves or baseball gloves?
>>
>>46600912
ali express has those same gloves for like $10 with free shipping

thats most likely where sportsmans warehouse ordered them in the first place

Thinking about picking up a pair of First Spear operator gloves, mechanix just wear out too quick for me.

Originals were great, 2.0s are chinesium garbage made for airshitters.

Take the deerskin glove pill, they'll last many years of heavy abuse.

What about framer/framed gloves?
I get them for free through work and I like them a good bit. Enough hand coverage to grab hot shit with minimal special attention made to grabbing it in a specific way. Easy to do the finer things with fingers.

thinking about picking up a beefier pair from mechanix or lift since they seem to be the only ones worth a damn outside of cheapo shit like Dewalt or no name brands from china.
>>
>>46605616
But the only difference is that the 2.0 are TAA compliant.
>>
>>46605546
Both my parents were on shooting teams at their high schools, it was as an extension of ROTC and they shot M16s
>>
these are the legit best gloves I've ever had hands down, lasted me 2 years of deployments, being a mechanic and welder and every environment I could throw at them, getting a new pair soon cause I've had to cut the finger tips off now and the palms are starting to wear but they've served their purpose and then some
>>
>>46600843
I like mine, but I caught them on special at 40$ a pair

So winter is coming up and all I have is normal big ass gloves. What are some good gloves to stay warm and be able to still draw and shoot with?
>>
>>46606775
Depends on your winters.
>>
>>46606775
Wear contact gloves normally then wear big fuffy gloves when you stop to warm up your hands again.
>>
>>46606788
I'd need to train a lot to be able to shoot well with big gloves like those.
>>
>>46606833
...those are about as thin as gloves get outside of latex.

What about their Leather versions?
>>
>>46606863
Really ? They look rather thick, I need to try them IRL I guess. The fitting still seems rather loose compared to the average tactical glove.
