Post a pic of your city
Latin America has so much potential, why can't you guys ever fix the crime and corruption?
>>99896909>what is CIA
>>99896909Bolsonaro is literally our last chance for thisIf nothing gets significantly better in these 4 years, this boat is permanently sinked
>>99896967Also have this 2 streets away.
That looks like heaven to drive in.Now, imagine that road. Same size, but add one to two lanes more, with around 10cm space per lane. Also heavy traffic.Add motorcycles trying to squeeze through suddenly cutting you off. Also cars cutting you off, some druggie making a scene in the sidewalk then gets shit by the cops for seemingly no reason, and homeless people sleeping beside the dead dude
>>99896971Said the same thing with DuterteGuess what happened
>>99897086wow commieblocks back then too?
>>99897102>>99897086>>99897071>PermMore like SPERM
>>99897173Are you a junkie?>>99897169>commieblocks in commie timesWhat's wrong?
>>99897169What do you mean back then? All these pics are from the last 10 years or so.
>>99897203>Are you a junkie? All you need to know about Oulu is ryyb&narc
>>99897033I'm with hope because he finally will implement liberal economic measures after years of state-based companies fucking the economy. And the economy is our biggest problem together with safety, and generally one implies on the other.
>>99897359Duterte for me is generally doing a okay job. That's not to say he's doing everything right, he is great in some, a total shitter in others I hope that Bolsonaro guy does the same, if not better, job.
No good pictures and it is pretty small for being the biggest city in the state, but we have the world's best zoo so i guess that is cool
>>99897535it seems to be pretty comfy
Small town, boring but homeFunfact: we are the best wine region in whole country
>>99897718South MoraviaLiterally on borders with Austria
>>99897644Very pretty. Off topic question, but do you guys prefer to be called Czechia or Czech Republic? Or does it not really matter?
Welcome to the shithole
>>99899055Lovely mountains, but yeah the buildings look quite dreary
>>99897956100% Czech Republic
>>99899244thank you, we made it to keep vicentini out
>>99896801looks so comfy...
>>99899358""people"" from a nearby city called Vicenza
>>99899224It reminds me of Attack on Titan
>>99897393if there was less buildings and a bit more moving room that'd be awesome place to live.PS build bridge to the other island and use as a residential living space.
>>99896801Here is my old high school and surrounding area.
>>99899397What's wrong with them?
no because there arent any decent photos of it on google images
>>99899224whats the dealdo the poor people live outside the walls and the rich inside?or is it separated by business - residential?do you live inside the wall?fuck I wish I had a wall around my neighbourhood
>>99899651>fuck I wish I had a wall around my neighbourhoodWho or what do you wish to keep out? There is nothing dangerous in Niew Zeelund.
>>99896861beautiful spanish church
>>99899684because I just think it would make the neighbourhood more cozy/intimate and people in the neighbourhood would probably become a community within a community/closer friends if we all lived in a walled of area togetheralso I want to LARP being in attack on titan
>>99897644Literally same, even the wine region part.
>>99899444They eat cats
>>99899843same except smaller and more boring and probably shittier wine
>>99899444they eat cats>>99899414It may be>>99899651Old buildings inside, newer outside
>>99897393What city is this anon, looks cool
>>99897393thats going to suck when sea levels rise
>>99900003terrone di merda
>>99900400Also we have the Keukenhof which is a huge tulip flower garden and no one likes it besides tourists.
>>99900400>>99900647what possesses europeans to move to other parts of the world?
>>99900664Too much government and smaller earning potential than in Anglo countries. The Keukenhof is definitely something worth visiting once in your life if you like seeing a happy girlfriend or wife. They go crazy for the flowers.
>>99900744y-yeah h-hahathe girlfriend is the one that goes crazy over seeing beautiful flowers
>>99900343Oh there is us base right? We were playing baseball tournament in Parma and Vicenza was just American kids team
>>99900795FMy girlfriend and two other girls I know came with their boyfriends to visit my hometown and the flower fields at the Keukenhof. I hate the flowers with a passion but I did it for her and her friends and ended up being dragged along into the park and take some pictures of us together. Pictures like this for example
>>99900866Oh at th flower gardens or at least very close to it we also have a castle which has no entree fee and is free to visit for everyone. They also do weddings there.
do not come heredo not give this shithole any money please :(
>>99900744I would think smaller european countries would have better average salaries and higher earning potential for everage people
If you want to visit this place entry fee is only like 15€ per person and a bus goes directly there from the airport at 20 euros for a return ticket.
>>99900991It's all very close. Almost no one earns an abnormal amount but no one earns a really low amount either. However having invested 5 years and a lot of money in my higher education with a good masters degree i'd hope to earn more than the average Joe. But if you earn like 80k euros annually before tax (after tax is 45k then). You're already in the top 1% of income earners. Median is 36k before tax (which leaves you with 25k after tax)
>>99901081so where do most people go america, canada, UK or australia?
>>99901266Depends, but most transfer to other countries when they have a job at a big company here that relocates them. Most people my family knows that actually did emigrate because of that moved to the US. For companies such as Cisco and Oracle etc
>>99901081>35k tax on 80k salaryholy fucking shit
>>99896801Just a boring soviet mono-town.
>>99901325Yeah we know it sucks. But it's almost frowned upon to be a high earner which stems from a big amount of envy from most others. All based on paying your "fair share". Also average graduate salary after your masters in STEM or business is approximately 30-35k before tax (so 24k after tax more or less).
I live in a remote irrelevant village so here's a street view image
>>99901469mate if they wanted to take 50% of my money they better send a fucking supermodel round to give me a blowjob everytime I do my taxeschristand some countries have maximum income tax OVER 50%, you are actually getting less of your money than they areif they try to bring that here i genuinely and unironically might actually bomb a government building
>>99901753I think belgium has something near 60%fuck that shit
>>99901753Top rate here is like 54% for income over 60k however they lowered it to 49 I think. It's morally unjustifiable to ask for more than a person earns.
>>99901029Ku esht kjo vlla?
>he don't have a giant black gothic cathedral in the middle of his city
>>99903574You really should clean that once in a while...
>>99903574Big Black Cathedral
>>99903675It is quite clean tho, it's made out of some volcanic stone which is naturally grey/black (and that's even more badass)
>>99897359What kind of liberal economic measures you mean?
>>99903574euros really do love big black things huh?
Manchester’s glory days
This is it's old town, most of it at least. The rest is pre ww2 buildings, shopping centers, lakes, commie blocks, factories and newblocks. Nothing special.
>>99903840Where is this? New England?
>>99904003Aww thats cute, Germans sure built sweet little towns.
>>99904052Whats wrong with it, why is it so flat?
>>99896801More canals than Venice
>>99904096There's actually quite some hills which look pretty nice with a tram trying to climb up them dowing winter.>>99904066It's not that little and it was build by at least 3 different ethnicities.
>>99904132cute, I like it
>>99904096The landscape? It's in a flat area of the country.
>>99904146ops I thought >>99904096 was for me as well, need glasses
absolute classic cbd
>>99904186Thats just sad, other than that it looks real nice. You should do something, you know, build a mountain or at least a nice valley with a river or something.
>>99904273I quite like it. Easy to navigate, no steep hills...
>>99904245*ding ding ding*
Got this just now. Can't pass up the opportunity for a walk in the snow
So depressing place
>>99905012what do you do there? Do you go to school like Natsume from that yokai anime?
>>99904963Sweetie, I...Also this is Helsinki, one of the most southern parts of the country
It's meh.. at least we have lots of forests nearby
>>99905313I don't know what the anime is but nothing special actually. I grew up as a middle class boy, went to school as everyone else did. My life was a bit boring there so decided to moved out of it.
>>99904180haha you should see the state of the rest of the city
>>99905915The snow might not be much but considering I live in a coastal plain, it's better than expected at this latitude. Only mountainous areas get lots of snow here. How are your city's services affected by heavy snowfall though?
please say something nice about it
Nearest city to my town, huge 8k population.
>>99907267Cool ferris wheel
>>99907267You have both the sea and forest, an ideal place for vacation and hanging out with fren
My house on the left.

>>99896909Bro just fix corruption xdYou do realize most of our corruption and crime problems can be directly traced back to you, right ?
>>99908370Is Bergamo a big city for Italian standards?
>>99900801Yup there's a us base there
>>99912447It's medium-big I thinkBig is >200000
>>99914484>>99914901here we see the difference between a fin poster and a rus poster the former is a cherry picking tryhard, always seeking to show himself & his country is the best light possible. the latter is an honest man who wants to show us what the real world looks like
>>99907267Hey, it's the twin city
>>99917964>city entirely made of commieblocks and one ugly skyscraper>comfy and tidy city with nice architecture.Gdynia is like adopted brother with additional chromosome not twin.
>>99917964>nice architectureI see you haven't visited Karlskrona, the ferry goes like 3 times a day so you should
>>99918330>>99918857Meant for this
>>99896861Yo también soy de Morelia
>>99899716One of the good things the Spanish left was definitely the architecture desu.
>>99896946I really fucking wish I could live in a small American town, where everybody knows each other by name.
>>99920536what city is this?im studying history of arquitecture, we sure did some cool stuff in spain
>>99897872Mosque and Church right next to each other, looks nice.
>>99920960San Miguel de Allende
>>99920960look at this one in my town. It seems it has more gothic style than Spanish but I'm not an expert on architecture, maybe you can correct me if I'm wrong
>>99915709there are two types of finnish postersthe ones who are from helsinki and the ones who arentyou can guess who are the retarded ones
>>99921230seems gothic, the gothic artstyle/movement lasted more in spain than in the rest of europe. those arches in the doors and in the middle are of moorish style, its ironic that it was adopted for churches but its really pretty anyway and people probably just thought of it as an architectural thing not a religion thingsuspendi historia del arte asi que tampoco te fies de mi jaja
I live in Mexico City's historic center.
>>99920936Even in the smallest American towns, everyone lives in a cardboard suburban house from the twentieth century outside of the original center, shops at placeless corporate warehouse stores, and is forced to drive everywhere, with no exceptions. The older streets you always see photographs of are complete dead zones that serve no almost practical function at the moment and might as well not even exist (a lot of people don't even see them on a daily basis), and the "everyone knows everyone" meme has been dead in the water since the sixties. The ONLY exceptions to this are a handful of places in New England, but other than that, this entire country is basically an salvageable disaster when it comes to community planning (among other things). Other than that, I'm surprised to see a European regard small-town American main streets as comfy. Even if they are dramatically inferior to the historical centers of Europe in every way imaginable, they're still comfy in their own way, and it's nice to know that Americans and Canadians aren't necessarily the only people who these places speak to.
>>99926655>that serve no almost practical function at the moment*that serve almost no practical functions at the moment
>>99903724>BBC joke>That flagClockwork
>>99904132Where is this? Looks very nice.
>>99930578surprise, it's Birmingham haha brindley place to be exact
>>99896801>tfw living in barcelonistan
>>99931472arr rook same
>>99902960amazing, makes me wish i lived in sweden
>>99897311I'm not even sure what city that is
I go through this city's downtown on weekly jogs more than my own city's downtown. It's also much more interesting.
