>>438139>What typefaces do you use the most?Whatever fits the project. You can't cheat sheet good typography, you learn it. That's why there's a gazillion fonts, so you can tailor each project a million different ways. Get one of the good books on typography, and learn how fonts work, what they're intended for, and the simple theories for it - serif for blocks of text, block fonts for headlines, etc. Develop a taste. Make specimen sheets and see how fonts look in different contexts. Build a library of fonts you're familiar with. I used to hoard fonts, until i realized I only really used a small number of well designed, good looking fonts, now my library is about 100 fonts, and I add decorative fonts as needed.
inter is probably the best sans serif out there rn but my favorite font rn is probably lubalin graph
