I think it's all theater. My marketing team throws fat and minority people in every now and then so we have something in the portfolio to point to in case someone says something about diversity. I've never once had a meeting where there was an impassioned "We NEED to show more diversity, it really matters" line of dialogue, it's always, always "well we should probably give one of them a prosthetic leg, it's been a while since we did that"
