Easiest way to enhance a basic sketch like this? I have to make like 100 of these and they don't have to be good. Is there a tool/filter for quick and dirty autoshading/autocoloring or other kind of easy enhancement?

It doesn't really matter, cartoony I guess. I'm mainly just looking for something that can do a dirty autoshade and clean up the outlines so that I can cut down on the manual detailing.

You're making fun of this but this is pretty baby easy for some AI suite. Even shitter phone apps like ibisPaint have an autopaint functionality.

OP check out https://github.com/adamz799/Paints

There's no gui so you'll have to hook it up yourself.
