Great for desgning logos, and somtimes editing photo's. only real thing thats let it down is the UI.8/10
I use it to turn my notes into infographics. I didn't like the popular note-taking software that was available, so I use Inkscape instead. But only when it makes the most sense, or when it produces cool results. Ever seen those essential charts over on /mu/? Some of them are really well done like picrel. It's cool as shit to get your notes into a format like this. It's almost like they've been scanned from an official document or something. Me likey.
Looks like a butt plug
Inkscape is one of the few FOSS programs that stands up to the main paid counterpart. It's what those lazy asses working on Gimp wish they had. It's also what I started making money with, so I hold it dearly to my heart, and I'm sure some here can relate
