I'm am entry level cad designer/detailer, and I don't really know where you could learn hand drawn "concept" drafting.

If you want to get better at applying perspective start learning orthographic projection, it helps alot in applying perspective, as well as relative sizes and locations of detail in your drawing.

As far as finding a job outside of a hobby I have no clue.
