>>389659Chrome by far. The Mozilla could be viewed as a fox falling or being hit by a ball and it would look awful in negative or black&white. the Microsoft Edge has some amateurish angles and weird shapes and I bet is going to be redesigned again in a couple of years. Brave's one again looks awful on negative or small sizes.
Edge - it has a better outline that most of the other ones. Also, it's simple enough to just be nice to look at. If Firefox had a simpler outline I'd like it more.
>>389665>and it would look awful in negative or black&whiteWhy does that matter for a browser icon? It's meant to be used on color screens, so its design should be judged in that context.
Fire fox, siento que es más colorido y original.
>>389676Not really, they are big brands, chances are the logos are going to be used on a million different things. plus they probably would also want to do advertisement and branding. what would they do if they or someone else wants to put the logo on a dark background? would they leave the face white? it would stand out too much.I have my pc and phone on dark mode and some logos and icons look awful. I've seen lots of people having to cut out the logo to make it work on those icons sets that people make. something like pic related would be way more flexible and ideal.
>>389665>adding in extra lines for chrome in b/w but not the other logostopkekGood thing you weren't biased at least...
None of them to be honest. They all look boring and basic.
>>389721then, which is the less worse?
>>389665Brave's icon depicts a lion, a traditional symbol of bravery.Edge's icon looks like a wave, which is a clear allusion to "surfing the web".Firefox's icon depicts, well, a fire fox.Chrome's icon means ???
>>389659Edge looks like one of those free logo templates
>>389736>thinking a big brand logo has to mean something
>>389794>implying logos shouldn't be meaningful
>>389820They don't have to, they just have to form an identity
>>389736Green for dirt, red for fire, yellow for air, blue for water.Jk, I have no idea
they already rebranded it again
>>389826Not just for looks, though.
>>389849It's the firefox umbrella branding, the browser kept the purple dot.https://www.underconsideration.com/brandnew/archives/new_logos_for_firefox_by_ramotion_and_in_house.php
>>389659Edge is far better than the other ones.>surf the web>Looks like a wave>E for Edge browser
>>389659Is it bad that I like em all?
>>390291you're just wrong
>>389659I preferred this firefox logo
>>389659Edge looks niceBrave is a squinty lionFF is okay but not greatChrome looks like a camera eye, which is fitting but not something users want in a browser
>>389849My favorite part of the animation is the ending where they take the original Firefox logo and try to flush it down a toilet which forms the new logo
OG firefox logo is godlike. The rest are shit tier.
>>389659Edge because of its gradients and depth, when compared to how boring Chrome is.
>>389736I didn't get the wave connotation until you mentioned it and honestly I probably won't remember it afterwards.
>>390300>Chrome looks like a camera eyeMind blown t.b.h.
Chrome. Iconic as hell. >Brave's just ugly. >New Edge is kind of uninspired, brings nothing to mind. >Firefox's logo has potential but has been flattened and minimalist'd down to basically nothing
What about /g/ approved browsers?
Edge is best
>>389736Chrome icon has the Google colors, retard, which amazingly are recognizable by people immediatly. It doesn't want to remind you to a concept, but a brand. And it works.
>>389659Easy. Just ask yourself which one of those is easier to be drawn by children or retards.
Here is your Brave logo, kid.
Only giga normies use chrome
>>390291BASED, SO BASED
Edge and Firefox look good together. Also the new FF logo is sweet. Maybe the old one had soul, but it isn't really that cool anymore.
>>389659Wait, since when has edge's icon looked like that? Mine looks like internet explorer.
>>391035Edge with Chromium I think
All of them besides chrome look second rate
>>389659Firefox: good gradient work and represents a flame very well.
>>389864>surf the webIt's 2020 nobody know what surfing the web is so it doesn't really make it an effective browser logo
>>390291fuck off. fuck you and die. it looks like an HD remaster of 2005 word clipart
firefox's logo has had good evolution over the years which is something i can't say for chrome. brave looks like it was made by a pakistani dude on fiver for $3
>>389659currently using edge, performs better than chrome, at least on my laptop
>>389736Colors i guess, which is the first thing you think when you picture the Google brand in your head
>>390647I only know Vivaldi. The others are...?
