I'm still trying to get smooth rescales. It was suggested to me that I increase the sampling steps up from 20 to the 60s or higher to get smoother results, but I'm seeing people with far cleaner results than me being able to upscale much crisper images than I am.

The problem here is that with highres fix you can't generate large batches of images without wasting huge amounts of time on the numerous bad ones, and it becomes much harder to inpaint since you're doing it at a higher resolution.
