Hello rate my autistic tracker idea. I call it ArchiveLOCK. The general concept is for the site to be dedicated to archiving content. That is the first and foremost goal. When you have a million different formats for a certain torrent group, you potentially risk weakening each individual torrent due to the spread of snatches and potential seeders. 7 torrents in a group with 2 seeders each are more likely to become dead torrents than 1 torrent in a group with 14 seeders. Therefore ArchiveLOCK will have a strict hierarchy in place with one agreed upon format that has dominance over all others. This torrent is called the KEY torrent for the group. If the preferred format for the group is not available, the next format in the hierarchy available to the group becomes the KEY torrent. Multiple formats are allowed on ArchiveLOCK. But anytime the KEY torrent for the group falls below 7 total seeders, all inferior formats in the hierarchy will be immediately LOCKED from snatching until the KEY torrent replenishes its 7 seeds. If the KEY torrent does not yet have 7 seeds, other formats will not be allowed to be uploaded until the mark of 7 is met.
