It would take the most sophisticated computers in existence today about 2 million years to break my weakest password. My passwordless "smart chip" credit cards based on a similar auth model as Web Authorization have been hacked twice. I'd rather control my entire end of the authorization process than rely on a weak private key to a credential generated and stored on someone else's computer.
