What they don't tell you is the pleather pads are hot garbage that disintegrate with heavy use.
The good thing is replacement pads of identical feel quality cost less than a dollar.
Or you can buy premium aftermarket pads, purpose-designed velour pads exist, beyerdynamic pads will fit too, but you might change the sound signature.

Sorry, but this isn't the case.
Current Marshall amps are cheap shit, poorer quality components, and classic valves replaced by solid state amplifiers.

Major rock bands these days source "vintage" Marshalls from the 70s or 80s, and some bands (Like AC/DC for example) actually have a roadie whose only job is to repair and maintain these vintage head units.

There's the occasional "vintage" reissue of stuff like this, but they almost always have to replace the original components with cheaper modern equivalents.

The 6502 was aiming at price per performance with heavy emphasis on price and definitively delivered it.
The 6800 and 8080 CPUs were like 200 bucks, while you could have the 6502 for 25.
But the Z80 approach was quite smart too, while they couldn't make the chip as cheap as a 6502, they integrated a bunch of things in it that made the system itself cheaper.
>>

When you changed the pads did you salvage the foam backing?
If not just get the thinnest low density foam you can find and slip an oval of it between the pads and the drivers

That green shit is produced by skin flakes and oil coming into contact with metals the foam prevents this
Happens a lot with titanium alloy glasses frames around the nose

I did not and hoped that the fabric would be enough. Wasn't aware that was something I had to worry about. Thanks, senpai. Really learned something here.

Nope the foam might "change the sound signature" but unless you are fucking rainman you won't notice and in the end preventing corrosion is more important than aiming for some mythical sound signature listed on some website that likely due to manufacturing tolerances isn't even the same as your pair, leave that shit to audiofool boomers

Most CD-R's made since the mid 2000s are shit. If you want to burn DC games try and get your hands on Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim Datalifeplus (all other Verbatim are bad) blanks.

At this point you might be better off getting a drive emulator board. You can get a chink GDEMU clone off ebay for 50 bucks.

Modern Epiphones mostly suck ass in terms of sound and electronics, and you can easily get much better quality with MIJ and chinese Tokais. Only oldschool Epiphones are great.

They are both uncomfortable as shit and shit sounding. Sound is actualy very fatiguing with rollercoaster of niggerbass. Literal mudcannons.
The only reason why you believe kpp are good comes from the fact that you never owned any good headphones. Set of open overear $150 headphones by akg or sennheiser is when you start hearing music instead of mud and start understanding why $30 doesnt buy good audio.

t. someone who owned kpp since about a decade when they were actually hot meme on /g/.
Havent used mine in years.
