I'm bulking on 3k right now. Yesterday I ate:
>60 g of almonds, 342 kcal 12,7 protein
>whole grain bun with sardines, 378 kcal 17,6 protein
>blueberries mixed with strawberries, around 250g total, 150 kcal 3g protein
>spaghetti (200 g chicken breast, 140g whole grain pasta, 300g passata, 20g olives, 20g evoo, 20g parmisan), 1119 kcal 72,9 protein
>tortilla chips (100g) with guacamole (half an avocado, juice squeezed from half a lime, half a tomato, half an onion) 714 kcal 12,8g protein
>protein shake (30g whey, 100g frozen banana, 40g peanut butter, 150g skyr, 100g milk) 593 kcal 58g protein
3296 kcal 177 g protein total. I actually overate a bit, my daily average so far is 3080 and 159 for protein. Skill issue.

When I was recovering from double jaw surgery, I used to pour half a box of sugary children's breakfast cereal into a blender, then I'd pour in 2 or 3 premade protein shakes (vanilla flavored Premier Protein shakes were my favorite), and then I'd add a couple heaping tablespoons of peanut butter and a hefty pour of some maple syrup. I'd then put all of that into a giant squeezy condiment bottle and squirt into the side of my mouth. I put on 25 pounds in a month that way after losing 20 pounds during the first couple of weeks of recovery. It was delicious. Putting half of a pumpkin pie into a blender, several huge scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 premade protein shakes, and a couple heaping tablespoons of peanut butter was even more delicious. It was honestly one of the best things that I've ever eaten. If you can't put on weight doing that, then gaining weight is impossible for you.

Idk, it's hard for me to go under 3k and I'm a 5'9 manlet
Breakfast:
3 eggs 270kcal
Lean bacon or smth 100kcal
Can of deenz for omega3s 220kcal
Walnuts 50g 300kcal
Total: 890kcal
Snack:
2 bananas/apples, grapes 200-300 kcal
Lunch:
300-400g of chicken breast(450-600kcal) or 2 chicken thighs (600kcal+)
Some bs sauce and stuff 100kcal
Random veggies 150kcal
Maybe a boiled potato 200kcal
Total 950kcal
Snack: popcorn 100g 400kcal
Dinner:
Whatever, meat again, some carb slop like rice, bread even..
Total: 500kcal plus no matter what

Hope this gives you an idea. Don't eat too much slop like some anons suggest. Sure you can eat 6 cones of cheap ice cream for a 900kcal boost but your stomach and skin are gonna be a mess. If you lift 3+ times a week and walk or do cardio, you should be ravenously hungry at all times
