bodyweight exercises (including mobility)
plyometrics
anti-rotational exercises
stretching.

maybe hypertrophy if you are trying to gain size and a bit of strength, strength has little use to a striker, so 10-12 reps is acceptable but 5-7 (strength) is useless.

how do i mix an upper lower split with muay thai?
>>
>>71085883
firstly it depends on your focus, if you want to grow you will need more intensity and then rest. Honestly if you're not competing you won't need much intensity, you can simply lower the intensity of your workouts to include training on the same day.
